Unbelievable, or should I say probably exactly the character you're getting. Mr. Gomes tried to get my review taken down because he doesn't like it when the truth gets out. He is claiming we didn't work together so I am including images of one of many emails. You really shouldn't work with this guy or his company. They are bullies, unprofessional, and he personally lost the seller in this transaction thousands of dollars because of his behavior. At one point Danny was yelling at my wife on the phone and in an email, he called my monther-in-law an idiot (paraphrased). He yelled at me multiple times. We got so fed up with him that we withdrew our entire offer to let the situation cool down. After re-evaluating the property we came back with a lower offer that aligned with the comps in the area. He was furious. We reminded him that they didn't need to accept our offer if they didn't want to, and that is ok. At the end of the day, we were only willing to pay a fair price. He accused us of causing the seller hardship. We weren't even in escrow yet. Finally, despite Mr. Gomes, we were able to connect with the seller and get a deal done. Of course, we had to still work Mr. Gomes through the process. As someone who has directly worked with Mr. Gomes, I can tell you we would recommend you don't work with him on any project, large or small. read more
