Fortunately, Randy was still alive and well, and able to design a board for me, send the specs to the shaper, and get me my new stick, including packing and boxing it up for me within the twelve days I had before heading back to South America. I've been surfing for more than 60 years, surfed and lived all over the surfing world, and I either purchased or had Randy design boards that I'm fortunate to have in my quiver. Prices are steep, but unfortunately, that is (sadly) to be expected in 2026. There were quite a lot of salespeople on the floor. They were talking to each other, but whatev.
