This review is well deserved... absolutely. Me and my wife Autumn have been working our tails off to put ourselves in a position to buy a home for a few years. We both grew up in Glendora and really wanted to stay in the SGV area where my construction business has many clients. After dealing with a few other mortgage brokers who were not able to really help and gave empty promises because I'm self employed and it's more difficult to get approved or they were to busy after seeing our situation. So I called Ryan Shultz and gave him the run down. He assured me that I was in good hands with him, his team and NAF. So me and Autumn decided to give it a go and see what we can do after filing our 2018 taxes. Ryan brought us in and broke down all of our options explaining everything in detail. That day he got us pre-approved for an amount that would keep us in the SGV with a great interest rate. 5 days later we accidentally came across a beautiful home in Glendora within our range late on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to put an offer on the home that day. Our real estate agent contacted Ryan on a Sunday evening and he answered and was ready and willing to do what we needed for a strong offer letter for the next day. Our offer got accepted. Let the fun begin. From the moment we started this process all the way to escrow being closed:.. the communication, emails, follow up phone calls and step by step support was on point with Ryan and his team. Especially Steve Wilkerson early on, and Marina Gallegos who was on top of every single thing in between all the way to the end. She was very professional, kind, and very patient. She was awesome. When I called? She answered or promptly returned the call. Same with emails. Ryan has a very very good team and they've got a team phone they use for prompt response. They always had an answer or knew what was going at all times. Here's the catch. We were getting ready to leave soon for a week to get married in Sedona. Return only for a 8 days before leaving for another 10 days for a honeymoon. So they really had to push to get our loan through so we can sign the loan docs before our honeymoon. They did absolutely that and when we returned from our honeymoon, the house was ours and keys in lockbox waiting for us. Are you kidding me...? Ryan Shultz, Marina and the rest of his team definitely went Above and Beyond for me and my wife. They made us feel important, they helped us get our first home in a beautiful city.
