I am writing this review to express my profound gratitude and utmost respect for Larry Davis at PrimeLending. Throughout my journey of trying to secure a home loan, Larry provided a level of service that was, bar none, completely unprecedented. While my personal outcome did not result in a qualification due to some blemishes on my credit, the experience of working with Larry was nothing short of extraordinary. From our very first conversation to our final match point, Larry treated me with the exact same dignity, dedication, and respect as if I were a client securing a multi-million dollar loan. His professionalism and courtesy were unwavering from start to finish. Navigating financial hurdles can be an emotionally taxing and vulnerable experience, yet Larry created a safe, zero-judgment environment. His sheer kindness shone through every phone call and email, transforming what could have been a discouraging process into an incredibly empowering educational experience. Beyond his wonderful demeanor, Larry's business acumen is unmatched. He didn't just run numbers and hand down a generic rejection; he took the time to meticulously analyze my profile, explain the inner workings of the lending process, and provide me with a clear, strategic roadmap for my financial future. It is rare to find an industry professional who balances brilliant financial expertise with a deeply human, empathetic approach. If you are looking for a loan officer who possesses impeccable integrity, brilliant industry knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to helping people, look no further than Larry Davis. Although I didn't cross the finish line this time, he has gained a client for life. When my credit is restored, Larry is the only person I will trust to handle my home purchase. Thank you, Larry, for your exemplary work and your unmatched kindness! Warmest regards, Gina
