My son was a minor. With a plethora of evidence presented that my ex husband had driven at over 0.2 BAC (he was also on lorazepam) and had gotten into a bad accident with my son in the car- knowing this she did not care. This was possibly because my ex informed everyone he was sober even though he did not complete any alcohol treatment other than some court appointed classes and AA which he appears to not have gone to much and did not do the steps- so with risk of death to my son she was willing to believe my ex husband was sober without any real evidence. After my son went to live with his father- apparently after a year and a half- it is unclear- my ex husband started drinking again- I had no idea at the time. Then approximately 3 years after my son went to live with his father my ex husband was arrested in the parking lot of Pomona Valley Hospital drunk driving and accused of a hit and run accident in the parking lot- he was convicted of those charges. Thank god my son was not in the car and was not hurt. If you use this woman she could cause serious problems for you including allowing your child to be in a situation that could result in their death. Do not use her.
