Was referred to this Physical Therapy clinic by a sports medicine doctor. I made an appointment and confirmed with the receptionist. I get a message the day before my appointment that I need to reschedule. Calling back about an hour before my cancelled appointment, the receptionist said they cancelled because they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage but have gotten it straightened out. She asked me to come in. I had already told my husband I would watch the kids and could not come to the appointment and would need to reschedule. So we schedule for next week. I get another call saying that my insurance isn't accepted and if I came, I'd need to pay $55 per appointment since I'm out of network. At this point, all these calls and messages are nuisance calls and wasted my time. I could have been searching for a physical therapist that my insurance covers. While I cannot comment on the actual service, the front desk is disorganized and likely structured to get money from you. Hard pass read more

I will forever be grateful that my orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapist Krista Emsdorf at New Heights. Krista's work in helping to alleviate the lower and mid-back pain I'd been experiencing for the past six months has been nothing short of miraculous. Before seeing Krista I'd seen another physical therapist, and the difference between the two was like night and day. After only six sessions with Krista, the improvement in my back is unbelievable (unbelievably good!). I don't know how she does it, but every time I present Krista with a new twist on my back issue, she comes up with an exercise - or does some "hands-on healing" - that resolves the problem almost instantly. The evaluation she did during my first session was extremely and impressively thorough. She also really listens when I describe what's going on with me and offers always great, always spot on, solutions. I never feel rushed during my sessions and it's very helpful that she emails updated videos, which include include any new exercises she's added to my twice daily at-home routines. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Troy and Henry. Aside from always being pleasant, both have been amazing at helping me with the exercises I do at the facility and with scheduling. I still have some more work to do, but I'm very, very grateful to Krista for all she's done to get me back to being the happy, almost completely pain-free, person I was before I found her. read more

I really like this small clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. I have been to other hospital associated clinics in the past and they feel too sterile. This clinic is warm and comfortable. read more

I have had a great experience at New Heights PT. The staff is professional and courteous. I came in with low back issues. Krista and Mallory are very good and very knowledgeable and have helped me immensely getting me on a program of prevention and maintenance. I do not hesitate to recommend this office in the least. Absolutely can not recommend this place. My husband hurt his back and so I made an appointment here once he was finally able to get in the car (after 5 days of not being able to). It was so painful for him but we were so looking forward to him getting some relief. After we arrived, we were told that they have another location in Portland and that's where they'd scheduled us, without telling us. The receptionist said this happens frequently!! Since it was a late appointment I asked if they would be willing to stay late to see him and we could wait for two hours, because driving is so difficult for him, and they refused, saying we could drive to Portland (26 mins away at that point, so we'd miss half of his appointment even if we did go). I couldn't believe that in a professional, medical environment, no one was willing to honor their business's commitment, to right *their* wrong, and help a patient in need. read more

After my Car accident in June I went to New Heights Physical Therapy. I've seen both Mallorie and Erik and they have been nothing short of amazing. They truly take pride in making sure every appointment I leave feeling better than when I arrived. If I ever need to reschedule they have always taken care to make sure I could get in that day or the next day. PT has truly helped in my recovery and I'm so glad I found this clinic. read more

I recently suffered a tibial plateau fracture. My rehab was successful in large part due to the excellent care I received from my physical therapist at New Heights PT, Krista. She was knowledgeable, professional, caring, and knew exactly what I needed to achieve for a complete, successful recovery. This clinic is AMAZING!! I feel like a part of their little family. I've been lucky enough to see several therapists and they've all been great! Maureen is my current therapist and she is outstanding. She gets my issues and knows my spine and my pain so well! My back "broke" almost a year ago and after a spinal fusion I now live in chronic terrible pain. She has helped me get back to a new normal-ish life. Her heart is so big and she loves her patients. Judy is also amazing! She is accepting new patients and is so sweet and focuses on the structural issues as well as gets you moving. Taylor and Amy at the front desk are always so helpful and Malorie is a breath of fresh air. Like I said they are my "family" and love me and encourage me so well! read more

I can't say enough positive things about the care I have received from New Heights Physical Therapy Plus. I was a very active person until I took a horrible fall hiking. I broke my wrist, fractured my knee, ended up with a frozen shoulder and got BPPV (a vertigo problem) on top of this. Maureen treated everything! Before I found New Heights, I went to two other clinics and wasn't making much progress. I was feeling very discouraged. Maureen worked so hard to help me get better. She knew what to manipulate to give me relief from the pain. She also knew lots of exercises and tips that I could work on at home to help me improve. Maureen listened to me and worked with me so that I could get back to my regular schedule of walking, hiking, biking, and yoga. She was encouraging, caring, compassionate, and also had me laughing at every single appointment. I will always be very grateful to her and the other people at New Heights who helped me. It is a wonderful place filled with friendly and helpful people. If I need PT in the future, this will definitely be the place I go to. read more
