I got home and unpacked the merchandise that I had purchased from this store and realized that two pair of laces had been left out of my bags. Simple mistake, no harm done; then, Darby helped me right on the phone and found my laces, still at the store, and said she would mail them right out to me. Great help and great customer service! I am a big timberland fan and wear everything from shoes to clothing of any sort and fashion for many years and got some slip on dress shoe from the timberland outlet in commerce, ga. and was very disappointed in the wear of the shoe itself and hope in the future that the timberland company will focus more on making a better product in their slip on dress shoe...for more comfort w/in every step taking... I have to say that their shoes are good. However, the cashier in that shore is like a shit, too rude to customers! I won't go there anymore.
