Two of the best things about this place are (1) Susanna at the front desk, and (2) Dina the physical therapist.

Jan 12 was a Monday I had no clue Friday she was going to be ill on Monday morning after working graveyard. She works in healthcare and went and was tested as well as her unit was put on lock down and I offered to provide documentation. I was told that I should have come to my appointment they say they service immune compromised, well I am one of those people and would want the courtesy of not being exposed to such a contagious virus. I was charged a No Show fee. They say they are a small business however if I showed up and they all got ill since it's airborne. Surface Contamination: The virus survives on surfaces for days or weeks. Touching surfaces like doorknobs, counters, or phones and then touching the mouth is a major transmission method.Direct Contact: Caring for or having close contact with an infected person (e.g., shaking hands, sharing food/utensils) can transmit the virus.Aerosolized Particles: When an infected person vomits, the virus can become airborne and land on surfaces or be inhaled.Saliva: Research shows that norovirus can also spread through saliva from my vomit and coughing / touching the bathroom that I use and treatment room. How would that benefit them as well as any other patients. I guarantee if I showed up to this appointment I would have given this illness to others. I explained and the below comment is what I got. Ashley- Secondly, um wanted to let you know that while Jodie and I have discussed and considered your perspective on the cancellation charge from date of service, January 12th, 2026. We have decided that the charge still applies. Well, I understand and hear your frustrations with the policy. We feel that we have clearly articulated and represent our clinic's policy. By outlining it in our clinic's policies, they get signed by the patient, offering copies of cancellation policies to patients upon their 1st appointments with us, and by asking that patients initial directly next to the cancellation policy and our consent, thereby acknowledging that they have read and agreed to abide by the policy, shouldn't it apply to them at any point in their course of treatment with us? I know in our last phone call, we also discussed some of the reasons behind why we have our policy outlines in the way that it is. CARE QUALITY is obviously not a priority. If I was a business owner, whether it's a small business or a large business and I had a patient call me and tell me their family member in their household had contracted Noro virus and that they were showing symptoms themselves and didn't feel well. I absolutely would tell them not to come in and then I would not charge them a no-show fee. After this experience what it tells me is it as a business owner she really doesn't stick to her word about caring about her clientele as well as her staff and basically the message was that I should've just shown up extremely sick and contagious and potentially infected the whole entire building..

The x-ray tech did a series of x-rays including my right shoulder. I told her that I had broken my left shoulder and not my right, but she said the doctor had written that he wanted the right shoulder x-rayed. She said it was probably for comparison. When I went to the exam room again, the doctor looked at the x-ray of the shoulder and said he couldn't see a break. I said the tech did an x-ray of both shoulders. The doctor and he said that he didn't order an x-ray of the right shoulder. After a few weeks, I went to a single session of physical therapy. The PT gave me a photocopy of some rudimentary exercises and went out the door while I did them. No supervision at all. After a couple of months received an enormous bill from them (including charges for the incorrect x-rays). I spoke to my insurance company and they said they'd investigate. In the meantime, I received three bills from them, and hadn't heard back from my insurance company so I paid the balance of what I had owed to avoid any hassle. In the next few days (after paying the balance in full) I received a different letter from Bonneville Collections regarding the amount owed. I explained that I had paid the balance and figured that would be that. Two months later I got another barrage of calls from Malissa at Bonneville (whose mother apparently never learned to spell) that I owed $38.18 on my account still and demanded payment RIGHT AWAY with a $1.67 service charge on top of that. Apparently I was charged the interest on the full balance which I had already paid off. I would NOT recommend going to Rebound. They have little regard for their patients and are super greedy (my insurance covered most of my claim, so it's not like they did not get paid for their paltry services.)

I've had to have physical therapy several times over the course of my life, all locally, and strangely enough, all at different facilities. I am currently receiving services from this ProActive office and can say with no hesitation at all that not only am I getting the very best care I've ever experienced, but also find the staff here the most hospitable and friendly medical-type people I've encountered ANYWHERE. Everyone is knowledgeable, supportive, attentive, and they all work hard to establish a positive and friendly relationship with each patient. The positive attitude and vibe here is contagious. I frequently come in tense and in pain, typically grumpy, but find myself chatting and laughing within minutes of walking in the door. This in turn creates a highly therapeutic and stimulating environment, which I am certain impacts my healing in a positive way. I rarely go out of my way to make sure a business gets its due, but find this office to be worth the time and effort. I highly recommend them!
