During our first get-to-know-you meeting Juan convinced me he knew what he was talking about. He explained his thought process and the time he put in to research and the overall motivation he had toward finding opportunities as well as keeping your money safe. As a bonus, as we have known each other over the last months, Juan also filled me in on a few health tips that he used that greatly helped me with my health too. He is always available to confer about the accounts and when he is busy he still texts back asking if it would be ok to call at a later time. His decisions over the last months are currently paying off, and it has been a VERY unpredictable time for investment. That is to be commended for sure. His rates are not exorbitant and I would recommend his services to my close friends and family because of the trust I have in his dedication to investment planning.

If you are looking for homeowners insurance, do NOT use Palm Trinity. They are incompetent and…read moreincredibly unprofessional. In short: -- Unorganized: Though I had been with Palm Trinity for several years, each year I renewed, everyone was still confused about how my previous insurance was paid. Last year, they almost processed payment through my ACH and not through my lender like they were supposed to. -- No customer service & account management: I always had 4 different people at Palm Trinity reach out to me during a renewal period, and it felt like no one was speaking to each other because they all kept asking me the same thing. There was 1 representative who seemed competent and had knowledge about my account - but I had to call her several times and leave multiple voicemails to even get a hold of her. -- Palm Trinity let my insurance lapse even though I signed all the paperwork on time and was assured that everything was in order. A month after I signed the paperwork at Palm Trinity for new homeowners insurance, my mortgage company let me know that my insurance lapsed. Meaning, Palm Trinity dropped the ball and didn't submit my paperwork properly.

Originally I was in touch with Jimmy but he passed us off to Dori who has been one of the most unprofessional contacts I've ever worked with. After H&R Block noticed we never got our tax credit 2 years later, we went back to James and Dori to get it fixed and it was literally like pulling teeth. Horrible communication and terrible follow through. I requested a refund of the fees we paid because they messed up so bad and since then they've been completely radio silent. They even used the wrong address for all of our returns that year. Completely unprofessional, completely incompetent, and should honestly be reported to a higher authority if I had any more energy to waste on the than I have at this point.

They told me what I would be receiving. I received 1/3 of the refunds. There is NO communication unless I reach out to them, and then, they don't always respond. Another business owner had to call all of the state representatives, medicaid, and follow up on the entire process. When she asked for a cut in their fee, they wouldn't allow it saying that they had done all the work on her refund. NOT true at all. We haven't heard from them since September 2023 and that was when I reached out last. They are supposedly calling the IRS every week, but no communication regarding that either. I have emailed Jimmy Greff more times than I care to go back and look up and have also include Jaime Greff on some of them as well. Neither have answered me. I feel they should not charge when WE are doing all of the work to get paid. I realize the got the ball rolling, but, obviously, they dropped the ball a long time ago leaving it up to us to follow through. Terrible customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend the company for anything at this point.

She said she is too busy during the week with her corporate clients taxes. Today, 2/22 I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment arriving at 10:17 to insure time to fill out profile papers for her staff in advance of my appointment with Bharti. I arrived at her office door, knocked and the door was locked? I waited till 10:20 am and than called her office to get voicemail and left a message that I was in the hallway. At 10:30 am I looked out the 2nd floor hallway window thinking she may be running late and I'd see her pull into the driveway. I finally called her leaving a 2nd voicemail telling her no one is here and I am now leaving since no one has returned my call or arrived. I left and called once more at 10:40 am to get no answer. Upon arriving home I called one last time at 11:17 and left a voicemail asking for a callback. It is now 4:13 pm and no return call of any sort. Don't waste your time with this very unprofessional CPA. I niw figure all the positive reviews are from relatives or friends and not real clients. Again, do not waste your time with this one!!!
