I'm a loyal Dunkin' patron. I've stopped at this location about 10 times since May and I've been disappointed each time. Even when they have amply staff and not many patrons, the wait times are ridiculous. I usually order a chai latte and it always tastes like warm milk with a splash of the chai. On my recent visit the workers seemed to be distracted by someone's kids who were behind the counter. The wait staff doesn't seem to be accommodating or very friendly. This is an excellent franchise and a great location. I hope some of these reviews are used to improve service and efficiency. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts!!! Just not the one in Weirton. Absolutely horrible. They run out of donuts at 8 am. The cashier doesn't even know what there selling. I tried to two for five. I don't like to complain about a place unless I've had several bad experience. The Dunkin' Donuts located in Weirton, WV is, most likely, the worst Dunkin' I've been to. I usually go to Dunkin' about 4 to 5 times a week. Every time I go I order the iced cappuccino and every time I go I get a different drink each time. Today I order a large iced cappuccino with the Heath flavoring. I received a medium iced coffe with cream and sugar, but charged for the large iced cappuccino. There is a young man who works there and makes the drinks perfectly but I don't know his name because I never get my receipts. read more

Your drink will be different every time - you never know what you're going to get. Also, they're out of glazed donuts 80% of the time. Doesn't matter if it's 10am or 8pm. Location is perfect and a gem to have in the area, unfortunately just not good management/execution at this location. read more

How the hell do you run out of bagels on a Wednesday at 9 am??? But that's exactly what just happened to me at the Steubenville Dunkin' Donuts location. That's totally ridiculous that they would let that happen. I've also had about four different orders screwed up by them a couple is when it first opened and then two more later. As a committed Dunkin fan, I was thrilled when this location opened. While the product line is solid, the customer service falls seriously short. Approaching the counter I feel less than appreciated as a customer. On numerous occasions I've been told that the product, though listed on the menu is not available. During my most recent visit, the variety of donuts displayed was slim with no muffins in the case. When I asked, I was told that they had muffins in the back. When I asked for the low fat one, I was informed that there were none available. Same with my wife's breakfast sandwich. Not available. I pass by a Tim Horton's near home that I pass to get to this location only out of loyalty to the brand. But there are limits when customer service consistently is fair to poor. First place I stop on my way to or from Pittsburgh. They are very friendly and can usually answer any question I have. The donuts are usually fresh and the coffee is always made just the way I like it. I don't tend to eat in very often, but the seating seems ample and the restroom are always clean which is absolutely always a plus. read more

I have given this place 100 chances and I am always disappointed. You could order the same drink everyday and it will somehow taste different every single time. They load iced coffees up with tons of sugar even if you request hardly any. Noone listens or cares about your order. You're better off brewing your own at home. read more

I have been to many Dunkin' Donuts across the country. I travel for a living. The Dunkin' Donuts on 3 Springs Dr. in Weirton has to be the worst I've ever run across. I get coffee at Dunkin every single day. The staff here is rarely ever on time. Many of them don't show up for work. And when they do come to work the coffee is very inconsistent in taste. The manager will look over and not even say good morning hi how are you or even come over to help you people there really need some serious customer service training. They are not consistent with their coffee at all. One day you get it tastes perfect, another day it tastes like water, the next day it has so much cream that you feel like you are drinking straight creamer - the coffee is practically white. When made correctly, it's good, but not worth the money to have the chance of bad coffee. Hope these bad reviews lead to a change in this place! read more

I Went to this location for the first time today. When I asked what flavors of iced coffee they had, I could hear the woman on the other end of the drive through speaker mouth "oh my god" in annoyance to my question. She then In an annoyed tone read off the flavors. I picked one then she gave me my total. When I went to the window to pay I didn't get a "hello" or even my total said to me again. Instead I got a super annoyed look with a half smirk. I handed her my $3 and she gave me my straw. Then she handed me my change again not saying anything and finally my drink. I politely said thank you and she FINALLY had the courtesy to say have a good day (again no smile & super monotoned) why why why is good service so hard to come by? On a recent road trip my daughter and I made a quick stop for a couple of drinks. When we arrived we were third in line yet 10 minutes later our order still hadn't been taken and It was becoming increasingly apparent that every customer was unhappy with the lack of service. Ultimately, an additional ten minutes passed before we were given our iced tea and hot chocolate. One sip of the hot chocolate revealed a drink that tasted like hot water with a little chocolate in it. We handed the drink back and received a refund. By the time we left, with only one drink in hand, the gentleman behind us in line had still not been waited on. During the entire 20 minute visit we did not see one person's order successfully executed. There was a serious lack of customer awareness and our "quick trip" added another 20 minutes to our ride. Rather than leave this review we were planning to contact Dunkin' Donuts directly to share the feedback but the estimated hold time was yet another 25 minutes so we are leaving our negative experience here for public consumption. read more

Went there for breakfast on sunday 4/26 around 7:30am. Got three breakfasts with drinks. However they were out of HASHBROWNS. It was only 7:30 and out of hash browns. Definitely ruined my breakfast routine. I will try again next week but so far in my 3 experiences they have been out of something. read more

Horrible service. The woman who took our order was rude and visibly annoyed. I received my turkey sandwich and it had no turkey on it. When I took it back to the woman who had taken my order she said nothing, walked away, and told the girl at the drive-thru that she had forgotten the turkey again. The girl at the drive-thru looked at me, laughed, and then after a few minutes walked over and took the sandwich back. I sat back down and then the same girl came back to the counter and told me they were out of turkey. She asked if I wanted ham instead so I agreed because I was already so annoyed by the both of them that I didn't even want to deal with it anymore. When I got my sandwich back it was cold because the girl hadn't even made a fresh one, just slapped a pile of ham on the original. I threw the food away, and my lite latte tasted so bitter I couldn't even drink it so I threw that in the trash too. I'll never return to this establishment and I recommend driving a few extra miles out of the way to find a restaurant that actually has professional employees who know what they're doing instead of unprepared, rude employees who clearly don't care about their customers. read more
