Sure, when I was having therapy my PT was nice and friendly, but the people here are that and more!! My family member was seen by the person in the photo, Ms. Vala haynes or something like that, SORRY! She even let me see her of her treatment which was cool. And she would break the awkward silences with dry, dad style jokes, which I appreciate. She really know her sh.... I mean stuff. Every question asked was immediately answered with great detail. She would even answer my questions! And unlike the crazy lady with review below, the front office experience was just as good. There was no problem with the exchange of information, seeing as I think they already had it, but it sounds like the crazy lady before has probably went to some crappy, no heart clinics in the past. Provide the info they need to treat you, follow their instructions and everything is good, dumb lady. The staff here were cool and focused on getting you better. Sure, in the small amount of time, i realized that it is ultimately a business, but they provided the service to make me want to get treated by people like this.

I was…read morerecovering from shoulder surgery and still waiting on an MRI when he shook my injured arm repeatedly during a session. In another instance, he pulled my post op recovery arm back so far it brought me to tears. Instead of easing up or checking in on how I was doing, he just held the position and waited for me to stop crying. I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and lacking in basic compassion. If you're trying to heal and looking for a place that truly supports recovery, I would not recommend coming here.

I've seen physical therapists across the state's since I was 5 and he was by far the best one I've been to. Knowledgeable, and he didn't disregard my prior experiences as some have, he didn't push too hard, and has an excellent, open, upbeat, attitude that made him easy to work with. I would, and will, go back to him, specifically, for any more therapy I require in the future. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with, the assistant therapists were pleasant, the facility was clean, and i highly recommend them.

I have used PT on the East Coast and never paid more than about $60 for 30 minutes. At Rebound they submitted over $300 for a 30 minute session. Honestly, its not worth it. I could have flown back East for a week, had a few sessions there, and it would have been cheaper. There is a problem when flying for care is less expensive than local care. I like my Rebound doc, my PT therapist was good. But the financial cost doesnt justify the benefit. Based on the benefit to cost relationship I wont be back for PT.
