Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. These photos are from 07/26 of wrap pulling away from trim. I contacted Amos 07/13 sent these very same photos. Young man came out to estimate repairs on 7/16/26. It is now 10/06/26 and work has yet to be started. I spoke with Aaron on 09/24/26 he said waiting on materials and experienced crew to be available. Aaron said expect materials by 10/01/26 will call to setup job when materials arrives. As of today 10/06/26 have not heard from anyone at Amos Exteriors.

Step one they only charged for 3 windows with 4th price was HIGHER than Windows by Anderson They took weeks to get the order wrong and brought a front door, which is too large. Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

Jeremy's quote included all the details of the layers and measurements of wood trims to be replaced after spending 3 hours up on our roof/around our house. And he seemed honest and straightforward. His price, on average, was towards the lower side, amongst all the quotes we got. (Compared to roofers who came briefly then asked to come back for measurement or gave quotes without measuring but told me he could look at maps to see my roof; and another that did not give details of what were being replaced....I had a bad leaky roof before this house that we had to fix every year. So I didn't want to guess or worry if the job would be done correctly. Jeremy's detailed quote allow me to research and learn what/why each layer was needed.) When I needed to re-adjust some items that my husband had asked him to do, both Jennifer and Jeremy were open for discussion, eg I wanted to use PVC instead of wood trim and they're ok with it. I just had to pay for the price of material. At first, I expected a crew of 6 ppl as Jeremy had told me, but for my roof, Jeremy referred it to Al who, with an assistant, consistently worked on our roof. He was gentle, polite, experienced; he would educate me professionally when I had questions about the roof. The roof took 4 days of hard labor. It took them another few more days more to finish wood repair and painting on the dormers and around the house. Al worked meticulously to make sure everything was done well and looking great. It was a super-hot week for roof work but Al showed up every early morning, working till late at night on our roof. Some of the trims took him 4 layers of paint to cover but he worked tirelessly to transform our roof and house. He also cleaned up very well, the debris from the old roof and all the nails. Before I gave the job to Jeremy, I had some hesitation because there was a one-star review about them not showing up by a lady, amongst all the 5 star reviews. I called Jennifer who explained the lady who didn't want to put any deposit down but expect them to show up to work. I am glad I went with my own instinct that this is a honest company. They did a wonderful job. Jeremy also replaced 14 window screens for me, added corrugated drains for my downspouts. He gave workmanship warranty and Jennifer also helped us registered for the manufacturer's warranty. About 2 weeks after the work was finished, there was a severe rain storm and we saw a small drip from our exhaust furnace vent so we informed them. Jeremy sent Al right away. Al couldn't find any issue with the roof but he caulked the bottom of our furnace pipe up there, and we did not have any issues during the subsequent rainy days since then.
