This is a nice location. They get your order to you fast in the drive thru! I had the Caramel Latte and a Honey Dip Donut. Everything was tasty. The staff was nice!

Ordered small hot cinnamon sugar oat milk latte with half the cinnamon sugar blend and a bacon egg cheese wrap. Pretty hispanic girl starts to hand me a cold brew, I told her "I ordered it hot. " She turns and gives it to someone else to correct. They bring me a hot one and tell me to have a good day. I said "I'm waiting on a wrap". She says "Hold on it's coming." Obviously forgotten because several minutes and cars lining up later the pretty one brings the wrap and wont look at me. Once I pull away, I pull over and find it stuck to the bottom of the container and not what I ordered. This had a bunch of sauce everywhere and hashbrown inside. The amount of sauce was the reason it was stuck in the bottom of the container. So, I start the day with everything here wrong and an attitude when none was given on my part. ‍‍ I'm kind of scared to drink this latte now. There is a Dunkin next door.

I've been to this Tim Horton's dozens of times, but I won't be going back after today. Ordered a large, iced caramel macchiato to start my work day. I slowly sipped on it all morning, and I was just about finished when I felt something odd touch my tongue. Upon closer inspection, I find was appears to be a black pubic hair. Mortified, and now sick to my stomach, I can definitely say that I won't be coming back here.

This Tim Horton's has really improved since they have received a new owner over a year ago. The service is usually very quick and the wait is very short. The employees are friendly and typically apologize for wrong orders or misinterpretations and give it to you for free. Honestly, this place deserves a better rating. They've really turned around in their service!

The cashier didn't know what he was doing. Rung me up for the wrong thing and to top it off gave me the wrong sandwich at the end.

I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. It's a little things like that that make a difference to somebody's day. Whoever does a hiring at this location has a talent for picking the best people. The ratings in this place are solid five star so it's confusing why but perhaps I had a bad experience with the food and that's not reflective of the whole place of course. First off, the service was good. The girl was friendly and told me I should come back to try that strawberry drink that was on the sign. Second, I can't judge a drink since I didn't have one so late in the evening, but I did get a piece of coffee cake and it was one of the worst things I have eaten in a long time. It tasted like paste in my mouth... Purely flour , butter and sugar. There was not a texture from a crumble at all. And the cinnamon was a complete afterthought. When I say that it tasted mostly like flour, I am not exaggerating. Lastly, the place definitely is cute inside and it seems to be connected to the Goat by hallway.

I ordered the tiramisu matcha and it was delicious! It probably ties for my favorite matcha I've had in Columbus thus far. It took probably less than 5 minutes for our drinks to be made. While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!

YE Gurl Says: A Global Sip Close to Home at Sweetwaters…read more Place: Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Date: Post-chiro coffee run After an early morning reset, I needed caffeine and a quick bite before heading into calls--and landed at Sweetwaters in Dublin. Now, this isn't just another coffee chain. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea was founded in Ann Arbor by first-generation children of Chinese immigrants, and you can feel that global influence all over the menu. It's not trying to be trendy--it's rooted in something real. A mix of European café staples and Asian-inspired drinks that actually make sense together. Order of the day: * French Vietnamese Au Lait * Egg & Cheese Biscuit Let's start with the drink. The French Vietnamese Au Lait is their signature for a reason--dark roasted chicory coffee meets sweetened condensed milk. Rich, smooth, slightly indulgent... and yes, I completely forgot I don't usually drink regular milk. That's how good it was. The egg & cheese biscuit was a smart add. Made to order, warm, and surprisingly satisfying for something quick. Not overly heavy, but enough to hold me over while taking calls. The setup leans more drive-thru convenience, especially with its proximity to hospitals and office hubs--but don't overlook the interior. There's actually plenty of seating if you want to sit down, reset, and get a bit of work done. YE Gurl says: Sweetwaters hits that sweet spot between familiar and globally inspired. If you're tired of the same coffee rotation, this is an easy upgrade--especially for that French Vietnamese Au Lait alone. Just... maybe remember your dairy limits before you get too comfortable.
