The dining area is dimly lit, which makes it difficult to see what it's really like. While I was waiting for my food, my eyes adjusted enough to see that the place isn't that clean. The vinyl table clothes need wiped off and the floor was both sticky and gritty in places. I'm surprised the health inspectors allow this place to operate with those violations.

They agreed to make the cake as quickly as they could, but we were still late for my daughter's birthday party due to the mistake. When I went back to pick the cake up, the other girl working apologized and said, "but really it isn't our fault. it's the owner's fault." I attempted to call corporate and no one is in on Sunday's so I could not place a complaint. They still charged me over $30 for the cake. I commented on their page on Facebook about the horrible experience, and someone got back to me apologizing and said that a customer service representative would be in touch to make the problem right.
