Just had a really weird call with them they had sent me a message saying that I had an open case with them for a lawsuit, I called and I didn't have an open case with them. Then the agent started asking me for information to open one and I told her I was just calling to make sure I didn't have one and she kept trying to get my information to open one and was really persistent it felt like she was doing everything she could to get my information and start one it really did feel like a scam. Honestly don't really have anything good to say about this law group , I had them do my lemon law case for my car .. They told me they had lots experience and it will take 4 months to do a Lemon law case .. At the time I had another lawyer I was working with at the time they had me fire them cause they told me they had lots more of experience and they can get me what I deserved.. from the beginning from the beginning 4 months turned to 6 months, 6 months turned to 8 months . When I called they always gave me the run around.. when I called no matter what time it was Allison was always in a meeting and she never calls back Matt I think was my main lawyer that is how crazy this was I don't even know who my lawyer was cause I got tossed around so much .. It took a year and 1 month so I got my car paid off that was good they gave me what I paid in to the car like car payments they told me I will get my registration paid also I never got that .. also another thing I for got to mention they received my check from the car manufacturer I had to wait 3 weeks for them to send me my portion .. I was calling every day like really damn I was pissed .. I had drive to downtown LA to pick up my check finally.. This whole thing I wish I would of stayed with my original lawyer read more

Something is going on with this place. My case took over 2 years to get "resolved" and even then it was not a favorable outcome for me. I feel they did not represent me well. Aside from that, I did get a small settlement but to this day I have not been issued the money. I keep calling and can never speak with anyone besides reception. I have sent multiple emails, none of them have been responded to. I have, in writing, their process for payment and they are totally out of compliance. Every time I try to reach out I get a different story form reception. I did get a text once and it was just to confirm they had received my message. I DO NOT recommend this law group at all!! I rarely give 5 stars on anything so this is a huge exception. And I'm really impressed and humbled. At about this time last year, my fiancee and I were in an auto accident coming back from a friend's holiday party. I was driving and there weren't that many other people on the road close to Diamond Bar. What wound up happening was a mistake by another car that didn't see me. I went around a white Dodge truck and went to merge back into the lane I had just left. There was a grey Cadillac in the adjacent lane that hadn't moved. As soon as I merged back, the other car started to merge too. They couldn't see me because I was likely in their blind spot, but the driver merged without any blinker or signal. I tried to get out of the way but I couldn't and crashed into me. I lost control of my car and wound up hitting the guardrail. From the impact of the accident, I was left with a broken collarbone, dislocated shoulder, and a lingering headache that later turned out to be a mild concussion. The damage was too much to deal with immediately afterward, since it hurt to breathe and I could only effectively move my left arm at the time. An ambulance came and took me to the hospital in Pomona where they put my shoulder back in its socket, repaired my collarbone, and gave me a lot of pain meds. My fiancee only had cuts and bruises, thankfully, and she walked away without any real physical damage or lingering injuries. It took time, but I knew I needed to lawyer up for this. I was stopped at a red light after a long day at work. I was anxious to get home. Before I knew it I was suddenly pushed into the intersection and heard a loud crash and felt my body surge forward. I realized immediately that I was hit from behind. I was lucky that no cars were coming through the intersection and when oncoming traffic did see what happened it formed a lane to go around the accident. I cracked my head against the window when the car behind me hit me and I had a ton of immediate and searing back pain. Someone tried to get me out of the car but I was unable to move a lot because of my back. I was taken to the emergency room where I found out I had a badly slipped disc in my back, a concussion, open wounds on my head, and the potential for other spinal cord damage. The doctor told me that if my disc problem persisted, they may need to do fusion surgery. I went searching for a car accident lawyer after I got the news. They called me in for a meeting after having my case for a couple of months and 1 day called me in and told me that they were happy with my case in the meeting with my cai give her. They told me my case was up to 6 figures and gave me an advance. After that, they sent me to a doctor but it took months. This doctor said I need a surgery But the surgery never happened. I kept telling them I wasn't pain. Then I caught COVID and was in a coma. My daughter said they tried to low ball. They thought I was going to die. When I awoke from my coma. They tried to Low ball me When I told them no and told them. I still need treatment because my condition got worse to the point where I couldn't even walk. They started ignoring me. As they started before the coma I looked up their reviews and was shocked most of them. Employees quit being overloaded with work. Some of them employees complain of them being unorganized, and employees are vindictive when they are fired. Look on glass door and indeed you'll see. My big mistake I took a couple of other cases from another firm and gave it to them all they did was take my cases and throw them in a pile of cases hoping that they do the work. I was out food shopping at the grocery store last year in the early hours of the morning before I had to go out and run other errands. I was in the frozen food section looking for ice cream when I slipped and fell. I had found my ice cream and went to walk off, but one of the freezers had probably had a defect or malfunction or something, since there was a small puddle in front of it. It was the only freezer that had the puddle, as I noticed from where I was laying on the ground. The fall was very fast and very hard, but what was more damaging was the pain I felt in my knee.Even though I landed hard on my side, I had placed a lot of weight on my leg when it slipped. It already wasn't the most stable knee because of a long time spent playing football in school, but I had never had any injuries that sidelined me for a time. When I fell, I could not stand up on my own and I couldn't brace on anything. I called out for help and an employee came. I told him I felt like I popped something in my knee, and he needed to call a paramedic. When he went off I thankfully remembered what everyone had always told me about falls - to take a picture quickly so you have proof, since the store could quickly clean everything up and blame you for the accident. I took out my phone and snapped the puddle from two different angles. The employee then came back and said that the ambulance was on its way. At the hospital, they did an examination and a CT scan. It turned out that I had a torn ACL in my right knee, which is a very bad injury to suffer because of the small ligaments and how much wear and tear you go through in everyday life. The healing process is a few months and it can get tweaked very easily. A lot of people try to come back from the injury too soon and wind up damaging it even more and prolonging the recovery period even longer. I went through with the treatment as slowly and painstakingly as possible because I didn't want to suffer anything that would stay with me for the rest of my life. Of course, this was expensive, and I needed to get surgery and rehabilitation for weeks. I couldn't return to my job at a school where I worked as a gym teacher, since I needed to be mobile and escort students. I was going to be unable to do a lot for a long time. I had my motorcycle license for a few years before buying my own bike. I used to simply ride my father's from time to time because I didn't have the money to afford my own, but when I got a new job I could finally make the splurge and purchased one. I had it for about six week when I got into an accident. I was first in line at a red light. I didn't have a GoPro on my helmet at the time or anything on my bike that would record my trips. While I was waiting, a few cars proceeded through the yellow and red turn light. As the light turned green, I sat up and went through, when someone else in the opposite direction chose to run the red signal. He came from behind the line of cars waiting to go straight opposite me and switched into the turn lane and went through. I knew they had no green arrow on the side because both turn lanes have specific signals. The car that hit me sped out and turned in front. I swerved hard to avoid it but didn't have far to go, since oncoming traffic was on my left and same side traffic was on my right. So I wound up hitting the car. He was blocked from leaving by another car. I flew over the roof of the car and landed on the other side. I broke my leg and sprained my wrist, and my back was in a lot of pain. It turned out I had ruptured two discs in the impact. Thankfully my helmet prevented any severe damage to my head, so I was able to stay conscious and didn't have a lot of memory problems or anything. The ambulance showed up and took me to the hospital. The driver was ticketed. At the hospital I was told I would need surgery on my leg. It was a compound fracture, or broken in a few places, so I was going to have to be in a cast for a few weeks and would need physical therapy afterwards. My bike had to go to the shop immediately too, because the front wheel had taken a lot of damage and the frame was bent. The handlebars were also really scraped. I needed a lot of repairs done, which I was not happy about because I had just bought it. But more importantly I was glad to be alive because I know how dangerous motorcycle accidents can be. I searched around for a lawyer who could help me with a lawsuit against the driver. I found Sal at the Downtown LA Law Group. I called and he listened to me and asked questions about the case. They gave me a lot of memory tests and such to see if anything was compromised. Thankfully, it wasn't, and my concussion was downgraded to mild. I still could not be exposed to bright lights because of how sensitive I was and the doctors recommended that I avoid driving for a bit. The cost of the visit to the hospital, paired with the ambulance ride and the subsequent visits and treatments, was a lot of money. I also wasn't going to be able to return to my job as a lighting operator at a theater for a while because of how much movement I needed to do and because of my sensitivity. All the expenses added up and we were struggling to find a way to pay for it all. So we decided to look for a slip and fall lawyer, and in the midst of our searching, we found Sal at the Downtown LA Law Group.
