I have seen three physical therapists there due to some health leaves they've experienced but everyone is so friendly and kind! It's as if I'm seeing the same person every time. They always review my chart and we always pick up where we left off no matter who I am seeing. This clinic has an app where I am able to review the exercises and stretches I've been given for homework and that's great! I recommend this office and I'm so happy to continue coming here.

I received very…read moregood wound care for my amputated leg by conscientious, professional nurses (mostly Nicole, Joshua, Carrie & Serge ...), the CNAs (mostly Kelly, Adriana, Trinity), the shower aids, my RCM Alicia and the therapists. Transportation to and from doctor appointments were reliably handled by the staff. Overall, good people dedicated to giving quality care to both acute and long-term residents as far as I could tell. I'm confident I was in much better health (especially my amputation) when I departed than I was upon arrival. The only major complaints I have are these two: (1) more nurses and CNAs are urgently needed for every shift because wait times for assisting residents in distress are frequently way too damn long; (2) the quality of meals is routinely subpar at best (not as good as hospital food!) and menu variety is monotonous. Frequent visits by a resident's family can partially help alleviate these problems. Well, that said, I very much recommend Lacamas Creek Post Acute facility even for my own family and friends; from what I hear you could do a lot worse in the Clark County/Vancouver metro.

Upon arriving I noticed how adorably decorated the waiting area was, and how friendly the ladies working at the front desk were. I was able to get a same day appointment since my neck was so messed up, which was really awesome. I was scheduled with one of the newer chiropractors there, but I can't remember his name. Very friendly and really good...I felt way better when I was done! The best part of TriNatural is they don't make you take x-rays, come back the next day, and set you up on some ridiculous payment plan like a lot of other chiros - I so appreciated that about this place because I was miserable in pain. I would definitely recommend this place. If my insurance paid for massages, it seems like a good place for an LMT as well, but unfortunately I can't do that. :)

She was very rude. Then they quickly dropped me saying they're not going to be accepting my insurance anymore. They had Sophie relay the message instead of telling me themselves. Krista's work in helping to alleviate the lower and mid-back pain I'd been experiencing for the past six months has been nothing short of miraculous. Before seeing Krista I'd seen another physical therapist, and the difference between the two was like night and day. After only six sessions with Krista, the improvement in my back is unbelievable (unbelievably good!). I don't know how she does it, but every time I present Krista with a new twist on my back issue, she comes up with an exercise - or does some "hands-on healing" - that resolves the problem almost instantly. The evaluation she did during my first session was extremely and impressively thorough. She also really listens when I describe what's going on with me and offers always great, always spot on, solutions. I never feel rushed during my sessions and it's very helpful that she emails updated videos, which include include any new exercises she's added to my twice daily at-home routines. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Troy and Henry. Aside from always being pleasant, both have been amazing at helping me with the exercises I do at the facility and with scheduling. I still have some more work to do, but I'm very, very grateful to Krista for all she's done to get me back to being the happy, almost completely pain-free, person I was before I found her.

I get a message the day before my appointment that I need to reschedule. Calling back about an hour before my cancelled appointment, the receptionist said they cancelled because they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage but have gotten it straightened out. She asked me to come in. I had already told my husband I would watch the kids and could not come to the appointment and would need to reschedule. So we schedule for next week. I get another call saying that my insurance isn't accepted and if I came, I'd need to pay $55 per appointment since I'm out of network. At this point, all these calls and messages are nuisance calls and wasted my time. I could have been searching for a physical therapist that my insurance covers. While I cannot comment on the actual service, the front desk is disorganized and likely structured to get money from you. Hard pass
