Don't waste your time with this law office if you have a complicated case that will actually require more work. They only want to take on easy, basic cut and dry cases- with a focus on not getting your breaks and lunches on time or wrongful terminations. I am still employed with my employer so I was told they cannot take my case for retaliation, bullying and harassment. I was told the attorneys are too busy with trials to take on my case. I asked for my intake notes and was refused. It is my information, and it should be provided to me. I never had a business reject me from obtaining my own information. That was weird to not be able to obtain my own records. The upside- the intake process was easy and they got back to me within 72 hours. read more

I've obtained this team for a wrongful termination. They did accept my case however the outcome was very poor. I was fired on workman's comp and it took about 2 to close. With all that being said the best they could do was have me settle for 30k for which they took half. That's truly felt like nothing for being fired while ON WORKERS COMP where everyone knows it's illegal in general. They didn't fight at all for anything beyond something that was a simple and ease for them to close. However with the length of the process I was truly just over it so I settled. I never met the partner who was assigned to my case. Always had very very young attorneys. They did not keep in touch during the 2 year process. I believe they also missed filing dates. Before deposition AGAINST the DOJ I was not prepped AT ALL. I truly was fighting the DOJ myself. I guess my case wasn't a loss but I do regret hiring them and am sure that I could've got a better outcome with more professional and knowledgeable console.
