WHERE IS MY IDEAL BAG? I love Coach stores! They are always beautifully appointed and very relaxing. I love the way the bags are staged and displayed. As soon as I walked in, I just sat down on one of their comfortable benches to take it all in. I was immediately approached but did not need assistance. They had a very nice selection of bags in various styles and colors. However, I did not find my ideal bag, a black on black, satchel. It is such a simple bag but very difficult to find because the popular bags seem to be those with a pop of color or patterns. I just need a simple bag that I can pair with a variety of styles and finding such a bag is starting to feel like a major chore. If you are looking for that "stand out" bag for this season, you can definitely find it in this store because their selection was great One of the things I have noticed is that many of the designers are moving away from the soft and supple leathers in favor of a harder more structured leather which is not my preference. I really like my leather to look, smell and feel like traditional leather. My search continues. read more

Thrilled that the Tanger Outlet, in Commerce, finally got a Coach Outlet. We used to drive up to the Outlet up on GA400, that is until now, Tanger Outlet is so much closer and easy to get to. Great selection of Coach handbags and accessories, at fabulous marked down prices. We were also received a 10% off additional coupon, when we walked in the store. I purchased a large tote and saved $218.44. Always courtesy service. I will say that the other outlet store up at the 400 Outlets, is much larger. read more

Although I'm not BIG on purses, I really do like Coach purses. They're cl and not as outrageously priced like some of the hardcore designer purses. The Coach Factory Store was definitely one of our stops during the first and most recent time I visited the Tanger Outlets. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly employee who handed me and each of my friends a coupon for an additional 30% off of their sale prices. I was in the market for a new Coach purse, but after looking around for a couple minutes, I quickly realized there wasn't any particular design that I was crazy about. To be honest, I really don't like the "newer" design of Coach purses that feature the large, blocky-looking "C" instead of the classic style of the Coach logo, and many of the newer styles of purses that they had in stock featured the newer logo. I knew I didn't want any of the purse designs that they had in stock, but this is definitely a very nice, well-organized Coach Factory Store, and I could see myself coming back if I happen to be shopping at the Tanger Outlets again. Overall, the Coach Factory Store at Tanger Outlets gets 4 stars for their friendly employees, great deals, and clean/organized store environment. If you're passing through the Commerce area and in the market for a new Coach purse, definitely stop by the Tanger Outlets. Never met a Coach Outlet I didn't like! This one only about a year old at this point & has become my favorite since I'm only an hour away from it. But it has an amazing selection of all things Coach, and always has a great clearance section! If you get on their mailing list you'll get coupons for an additional 20-30% off the already discounted prices! In April I walked out with 2 new bags for under $200!!!!! read more

I frequently visit this store & usually enjoy my shopping experience & the service. However, my most recent visit was not pleasant. A young man's flamboyantly sassy & rude response and facial expression to my question was absolutely unnecessary & unacceptable. At which point I immediately informed him that I WILL in fact find the bag I'm looking for & it will not be at this store. read more

Very obnoxious sales people. A woman followed me around the whole time I was there. She didn't even know what some of the bags were made of and was always pushing me to buy more stuff. I prefer sales people who are less aggressive and more helpful. read more

i used to spend $xxx per shop around USA but here is a bad coach outlet store where ever i have been, staff not helping, but they would like commission lol, i don't wanna spend money and lot of old past season also more expensive 10-20% than another coach factory outlet and bad display hard for find by your self (also staff doesn't help)....good luck with that. read more

I used to shop with my husband at this store since this store just open, and never had a problem at all. This time i felt that one of your managers being discrimation to me....I went there today myself and my 2 kids looking for some x-mas list we have for my sisters and my inlaws. i spent almost one hour and half to get all my list done, and when it done i when to the check out to pay it. she (she said her name cyrstal/sintal or something like that, one of the managers) rang all my stuff and i handed her my husband credit card, she asked me who this ...(my husband name on the card), i told her and i gave her my ID as well. but she said, with not friendly voice, he himself have to be here so you can get all this stuff. I am so happy since I got all the list done, but just they way she talked to me like that make me wants to cry and so when i asked her would like to speak with the manager, here she said , she is one of them, again without friendly voise or something at least that she is sorry that Coach Rule that you have to be the one/your name on the card, none of that and i never know this...i used to here at this coach a lot of times and NEVER they asked my husband ID, but i always ready with my ID with me everytime i am going to pay at the counter...never they asked my husband ID EVEN HE WAS THERE IN THE STORE with me!!!! i am so sad and hurt, is it b/c colour/skin like spanish/asian, so one the the managers treat me like that...? read more
