Tim really is as good as it gets!!! I was very impressed with his appearance and professionalism at all times thoughout the purchase of our HUD home and the sale of our current house. He was very instrumental in getting us approved for our loan and he even stopped by our house on weekdays, weekends and during the evening when it was most accomodating to us. And we didn't live close to his home or office. Tim was very responsive to all my emails, phone calls and text messages and usually replied to my questions with 30 minutes. Tim came highly recommended to me and I will pass that same recommendation along to anyone looking for a home loan. If you don't use Tim your not using the BEST!!! Thanks again Tim for all your help. I would provide a 10 star review if I could. Nate D. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Tim for nearly four years now. Together, we have worked on extremely easy files and very difficult files--some files that other lenders would not take. Of all the loan officers I have ever worked with, Tim by far has had one of the best levels of customer service. He responds to my emails extremely quickly, and is always pleasant. He has also gone above and beyond in helping me get my deals closed. On one deal, to correct a safety issue and help my clients, he helped us find a metal welder to make a replacement cover for an older style electrical panel. If you are a real estate agent, you owe it to yourself to try Tim for at least one deal. After you've worked with him once, you will almost certainly use him for future deals. If you are a homeowner looking to refinance, make sure to check with Tim before committing to a different lender. read more

The gifts they threw in when we closed on a home, were a beautiful touch. I appreciated the gifts, but more importantly I appreciate the team. As a new home buyer, I'm hearing other people's stories when buying a home (who didn't use Mortgae Manfro) did not have as good experience as I had. Thank you Mortgage Manfro. read more
