The cinnamon pecan Danish was absolutely perfect for breakfast, with just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. I'm already looking forward to returning to try even more items. From outside, I saw full of patrons ordering their food and beverage. Our expectation went high! Bought: - Plain croissant - Plain Beignet with Sugar - Canelé - Lemon Meringue Tarte - Pear Almond Tart - Opera Croissant was good, nothing outstanding, nothing lacking. BUT! $3.25 for this quality is super reasonable, I should be feeling blessed! (I know other places charge us over $5 in spite of their mediocre quality.) Beignet is like a donut. Flurry, not too sweet, a tad dry. Canele was very disappointing. The outer had a nice bitter taste but not crunchy (it should be crunchy) rather, sticky soft... Interior had a large air pocket, which I feel is a structural defect. Lemon Meringue Tart - each part (meringue, lemon custard, tart base) was good, but integration was not. Tart base was too hard for the other super soft filling. Opera was surprisingly good. Although its looks did not have the precision that I expect for opera cake, it had very delicate layers. Almond cake base, smooth chocolate ganache, coffee butter cream, crispy top layer, and detectable rum kick. I liked it. Nice texture as well. I regretted not buying tart tartan - because many people seem to like it. Also sourdough - I think I should come back to try these :) !!!!

Parking is a bit tight and chaotic, but I did notice a sign mentioning additional rear parking on weekends, which is helpful. Before even stepping inside, the patio caught my eye. Definitely a great spot for when the weather warms up. Inside, the space is thoughtfully laid out with a variety of seating options and shelves of packaged goods like coffee and cookies. As you move through the winding line, you pass by their fridge and freezer items (think ready-to-go meals like shepherd's pie and grab-and-go options like chia pudding), followed by freshly baked breads. Honestly, the hot honey pizza focaccia looked incredible! Last was the drink menu and their pastry display. It's the kind of setup where you can't help but look at everything. I went in knowing I wanted the iced banana matcha, and also picked up an almond croissant and a carrot walnut loaf. Service was friendly and welcoming. The iced banana matcha met my expectations based on what I'd heard. It's not the strongest matcha if you're a purist, but it leans more toward a dessert-style drink with really enjoyable flavors. It's definitely on the sweeter side, but even as someone who prefers "not too sweet," I still loved it. The almond croissant was beautifully flaky with a rich, flavorful filling, and I appreciated the generous amount of sliced almonds on top for added texture. The carrot walnut loaf was another standout. It was super moist and well-balanced, not overly sweet even with the icing. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully made and high quality. I just wish it were closer so I could visit more often. They have such an extensive menu, and I'd love to try more next time.

Everything is sold by weight ($10/lb flat rate). My box of cookies came out to be a tad more than $15 after tax. There were at least 15 kinds of cookies in there. There were heart shaped cookies and flower shaped cookies and round cookies and Middle Eastern pastries, and cookies filled with jam, and cookies willed with cream, chocolate cookies, nutty cookies, etc. A lot of them weren't too sweet, which isn't a bad thing. I don't have a huge sweet tooth. A few reactions I got: 1) The cookie was like a solid balloon (looks hard on the outside, but totally airy and pillowy on the inside). 2) The cookie was super dry. 3) The cookie doesn't taste like anything. 4) Where did you get those cookies because I want to buy them. So yeah. All over the charts with these cookies. I'll probably be back to get some because they aren't expensive, and my dad seems to quite enjoy them.

I think service was all right, but I'm happy that a lot of their Bakery items are actually made in house which means it is mostly fresh. I got the ice latte and a couple pastry items. My personal favorite was the almond croissant as for the latte. I think it was quite smooth, i had pay for simple syrup as i like my latte with a bit of sugar, which I thought it was usually free (thats on me, I was just too focused on decor and didn't notice until I got home) The only pain is they don't have parking so it's not the most convenient to get there unless I walk over.
