I have purchased from this company for a really long time. It may have been as early as 2008, I can…read moreno longer recall. The RO system with pump provided was well crafted and I was pleased with the service. Years later, when normal maintenance issues arose, I figured they may no longer be in operation, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were. I ordered replacement parts which were priced competitively and shipped promptly. Recently, 2024, I once again had a few leaks from the pump which has been working daily for another many years, and once again, Pure Pro USA was there. Amazon had "maybe that's the same, or is it? And how many weeks until it ships? And what is the return policy?" products. But Pure Pro had exactly what my model needed all these years later. Parts arrived promptly and I completed all the work an hour later. System running as good as the day I bought it. There are a lot of players in the water treatment space and the technology is very similar. So I choose a company that stands behind their products and is there when I need them.

Both as it turns out are plumbers by trade, which gave us confidence in the work they performed. They were responsive, punctual and respectful both answering questions by email and while on site. Joe and Dave immediately removed their shoes when arriving without even being asked. This is something that seems rare these days when working with contractors. There was no high pressure sales or scare tactics during the initial sales visit. They arrived on time, tested our water and Joe provided his initial suggestions on a system. I appreciated this approach as I was expecting just a salesman who didn't know much about specifics on the install and pressure to make the sale that day due to "the today only special" or "oh my, your levels are very high....". I had specific questions on the installation of the system as we required a couple of extra plumbing considerations and Joe was able to take a look and said "no problem, we can take care of that". He provided a quote promptly following the visit with a list of options itemized so we could select the type of system. Once we gave the green light, the install date was quick and the day of install things went well. They even took a look at a small leak we had on a sink and fixed it which was outside the scope of the original work and when offered extra money for their time, they refused. We are very happy with our experience with Pure Water Solutions. We found them by referral on our hometown's Facebook group and we were not disappointed. It is great to find a small business which allows you to work directly with the owner(s) and who truly take pride in doing a good job and building their reputation. Our stop continues to be missed, the water and salt are left on our porch instead of being taken in to our home, the empty bottles are left behind because I can only assume it is too difficult to carry them back to the truck, and our basement lights are left on. Really? I'm paying for this? Their delivery system is by far the worst on the planet. When I have called to inquire about missed deliveries I have been told all sorts of nonsense about notes in the system showing that we requested no more deliveries. Not true. Also if notes can be put in the system, why can't they be of value? For instance, why not write down where the water should go? P.S. it is in our mudroom not the foyer which the driver seems to think is a natural storage spot. Who am I kidding he leaves it there because it is one step inside the door. I have given Culligan multiple opportunities to right the ship, and unfortunately they are incapable. I finally fired them today. What a relief! I am leaving everything on the porch and requested my key back. There is only so much aggravation I can take and I am beyond my limit. I am sick of paying for delivery that is never done correctly. Since my husband was already having to schlep water around the house, it will be just as easy to get water from Home Depot or Alsip Nursery. The added perk is that I won't have to call Culligan to continuously explain why they suck. What will I do with all of that extra time?

The earliest they can service this request is 3/19/2025. i will be charged $80 for the visit, plus parts. If they have to come back, I will be charged $95.00. In the meantime, my family will need to rely on bottled water until then. I'm sure there's someone looking for work in this field. When I agreed to…read morepurchase the system and also a new reverse osmosis system, I was told by the salesman, Paul, that someone would come out to check the system & make sure it was functioning properly about a month after install. This never happened. When I contacted the office, I was told this definitely should have happened and the salesman should have contacted my husband. Months have passed, and still nothing from Paul. The person in the office said she would contact Paul and he should be reaching out to us. Nothing. Another week passed and I called the office again. This time I spoke with someone else who also said the system should have been checked after install. This time I was able to schedule the follow-up with the person in the office. She gave a window of time that the service person would arrive, but she also said the day of the appointment (today!) the person coming to check the system would call and narrow it down to a two hour window. No one ever called or showed! Culligan also offers home delivery of salt. Another thing Paul sold us on and it has been nothing but bad! The first delivery date came and the driver (who is supposed to bring the salt wherever you want--including to the basement where the system is) tried to deliver only 2 of the 5 bags we were supposed to receive (and leave them inside my front door). He told me "well, 5 is a lot." He didn't know our delivery schedule! It's every other month, so five bags WAS appropriate! The second delivery date came and went...we didn't receive any salt! The bill came without problem, of course, and showed the last delivery date was 6/30/23 and the reason NONE NEEDED was given in regards to how many bags were delivered. A lazy driver lied and likely cut his Friday short leading into a holiday weekend. He never even came to our house! We were also told that if a delivery was scheduled at a time we weren't home, the bags of salt would be left on the porch. We have a video doorbell. We know he never even came! All in all, it's been a horrible experience! I would NOT recommend using Culligan services, and I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Paul! It's clear that he gives a story to get the sale, making things sound like they treat their customers well. But then you buy, spend thousands of dollars, and they forget about you completely!!

After picking up a container of bleach, I returned home to find a leaking container, with a broken handle, in the back of the minivan. When calling to request a valid container, no answer. Message left with no return from anyone. Customer service is not a priority here, just give them your money and leave. Obviously, standing behind their products is not a concern.
