Worst service ever. I made appt got there early and no one stuck appt in system. The office can see…read moreyes you called on Sept 23 at 10:01 am I got an appt for 3:40 9/29/2024. The front gal Anita was the rudest thing that ever walked and talked. I made a complaint with rick management and not one person has called back to help with the problem. I was in that office for 1 1/2 hour and there was 2 appointment that were no show, but they would never think about filling those slots. I took time off from work unpaid to get there and get turned away and treated like a second-class citizen. Not one of the managers has the ability to reach out. Please if you value you time and money NEVER USED PEACEHEALTH MEDICINE ON 33RD AND MAIN STREET. They are capable to make appts properly! They will treat you terrible even if you have private insurance.

My Fiancé was taken by ambulance to Peace Health on 87th Ave on Wednesday evening around midnight…read more I called 911 due to me waking up from her calling my name as she was on the floor in the kitchen, bleeding from her mouth. I asked her what happened and she didn't know and thought she might have fainted. I helped her up and right away, she said her head was killing her (she obviously hit her head on the ground and also bit a hole in her lip), she fainted again (body going completely limp). I helped her up one more time and walked her to the bed and she fainted for a third time and was barely conscience at this point. I called 911 immediately and was able to help her come back to consciousness. Ambulance took her to Peace Health where she was told she was extremely dehydrated but wasn't allowed to have food/water (which is understandable for testing and things). She was left in the hallway without her nurse checking on her every hour. She had to use the restroom and grabbed a nurse walking by since she's not allowed to get out of her bed without someone there due to her being a fall risk. The nurse asked if she wanted her to go in the bathroom with her and my fiancé said no. When my fiancé was done and opened the bathroom door, the nurse was gone, and she had to walk back to her bed in the hallway by herself. Her head was in so much pain due to hitting her head on the ground and they didn't get her any medication until 9:30am the next morning which was only Tylenol. They also didn't do any testing besides bloodwork until around that time as well. We thought they were doing an MRI and only did a CAT scan. Upon completing the scan, the nurse said the Dr will be in her room in a bit to go over results. Shortly later, the nurse came in and said they were discharging her. After receiving her discharge paperwork, she asked for wheelchair out since she was feeling dizzy. They responded with "just hug the wall". When I picked her up, she was in a lot of pain (headache). She ended up calling her primary Dr who is completely appalled that she was released from the ER in such a short amount of time. Her Dr also said that a neurologist should have seen her at the hospital which didn't happen. We will never go to Peace Health again.

I am not a new patient to Rebound. I saw Dr Lee prior who I tremendously respect. . There were…read moremultiple reasons to see another provider. For one, under work comp I was constantly denied treatment so I wanted to start from a zero scratch by going to another doctor under personal insurance in order to get medical help. The second, in order to have more luck with a work comp I had to find providers who authorized by L&I department. Here goes my review. I am not sure from where all 5 stars coming from. It is really disturbing to see that people don't understand that just " pleasant and smiling" is not a criteria for a medical treatment with a positive outcome, explains this huge number of broken people with a poor health. Lobby at Salmon Creek location looked like staff fast cleaned the space after kicking out homeless folks- should be looking cleaner and have at least a fresh paint, just saying. The visit. First of all I don't appropriate when someone sits so close to me nearly touching my knees with his wide open legs in front of mine. The complains about severe pain which kept me pretty much on 2-3 days wake - sleep schedule was met with a smile? My complains about numb and dysfunctional arm were not even heard , like it is not a big deal at all. Doctor said that my mildly herniated disk does not require surgery, it was great to hear because I forgot when the last time i could put clothes over the head without help, wash normally hair, hobbies and sports? - it is a luxury for me. I tried to asked then why i cannot use my arm, lost its strength , unable to use it with a simplest task, why burning and horrible pain keeps me away from my life, why I keep re injuring my poor hand because it is so weak and sloppy and etc I was just straggling to put my words into this " one sided conversation ". I am not sure what kind of writing he had done, I heard nothing about a contemporary treatment aka approaches .There is a new medications and treatment to fix herniated disk without primary old well known surgery. According to the doctor , I should live with herniated disk and keep coming for injection shots for the rest of my life in order to manage pain?.. seriously? You, doctor, love to enjoy your life, activities, your family time and your patients should not ? No one asked about my health history.Diagnosis I saw in my profile I had never been diagnosed with. With an inflammation and long standing pain my former blood pressure of low 100s bumped to 160-200 putting me at the very risk for the stroke, so I started blood pressure med to keep it under control. With this neck injury my vision ( my pride) got so blurred that I had to get at least reading glasses 2.5! and yet, all combined together symptoms were not of any importance ? ok, what I gain after this visit : 1. Anti inflammatory medication which was totally contraindicated for me ( I called the same week and had been told to stop, no alternative med was ordered, no pain medication, nothing to help with the sleep, no appropriate PT referral - nothing). 2 office lied to me about the fact that this doctor is part of L&I group doctors which I tried to get into the first place ( those under work comp will understand me). I was denied to see the provider I selected initially and was scheduled to see this one. 3. I had never received my steroid injection and simply just had been abounded. I called for weeks asking how things with authorization are going - nothing). 4 no follow ups, no phone calls, no treatment options - forgot and ditched patient. when you are in bad pain, have no any quality of life - medical help is final hope before jumping off the bridge. And yet, to find medical professional who is truly dedicated to its call and duty is nearly impossible to find. Such a disappointment .

I am rating him a two so that more folks can see this. I would rather have rated him a one. This…read morewas a complete disconnect. There was no examination of my "complaint." He spent more time discussing a recent pleasant vacation in Cuba than discussing my concerns or condition. I had to sign a waiver, both financial and otherwise upon my arrival which said that there was no guarantee of any positive result but that even so, I would still be completely financially liable for all charges. Some testimonial...an automatic, no satisfaction guaranteed. His most notable remarks was that I was a big woman and that that might pose problems with any surgical solution, if there even could be one at all. Then, in the next breath he scheduled an MRI of my lumbar spine under anesthesia. That is a pretty tall expensive order considering there were no guarantees, the fact that he hadn't done a physical exam and spent less than fifteen minutes with me, most of those minutes discussing his vacation. The other asking what we did...then a glance at our insurance. I guess someone who doesn't have the sort of insurance I have, has the sort of problem that doesn't merit as much of his inattention/attention? We both felt insulted and short-shrifted. The problem actually wasn't with my spine. Had the first doc who referred me listened to my symptomology or this neurologist asked me for a description of my symptoms, they/he might have figured out right then it was my right hip which I had injured and received prior monies for in a car accident years ago. Oh well. I guess I have unlimited resources, time, patience, and a capacity to endure chronic pain.
