It is the closest Tims to where I live in the Pittsburgh area, so despite the issues this location has, it is still better than not having a Tims at all. First, the store and grounds are pretty run down. The parking lot and the sign both need attention and the landscaping is not well maintained. The store consistently seems to be out of certain things regardless of what time of day you are there. The employees are semi apologetic, but sometimes they say things like "we almost never have enough bagels". That shows this is likely a management issue not properly supplying the restaurant. The often get orders wrong. Either the wrong items or wrong ingredients. That being said, the coffee does seem to actually be made fresh regularly and the ice cap machine seems to always be working. If you need a coffee or quick snack, not a bad option, but definitely on the lower end of quality for a Tims. read more

Placed a mobile order for drive through pick up on a Friday morning before 8am. The drive through only had two cars ahead of me and the line moved quickly. The employee was friendly and prompt with me. By the time I reached the pick up window, my order was ready to be handed out to me. Everything ordered was present and correct. The iced coffee with hazelnut syrup was delicious and my bf loved the caramel iced cap. It came with a cute little dollop of whipped cream on top. The easter donuts were cute and fun. I appreciated the option for something seasonal. The donuts, including the 4 timbits, were all fresh and tasty. I'm sure I'll place another mobile order for this location again in the near future. read more

The outside of the restaurant looks run down. I wasn't sure if it was open. The inside is relatively clean. I was hoping to order doughnuts but apparently they now only serve the more expensive specialty donuts. The cashier said they don't serve the basic doughnuts. The employees were not too friendly. The sandwiches and bagel we ordered were really good. The chai tea was terrible though. Not recommended. Something was very off with it. I like to go to Tim Hortons for doughnuts so I'll have to find a location that still offers the classics.. read more

If only I could give negative stars I would....I stopped at this location as it was in the area during my travels. It was not that busy and early in the morning so I expected items to be fresh. I ordered an iced drink that had no flavor and almost a sour taste. The timbit donut holes were stale with no glaze on them. The inside needs to be updated and cleaner. I have had the same items at another location and this was not the case. Do Better especially on a Saturday morning. read more

Employees were very busy and besides that they were friendly. The food was delicious as usual.

If you value cleanliness in food service, then avoid this place at all costs. We went in 5 minutes after they opened as we were traveling from PA to OH, so we had never been here before, and there was trash on the floor, dirty tables, and sticky chairs. I cleaned our own table so we could sit and no other customers but 2 employees. read more

They have the best Turkey Club and an amazing iced coffee. The manager waited on me and she was very friendly!! Thanks so much will definitely be back read more

I was rudely greatest by Stan at the drive thru, when he was taking my order he kept asking if that was it. He gave me a total after ordering an Avacodo toast, iced caramel coffee and large coke of $6.58, When I arrived at the window he said oh your total is actually $11.75 which is a kind of big deal but he basically threw my drinks into my hands and into my truck. When we got next door to our location, we opened the toast box and found the it was untoasted with the avacodo spread smeared in a small area and a everything bagel seasoning. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the improper making my food. Not coming back here and not sure how this place stays open because of this type of people working. read more

First time to this location. The wait was long and we were first in line. The crew member taking our order was also working drive thru. I'd say they needed more staff but there were a few crew members in the back goofing off. You could see and hear them through the open door. We received our food fairly quickly. The coffee on the other hand. Took a while and when I received my iced caramel macchiato, I knew it was made wrong. The layering was off and tasted off as well. So far, I think I'd be better off going to a dunkin, even though it costs a bit more. read more

Tim Hortons - a cup of iced coffee on a table - Donuts Near Me - Steubenville, Ohio

Worst location ever. First, they stop carrying the Canadian maple donut, then the pretzel bagel, and now the blueberry bagel. Are you kidding me? One of the most popular bagels in existence. Then they have an employee who yells at you through the speaker. If it weren't for the coffee, I would probably never go to this location ever. I've just never become so disappointed in a location. read more

I wish I could write a better review. The timbits are delicious and I would recommend but it stops there. The breakfast sandwich I got was burnt. Not only in taste but appearance. I assumed maybe this was a fluke and tried another on a different occasion. Same thing. This location has gon down hill read more

The food was good i had bought a breakfast wrap and some other things. the customer service was quick and i only had to wait about 2 minutes for my food again it was delicious and a great meal for morning breakfast heading to work. read more

Owners-- you should be ashamed of yourselves! This place has become an eyesore. The employees are nice but they have little to work with. They're always out of items. Their machines are frequently down and the building looks like it is about to rust away. There are weeds so high in front that I feel badly for the people who work there. It's got to be hard to work for people who have absolutely no pride in their business. It's unfortunate because they have great people and a great product. The Tim's in Calcutta is so beautiful and clean and run like a real restaurant should be. The owners should be ashamed!! It looks filthy-chipped paint, rusted building, tattered windows. What a shame!! read more

Tim Ho's you guys gotta get your stuff together. We sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Over 10 minutes if it at the window. The first part of our order. Ice Capp, 2 muffins, hot chocolate and Tim bits came out. Then we waited 10 minutes while Employees bickered about our bagel we were waiting on the regular bagel with cream cheese nobody knew where it was who was making it why it was taking so long. Finally we just left because we were holding the rest of the lineup he would already been waiting 30 minutes plus with us while we were waiting for somebody to figure out a bagel. Just a regular bagel. read more

Good food and coffee. Employees are friendly and hardworking. My only complaint is that the espresso machine seems to break down frequently.

The donuts are still awesome! But i just went (5:30pm ish and they close at 11pm) and my sister ordered a latte. They turned off the latte machine for the rest of the night? I would understand if it was broken but if you just turned it off for no reason... uh. What? Still kinda slow, but ice capps are good. read more

REALLY dirty floors Out of several ingredients, there is a grocery store 1/2 mile away People are repeat customers for consistency. You can't be consistent without all your ingredients. Had a really nice founder's favorite combination in a waffle cone and Very pleasant staff. The worker's were great. But, won't be back any time soon. It's so disappointing when you have a favorite and can't get it half the time. Management seems to be off - they need to step it up a little. Who wants to eat ice cream in a pig sty?? read more

Has a Coldstone Creamery. Check it out! Why 4 instead of 5? They don't keep all their mix-ins for Coldstone in stock. I really wanted some chocolate chips in my ice cream, but they ran out. Don't lie. You know you'd want to knock a star off also. read more

For the last three months I've tried to stop at Tim Hortons in steubenville Ohio and haven't yet got to get a cup of coffee. It never used to be as slow as it is I left 20 minutes early today to get there to get my coffee and I still waited in line for 20 minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work it's called hustle people I don't know if they got new staff or if the people there just don't know how to run the shop but you are losing a lot of customers I watched two ladies walk in and walk out because it was super busy inside and I was waiting in the drive-through. It's sad that we live in a small town too you would never make it in a big city get it together!!!! read more

Kinda really sucks that this is really the only coffee place in Steubenville. The place always tends to be dirty, like no one cares how it looks. This to me, is a huge turn off. I want to know the area I am about to enjoy my food in is clean and well taken care of. They are 9/10 out of something that you want and the last few times I have ordered food, its been burnt. The drive through is hot mess. Its always busy and they NEVER give me the right total. The employees are generally really pleasant and helpful, so that tends kind of help the situation. The coffee is actually good, but i am not so much a fan of any of the pastries since they tend to be the kind that are frozen and delivered. The one always positive thing about the place though, is Coldstone. They are always consistent, and the ice cream is delicious. Not sure how long that will last though with DQ moving next door recently. read more

Worst service in Steubenville. Sad,the owner needs to get a handle on the store. Love the bagels just not this store .

Very slow drive through. Probably because several employees were out back smoking. Food and coffee was fine.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Me and my wife i had to wait 10 minutes to get our order taken and we were at the register the whole time. All 5 of the staff were only helping the drive thru not us at the counter. The manager ended up helping us at the counter and he was actually very nice so 5 stars to him but everyone else 0 stars read more

the customer service is horrible, the food is equally as bad, and not a single person working there is firing on all cylinders. they're all slow and full of attitude. I would say they get my order right 2/50 times. once I ordered "a medium pumpkin iced coffee with cream and no sugar". what did I get? a cup of cream with pumpkin flavor, not a single drop of coffee. their bagels come out half burnt half undercooked and they slap a half a cup of cream cheese right in the middle & it leaves a mess. avoid avoid avoid. read more

Used to enjoy going to Tim Horton's in Wintersville; then the past two times we were completely ignored by employees who were too busy with other things: talking longer than necessary to 1 customer who had already had her order; and by the way, the employee, (fat guy) who had waited on her was scratching the inside of his ear with his finger! Did he wash his filthy digit before picking up a donut? No more from this place! read more

I'd give them 10 stars, but 5 is the limit. I talked to Justin and the supervisor when I was feeling extremely low about how my Veteran's day is going, and not only did they give me a free donut and coffee, but they went out of their way to talk to me and tell me that they are so appreciative to all veterans and service members, and they gave me a box of donuts. Not only was that above and beyond and appreciative, but I could genuinely tell they care about us as veterans. Thank you Tim Horton's for your patriotism and appreciation, some days it's rough after you've been gone serving your country and you come "home" and everything is like you never left and people don't know your sacrifices. read more

I visited Tim Hortons for lunch the other day. They have amazing coffee and I personally love just going in to chill with my friends and chat. On the other hand their food, while mostly OK, the sandwiches were dry and very bland. Still love the place for coffee but might only go back for lunch and get the soup. read more

I had never been to a Tim Horton's, but with some time to kill, I thought I'd get some breakfast. My order was a double toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. It was ready in 30 seconds. No one can double toast a bagel in 30 seconds, so I was already skeptical of the quality. I was right. It was barely toasted. I could find no butter. The cream cheese was spread thinly. The texture was spongy. How can a restaurant screw up a simple order so badly? I will never eat at a Tim Horton's again. read more

Rude employees, out of everything, dirty dining area. Really there's no reason to go here.

i stop when in town for business. The place is consistent with no or low inventory. I know when i do show up it's like jack in the box " you never know what your going to get". "We are out of that" That should sum up Tim Hortons at least in Steubenville. Why bother unless you want coffee.

I asked for no mayo, I wait 10 minutes for my sandwich and it has mayo. I asked for another one with out mayo. The lady proceeds to yell "if somebody labeled it on the screen it wouldn't have mayo" I proceeded to sit down and wait patiently. Then I hear her yell, "that guy with the high and tight can eat a dick for wanting no mayo." Yes, it's a high and tight, I'm in the military. Also, they proceed to yell profanity the whole time I try to eat this terrible remake of a sandwich. The lady was asking for her phone from a male who believed had her phone. He told her, I have something the same soze as a phone you can grab. I'm so unsatisfied with my visit. I just got home on a deployment, and prior to leaving this was my go to place for college and lunch breaks at work. This is absolutely the worst satisfaction I've ever had from anywhere I've ever been. I've been served overseas by local nationals better than this. Let's see if corporate does anything. read more
