Please do not use Kingdom Roofing. I had been having issues with my roof, especially around the dormers. I had Kingdom out for inspection and estimate. The salesperson delivered a good pitch to get my money. I specifically told him we have issues with the dormers and he said they would be take care of. Eight months after the roof was put on I noticed some water stains on ceiling. I emailed the salesperson Ryan that day and called the next day. The communication was decent in the beginning but declined from there. A crew was sent to my house on Friday March 28th. I was home all day and they never approached me or let me know they were there so I could ask questions. It then took till April 7 to to get a response from the production manager about what was going on. I was told that there was some missing house wrap around the dormer and that is where water was getting in. Overall not happy with Kingdom at all. The communication is very poor. They did not preform a good inspection with the information I gave them about the dormer being a problem. They just wanted to get paid for a new roof. I would absolutely recommend Kingdom Roofing for a roof or gutter solution. We needed a section of our roof to be replaced. We requested Kingdom Roofing come out and quote us the work, repair or replacement. 1. They sent over Blade who inspected the roof as per our request and provided a quote 2. The report that was compiled whilst onsite was very complete and used a drone to get multiple photos to communicate and show the roofs condition 3. The options for materials, manpower and other items to complete the job were clearly provided in the quote / report. 4. The options for finance if we chose not to pay cash were clearly provided 5. Once we verified and confirmed to have the roof replaced and how to pay, we had about 1 month wait (mostly for county permits) 6. The materials were dropped off at our location and about 2 weeks later the new roof was put on. 7. The work crew were very fast, polite and professional. 8. Each time my wife or I contacted Kingdom about a request, we had a response within an acceptable timeframe (about a day or so for email and much quicker by phone). 9. At the completion of the job, we are extremely happy with the process, it did take some time to have the work start from approval being given though. Finally, as a person who works in Project Management, I understand the different steps and government layers that need to be completed before starting the job onsite. All up, I am extremely happy with the whole process that Kingdom has presented us and with the end result. read more

Don't call these people for an estimate, they will not give you an estimate, they will give you a contract and say that it is a waiver to talk to your insurance company about the claim to get a quote, but that's a lie. After signing and you want to just get the quote, then if you do not go forward with the work then you will owe Kingdom 20% of the claim. So then you are locked in to doing the work with Kingdom Roofing Systems. read more

Beware of Kingdom Roofing. Before receiving an estimate they required a contract. I read it but did not fully understand it. So I asked to be sure I was not contracting to have the work performed. I was told the contract was not to perform the work, that it allowed them to work with the insurance company. That was a lie. They later offered me an estimate for over 24K. All four other estimates came in at under 10K. Kingdom said they would price match and cut their estimate in half to over 12K (not matching any lower estimate). They claimed the higher estimate was an honest mistake......Sure! Since they did not match the estimates I told them I was using someone else. They said I would have to pay 25% to get out of the contract. I sent them my newest estimate for them to match. They would not match it and offered to let me out of the contract for a fee. After arguing they came down to $300 even though they would not match any competitor and needed out of the contract themselves. Let's start with their salesman, darn they are good! Do they deliver, HECK NO! I bought their pitch. I was excited. I couldn't wait for my new roof, new siding and new guttersl You don't even want to know the price I agreed to. I honestly thought they'd deliver. Now I am disgusted and sick that I ever signed a contract with them. Once the ink is dry, you are nothing to the company. I signed and agreed to all the end of July. it's mid September and I just got my roof. Three weeks late being installed and now told siding and gutters are another 6-8 weeks out! But, that's not the worst part. My roof is ugly! Horrible job. Kingdom installers also damaged my furnace exhaust vent, damaged my soffits and now I am fighting to get those issues addressed. Kingdom expects me to wait for those repairs until it fits their schedule. I guess I'm just supposed to allow water in my exhaust vent and allow wide animal through the open soffit into my attic. Plus I've requested a from provided by my insurance company completed by kingdom for my homeowners discount three times, Kingdom can't be bothered to complete. Run! Kingdom is horrible and UNRELIABLE, once you sign the dotted line, they don't give a hoot about you! read more

I have a receipt that says 2014 Remove old roof, install new roof and deck replace. After calling Kingdom about the leaks I was told 10K to fix it. I mentioned that they were the ones that put the roof on. No warranty? Last roof lasted 25 years. THis one has only been finished since 2014. They cannot find any record of putting the roof on. So after a few days of digging. I find the receipt. Call back a couple of times. Then they find the file and tell me that my husband signed a waiver that we weren't paying for anything more, we had no more money but we needed more decking. The receipt says WHOLE roof. It does not say partial deck, I have 4 rooms where the ceilings are ruined from all the leaks. At this point I would be happy if they just tarped it until Spring. There is a short story and a longer story for those of you that like to read in full details and those of you that just want a glimmer of what happened and why I suggest staying away. SHORT STORY: Terrible communication from start to finish. I'm rather certain (as are 2 other companies) that they did not complete the repair that they said they did. They can't prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that they did and refuse to give me my $800+ back. Also, all of their employees have been nothing but rude except Ryan Martladge who I spoke to after the first incident but he isn't back until Wednesday (7/20/21) and everyone refuses to let him know that I've called and asked to speak to him (even before he was out of the office). Very untrustworthy. LONG STORY: We had a leak in a very odd spot so we knew it had to be related to the roof and not plumbing. The first time we called, they rather quickly decided it was the pipe boot that goes over the bathroom vents and "replaced" both vents. Terrible communication is what did me in the first time. People just showing up unannounced and in unmarked vehicles, etc. The second time I attempted to use them, it got way worse. The leak randomly came back 6 months later and I had spoken to Ryan Martladge after the first incident and he told me to call him if the problem came back to give them another try. Kingdom was my first call with the leak reappeared and they sent out Austin Collier. Austin showed up and was here for about a total of 20 minutes. He went on the roof and couldn't see anything obvious so he decided and told me that it had to be the part that goes along the seam where the two sides meet and that we should replace it. He said he'd send me a quote. Which I still have yet to recieve. After I received no quote, I called two other companies to come out and both other companies spent 2+ hours trying to figure out the source of the leak and after going on the roof (and knowing that I had told them that the pipe boots got replaced in December 2020), they both came back and said that they were very certain that those pipe boots weren't new. Also, both other companies ended up finding the source of the leak which had absolutely nothing to do with the pipe boots. I attempted to reach out to the company to ask if they could prove that they did the repair that they say they did, and all I got was an order form (which that only proves you ordered something but not that it got installed) and a "before" photo from very far away. They had no other proof and refused to give me a refund on what I'm quite certain they did not replaced. I hope they learn to take before and after photos if nothing else. read more

Just had my roof replaced by Kingdom Construction. They did excellent work, have great customer service, were extremely responsive, knowledgable and easy to work with. There was NO hidden surprises after they tore off the old roof and they honored the insurance adjuster's estimate. I would use them again with no reservation. read more

Contacted Kingdom Construction thru Home Advisor. The sales rep was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. BUT, even though he said he would be there during installation, the rep wasn't there. The crew barely spoke english, threw shingles all over our yard and trees, dumped shingles on our flowers and plants, did not do the work contracted for, broke (rather than cut) branches of our trees and did a very sloppy, unprofessional job of installing our new roof ("waving" lines and poor valleys...). Overall, if the roof is weatherproof, a "D" (barely passing grade). Still waiting, a week after installation, for follow-up inspection. read more

When doing my research it appears that other people had great experiences with them.
