Placed a mobile order for drive through pick up on a Friday morning before 8am. The drive through only had two cars ahead of me and the line moved quickly. The employee was friendly and prompt with me. By the time I reached the pick up window, my order was ready to be handed out to me. Everything ordered was present and correct. The iced coffee with hazelnut syrup was delicious and my bf loved the caramel iced cap. It came with a cute little dollop of whipped cream on top. The easter donuts were cute and fun. I appreciated the option for something seasonal. The donuts, including the 4 timbits, were all fresh and tasty. I'm sure I'll place another mobile order for this location again in the near future. read more

The outside of the restaurant looks run down. I wasn't sure if it was open. The inside is relatively clean. I was hoping to order doughnuts but apparently they now only serve the more expensive specialty donuts. The cashier said they don't serve the basic doughnuts. The employees were not too friendly. The sandwiches and bagel we ordered were really good. The chai tea was terrible though. Not recommended. Something was very off with it. I like to go to Tim Hortons for doughnuts so I'll have to find a location that still offers the classics.. read more

If only I could give negative stars I would....I stopped at this location as it was in the area during my travels. It was not that busy and early in the morning so I expected items to be fresh. I ordered an iced drink that had no flavor and almost a sour taste. The timbit donut holes were stale with no glaze on them. The inside needs to be updated and cleaner. If you value cleanliness in food service, then avoid this place at all costs. We went in 5 minutes after they opened as we were traveling from PA to OH, so we had never been here before, and there was trash on the floor, dirty tables, and sticky chairs. I was rudely greatest by Stan at the drive thru, when he was taking my order he kept asking if that was it. He gave me a total after ordering an Avacodo toast, iced caramel coffee and large coke of $6.58, When I arrived at the window he said oh your total is actually $11.75 which is a kind of big deal but he basically threw my drinks into my hands and into my truck. When we got next door to our location, we opened the toast box and found the it was untoasted with the avacodo spread smeared in a small area and a everything bagel seasoning. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the improper making my food. Not coming back here and not sure how this place stays open because of this type of people working. read more

First time to this location. The wait was long and we were first in line. The crew member taking our order was also working drive thru. I'd say they needed more staff but there were a few crew members in the back goofing off. You could see and hear them through the open door. We received our food fairly quickly. The coffee on the other hand. Took a while and when I received my iced caramel macchiato, I knew it was made wrong. The layering was off and tasted off as well. So far, I think I'd be better off going to a dunkin, even though it costs a bit more. read more

Owners-- you should be ashamed of yourselves! This place has become an eyesore. The employees are nice but they have little to work with. They're always out of items. Their machines are frequently down and the building looks like it is about to rust away. There are weeds so high in front that I feel badly for the people who work there. It's got to be hard to work for people who have absolutely no pride in their business. It's unfortunate because they have great people and a great product. Tim Ho's you guys gotta get your stuff together. We sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Over 10 minutes if it at the window. The first part of our order. Ice Capp, 2 muffins, hot chocolate and Tim bits came out. Then we waited 10 minutes while Employees bickered about our bagel we were waiting on the regular bagel with cream cheese nobody knew where it was who was making it why it was taking so long. Finally we just left because we were holding the rest of the lineup he would already been waiting 30 minutes plus with us while we were waiting for somebody to figure out a bagel. For the last three months I've tried to stop at Tim Hortons in steubenville Ohio and haven't yet got to get a cup of coffee. It never used to be as slow as it is I left 20 minutes early today to get there to get my coffee and I still waited in line for 20 minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work it's called hustle people I don't know if they got new staff or if the people there just don't know how to run the shop but you are losing a lot of customers I watched two ladies walk in and walk out because it was super busy inside and I was waiting in the drive-through. It's sad that we live in a small town too you would never make it in a big city get it together!!!! read more

REALLY dirty floors Out of several ingredients, there is a grocery store 1/2 mile away People are repeat customers for consistency. You can't be consistent without all your ingredients. Had a really nice founder's favorite combination in a waffle cone and Very pleasant staff. The worker's were great. But, won't be back any time soon. Kinda really sucks that this is really the only coffee place in Steubenville. The place always tends to be dirty, like no one cares how it looks.This to me, is a huge turn off. I want to know the area I am about to enjoy my food in is clean and well taken care of. They are 9/10 out of something that you want and the last few times I have ordered food, its been burnt. The drive through is hot mess. Its always busy and they NEVER give me the right total. The employees are generally really pleasant and helpful, so that tends kind of help the situation. The coffee is actually good, but i am not so much a fan of any of the pastries since they tend to be the kind that are frozen and delivered. The one always positive thing about the place though, is Coldstone. They are always consistent, and the ice cream is delicious. the customer service is horrible, the food is equally as bad, and not a single person working there is firing on all cylinders. they're all slow and full of attitude. I talked to Justin and the supervisor when I was feeling extremely low about how my Veteran's day is going, and not only did they give me a free donut and coffee, but they went out of their way to talk to me and tell me that they are so appreciative to all veterans and service members, and they gave me a box of donuts. Not only was that above and beyond and appreciative, but I could genuinely tell they care about us as veterans. I had never been to a Tim Horton's, but with some time to kill, I thought I'd get some breakfast. My order was a double toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. It was ready in 30 seconds. No one can double toast a bagel in 30 seconds, so I was already skeptical of the quality. I was right. It was barely toasted. I could find no butter. The cream cheese was spread thinly. I visited Tim Hortons for lunch the other day. They have amazing coffee and I personally love just going in to chill with my friends and chat. On the other hand their food, while mostly OK, the sandwiches were dry and very bland. Still love the place for coffee but might only go back for lunch and get the soup. read more

I asked for no mayo, I wait 10 minutes for my sandwich and it has mayo. I asked for another one with out mayo. The lady proceeds to yell "if somebody labeled it on the screen it wouldn't have mayo" I proceeded to sit down and wait patiently. Then I hear her yell, "that guy with the high and tight can eat a dick for wanting no mayo." Yes, it's a high and tight, I'm in the military. Also, they proceed to yell profanity the whole time I try to eat this terrible remake of a sandwich. The lady was asking for her phone from a male who believed had her phone. He told her, I have something the same soze as a phone you can grab. I'm so unsatisfied with my visit. I just got home on a deployment, and prior to leaving this was my go to place for college and lunch breaks at work. This is absolutely the worst satisfaction I've ever had from anywhere I've ever been. I've been served overseas by local nationals better than this. Let's see if corporate does anything. read more
