I get a message the day before my appointment that I need to reschedule. Calling back about an hour before my cancelled appointment, the receptionist said they cancelled because they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage but have gotten it straightened out. She asked me to come in. I had already told my husband I would watch the kids and could not come to the appointment and would need to reschedule. So we schedule for next week. I get another call saying that my insurance isn't accepted and if I came, I'd need to pay $55 per appointment since I'm out of network. At this point, all these calls and messages are nuisance calls and wasted my time. I could have been searching for a physical therapist that my insurance covers. While I cannot comment on the actual service, the front desk is disorganized and likely structured to get money from you. Hard pass

Krista's work in helping to alleviate the lower and mid-back pain I'd been experiencing for the past six months has been nothing short of miraculous. Before seeing Krista I'd seen another physical therapist, and the difference between the two was like night and day. After only six sessions with Krista, the improvement in my back is unbelievable (unbelievably good!). I don't know how she does it, but every time I present Krista with a new twist on my back issue, she comes up with an exercise - or does some "hands-on healing" - that resolves the problem almost instantly. The evaluation she did during my first session was extremely and impressively thorough. She also really listens when I describe what's going on with me and offers always great, always spot on, solutions. I never feel rushed during my sessions and it's very helpful that she emails updated videos, which include include any new exercises she's added to my twice daily at-home routines. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Troy and Henry. Aside from always being pleasant, both have been amazing at helping me with the exercises I do at the facility and with scheduling. I still have some more work to do, but I'm very, very grateful to Krista for all she's done to get me back to being the happy, almost completely pain-free, person I was before I found her.

I saw her several times and diligently did the exercises she prescribed but didn't see any change. The last time I saw her, she seemed perplexed, and her only advice was that I needed to breathe more deeply (??) After that, I gave up on her and tried a different therapist who was able to resolve the problem I was having, with just a few sessions. Other reviewers describe how nice Buffy is, which is true. But she talks, soooo much about herself and her family. She's such an over-sharer that I ended up knowing more about her family members than I do about some of my friends. I also found it really disconcerting when she would stop in the middle of working on me to tell a story. She would just be standing there, talking about her vacation, or whatever, with her fingers resting inside me. It made me incredibly uncomfortable.

Every other physical therapist I have gone to they try to rush my recovery and "cure" me in a few appointments. Guess what those problems I had that they "cured", ya still have those problems. This isn't the case for Buffy. She understands and has taught me that recovery takes time and consistency and it's not a straight line. When I was there before I always had about 90% interaction with a physical therapist and never any downtime. This time around it's definitely different. I spend about 40-50% of my time with a physical therapist and the rest of the time with an assistant. How is the physical therapist supposed to monitor progress if they're not there by your side to see how you're doing? Not only is there less time with a physical therapist but also a lot of downtime doing nothing but waiting to see what to do next. There have been periods where I have been waiting for 4-5 mins doing nothing and not one person telling me what I need to do next. Today I didn't even get a full session in and when they offered heat/ice I was so frustrated I just told them I would do it at home myself. I know the staff has changed some but this location is definitely not as good as it used to be, which is why I went from a 5 start to a 2 star.
