They were both extremely sour and carbonated tasting, which is normally a sign of spoiled product in the machine, meaning it hasn't been cleaned. It's disgusting. Ordered small hot cinnamon sugar oat milk latte with half the cinnamon sugar blend and a bacon egg cheese wrap. Pretty hispanic girl starts to hand me a cold brew, I told her "I ordered it hot. " She turns and gives it to someone else to correct. They bring me a hot one and tell me to have a good day. I said "I'm waiting on a wrap". She says "Hold on it's coming." Obviously forgotten because several minutes and cars lining up later the pretty one brings the wrap and wont look at me. Once I pull away, I pull over and find it stuck to the bottom of the container and not what I ordered. This had a bunch of sauce everywhere and hashbrown inside. The amount of sauce was the reason it was stuck in the bottom of the container. Years ago I ate a Tim Hortons and the food was not any good. Boy have they improved. Over the years Tim Hortons have gotten so much better. I was in a hurry so I went through the Drive Thru for lunch. First time I have tried the Chicken Panini. I got their combo with a vanilla cream donut and a sweet tea. OMG!!! What a yummy meal! The Panini was grilled to perfection and the fresh chicken and cheese lettuce combination was excellent! The donut was so fresh and tasty. Their tea was brewed without any burnt taste. Good Tim Hortons, and very friendly service. Fast as well. The only thing lacking here is the cleanliness, but I will chock that up to it being bad weather outside and maybe they weren't able to keep up with the dirt tracked in to the restaurant. But the bathroom was clean, which was part of the reason I came to visit. The Ham & Swiss sandwich was also quite tasty. And, I got a black coffee and Tim's black coffee is always pretty solid, so I knew what to expect and they delivered. Their dark roast is also quite good, if you ever get a chance to try it. I will say the wait in the drive through was a bit long. When I got to the window, the person had to ask me what I ordered. By that time I'd already forgotten. They apologized and said they'd gotten behind and got people's orders wrong. So he gave me my combo meal free. It wasn't really that big of a deal and I would have gladly paid. I'm sorry to say this because I love what you do with hockey but, Tim Hortons you suck. Your "Baker's" are not really bakers are they, because they don't actually bake anything do they? All they really do is pull them out of the box and warm them up. This Tim Horton's has really improved since they have received a new owner over a year ago. The service is usually very quick and the wait is very short. The employees are friendly and typically apologize for wrong orders or misinterpretations and give it to you for free. Honestly, this place deserves a better rating. When asked to order some Tim bits and if she could heat them up for five seconds in the microwave she gave us a huge attitude saying what do you want me to heat up. Then when the total was incorrect on the screen she gave complete attitude about the actual total saying that it's not there and it's incorrect we then said that we were going to leave and when I called back in and asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and proceeded to be sarcastic and mean with me. Worst Tim Hortons EVER. I have stopped in to Carry-out items and you always have to check your order. It is never right. The hash browns are consistently over cooked and cold. When you bring this to their attention, they really don't care. I was told by the manager all of the hash browns in the tray were that way. When I asked if they could make new ones, I was told it would be 12 minutes, and to pick something else. Manger was RUDE and employees really don't care either. Do not go to this Tim Hortons. Always fast, although I am willing to wait for a great cup of coffee. Lots of bad reviews which is odd because I am always pleased with the folks here. I mean, lets be real people, they are teenagers working here and I have always received a hot order. Rhonda makes the bestest drinks. I say surprise me and she's always right on point. 9/23/16 Today my wife had an awful experience at this location in New Albany. When she walked in it was not busy, and the 2 people, a man and a woman completely ignored her. They were talking and laughing out the drive through window and not paying any attention to the business. Finally, when she did receive service the gentleman was very rude and didn't even acknowledge her when she was paying. He chose silence and walked away in the middle of the transaction. She had to ask if it was acceptable to leave. There was no "thank you for your business" or anything. Sincerely disappointing experience. This was my last visit to this establishment or any Tim Hortons. It is clear by the lack of hospitality that Starbucks is and will continue to be the superior choice. read more

If I could give this place a zero and still tell you about my experience here I would but that's not an option so they get a 1 by default. Their cappuccino is best described and hot water with a little something in it but who knows what that something is. Every single time I come through here I have to ask them to fix it. This past and last time it was such an ordeal that I was asked to pull to the front parking and wait which is a huge inconvenience because like everyone else I am in a hurry. When they originally handed me the cappuccino I asked for a sleeve because it's so hot that you can't hold it otherwise. When they finally bring it out to me no sleeve and they are acting perturbed. I explain to him that while i understand they are irritated that I have asked them to provide me with cappuccino and not hot water I still need a sleeve and would love it if he could hurry because I am in a hurry like everyone else. When he brings it back to me with the sleeve he proceeds to tell me not to come back. Why because I refuse to drink hot water or because I'm irritated that i have to wait and then am treated rudely by you who should be doing his job? I definitely won't be going so no problems there! Worst Tim Hortons in the area. I went here twice in one week and the service only got worst. Poor selection of donuts, out of most popular , and very long wait inside and at the drive thru. The staff is very young so perhaps that is part of it but there appears to be zero upper management. My second time was through the drive thru and after waiting in line 10 min I get to the window only to be told they are out of pennies and I would have to wait for change. Not to mention the seasonal donut they advertise hasn't been available either time I am there and that is by 8:30 a.m. I was so disgusted with the long wait time and lack of what I wanted that I said forget it and left.
