    Horrible. Kids working there seem to not really care about taking orders. Drink was gross and my food was egg bacon and cheese biscuit but the bacon was barely cooked and the cheese looked old. Can't even eat it ! Never going back there clearly they could care less what they make!

    As you can see here, there are chocolate timbits in the box.

    I love Tim Horton and I am always left satisfied with my purchases, but this time has been an appalling exception. I went to order two 40 packs of the assorted mix of timbits. I am aware that that pack includes blueberry, glazed, honey glazed, bday cake, and the crowd favorite, chocolate. I only had to wait 1:45 seconds for my order to be completed and handed to me by an angry worker. This is not the way I wanted to start my day. I should have been given a fresh batch of these donuts being so early and the only person in the store. Also since I was the only one in the store so early before anyone else could order, you would think there would be chocolate donuts in my assorted timbits pack. But I came to find out that those were lacking. Not just lacking but completely missing! This is not acceptable behavior for this national institution! All in all I think acts like this need to have consequences thank you.

    No donuts available! No good service ever! Waste of time if you want to enjoy coffee and pastries!!!

    Horrible service, horrible food, incorrect order, lobby is filthy your shoes stick to the floor. Go somewhere else.

    Have been here a million times but recently I've gone 2 times and they never ask me for my order through the drive thru.

    Didn't get coffe right. No whipped cream or chocolate with the frozen hot chocolate barely even frozen.

Charming decor and friendly staff. However, my experience was ruined due to an error on my take out order. I placed an order for three additional meals with an add on order of sausages. Easy, right? I initially thought so, so I wasn't concerned about my order being incorrect. I get home and my order is missing main items like pancakes, french toast, utensils, and it looked as if the order was just slapped together. I call immediately and I explained that I just had an eaten there and then ordered additional takeout and my takeout order was incorrect. The nice young lady apologized and offered to have it remade. Now I accepted that and also stated since I have to come back up there what other compensation can you provide me. She then transfers me to the incredibly Customer Service oriented manager named Juan. I do hope you can sense the sarcasm. As I explained my situation to him stating what items have been missed, what was wrong with the order and what I expected ask a reasonable solution to this situation. He then goes on and asked me several questions over and over again about the takeout meal, I explained to him one more time to which he cut me off, overtalked me, and really wasn't listening to resolve my issue. When he asked again what I ordered I said I already told you. At which point, he cursed and said he did not want to be "a$$ hole" and basically gave me the impression that he was unwilling to fix this situation. So I told him I was going to speak to him in a nicer tone that he was talking to me that I wanted him to remake the meal. I would be there in 10 minutes and I would like it piping hot. To Juan's credit my food was ready once I arrived however, he proceeds to tell me that his waitress and his expediter both checked the order and it was correct when it left. Which wasn't true obviously. As a matter of fact, my friend said she watched the waitress grab the bag and didn't open it and just came to the table. I don't have a reason to go get free food from an establishment where I've already paid and tipped the server. Second of all he indirectly called me a liar to my face, which is poor service in its own right. Thirdly, when I asked what other compensation he was willing to provide me, he just simply smiled and said no he wasn't going to do anything. Juan needs to go back to the beginning of where Customer Service starts in order to be a better front of the house manager, because when your server makes an error, you own it you do not place the blame back on the customer. Juan needs to be retrained on how to actually service people, he does not know how to talk to anyone. He did not know how to de-escalate the situation. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and 15 of those have been working in an escalation department that was the worst interaction I believe I have ever encountered with a manager to resolve a situation. I mean Wendy's resolved issues better than this. Being that this was my first time coming to Delaney's, it will also be my last time. Because if you treat any customers the way you treated me, is clear he has no respect for the patrons of this establishment.

My husband and I started off with a cup of coffee while our daughter got a glass of chocolate milk. The coffee was watery and bland (although they have a sign up front about having the world's best coffee). Be prepared to wait a while for your food. It took almost 45 minutes for us to get ours; however, it was understandable considering every table was full! For food, my daughter got the cinnamon roll. She absolutely loved it! She said that it was super soft and ooey-gooey! My husband ordered the steak and eggs. He ordered the steak medium, but it came out very well-done (super chewy). I tried his home fries with his side of bacon and both of those were good! My daughter enjoyed the bacon too! I had the biscuits and gravy and a side of "cheesy" scrambled eggs. A big no to both! The biscuits were undercooked and the gravy just tasted like a large clump of flour! The "cheesy" scrambled eggs were tough scrambled eggs with some shredded cheese sprinkled on the top! While the food was not "it" for me, there are other things that I do enjoy about Canal Wigwam! It's a cute little diner located in the center of our comforting and cozy town! They promote many other local businesses through their "decor" - the dining tables are designed with local businesses flyers/contact information, their coffee mugs promote another local business, etc. Again, I really want to like the food here, but for some reason - my taste buds do not agree!

Which if I'm not mistaken, costs more than hot. We told them the mistake and they told us we would have to pay for two new drinks if we changed them even though it wasn't our fault. We ordered a large coffee (the Kenya blend), and it had great flavor- but when my mom asked to try it, the sample she was given was cold. As I continued with our order, she let the girl know the pot may be old, and we asked if they were planning to make a fresh pot soon as she had really enjoyed the flavor. The young lady in the improperly fitted, dirty grey sweatshirt with pimple patches on her face only outdid her gross and poor appearance with an even more gross and poor attitude and response. Instead of just answering my mom, this teenager elected to divert her attention to another young lady. They whispered, laughed, gave some standard angsty teenage eye rolls to my mom, before inevitably returning to condescendingly offer a pour over "since she needs it a certain temperature" (hot coffee? Groundbreaking). My mom gratefully accepted and thanked them for going out of their way to do that. She missed the clear social cues, but as a retired teenage girl myself- I didn't. My mom later re-approached the counter to purchase more cream cheese for her bagel and was treated the same way (again) by the same young lady at the register. The food had great flavor and the house made syrups did as well. Crystal would do well to ensure the quality of her food is better reflected in the quality of her front of house staff. It doesn't matter how great any of it is if your adolescent baristas treat customers like their lesser high school peers. Maybe it's hard to find a kind and considerate work force in Nowhere, Ohio (pouring coffee and heating sandwiches sounds daunting, imagine having to actually be nice to customers as well)- but I wouldn't go out of my way off 70 to hit this spot again. Throw a rock and hit a coffee shop around here, maybe they'll be nicer to you.
