Tried this location out because it is 24hrs seating, however, it is filthy. If staff have free time, then Owner/Managers keep them catering to the cleanliness of your restaurant. Customers do not enjoy sitting on filthy chairs at dirty tables. We see this lack of interest in being sanitary and we ask: "I wonder how clean they keep the kitchen??". .. An investment was made in the restaurant, so get wise and bring it up to Canadian standards! Only two stars because it is 24hrs. Hardly any food to choose from, which may be a good thing. read more

Order a medium DD and a Hot Chocolate with a box of Timbits. I also ordered an Apple Fritter. I got to the window and the Manager was yelling at the drive thru persons telling her "I said we don't have Apple Fritters!!!" After the woman was trying to charge me for the apple fritter. She didn't apologize or anything. We got home, and my daughter was upset because they didn't give us assorted timbits. They gave us all plain timbits. No chocolate or anything else. Way to go horrible customer service. This Tim Hortons is terrible. They always try to throw your food and coffee out the window to you because they are always in a rush and they hire people who are incredibly rude and disrespectful. The worst part is is that this is the only Tim Hortons in the area with a drive thru... They never have what you are asking for and they always tell you at the window to "hold on let me check and see if we have that". They never have Apple Fritters. Ever. read more

Verdict: Unreal. Very quick review. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through (dumb, considering there were only 5 cars...) just to be told that they didn't have a simple vanilla dip donut. Ordered a coffee and Tim bits instead. Went to the window, handed the employee my Tim's points card, and credit card to pay. Employee promptly ignored the Tim's card, and charged me. I ask them to scan my Tim's card, and they say "no, the payment already went through." After having already waited 20 minutes for complete incompetence, I gave up and left. Coffee was absolutely disgusting, and was nothing more than warm water with cream in it. Pathetic. I don't normally say this, but I can't wait for this ridiculous "business" to hurry up and go under. It's really too bad, because it used to be good. As bad as this sounds, you're better off with a 50 cent Keurig Pod. read more

If I could give this Timmies 0 stars I would. Last week when I used the drive through it took me 10 minutes to make it through, making me late for work. When I got to work and took a sip of my coffee they had made it wrong. I went into the store at 6:30am, thinking that It has to be better coming in, only to be met with blank stares and an empty cash. There were about 7 employees there and apparently none of them were cash trained? I waited for 8 minutes and was never served! This is the worst store I've ever been to. Every single time I ordered a cafe mocha they would give me black coffee. One day I ordered a pumpkin donut, and they tried to give me a carrot muffin. Will not be going back. read more

I don't expect alot when I goto a Tim Hortons, but somehow, this location has continuously served to lower my expectations at Timmy's. At this location, I frequently have to go back once or twice after sitting to get something missed, or forgotten by someone. Not bad for a timmys. Took me 2 mins at the drive thru in the morning for coffee and a donut. They've messed up my order before but considering all the times they've got it right, it's fine. It's human error at the end of the day we all make mistakes. It's usually very busy in the day and can use some table cleaning. read more

Closest Tim's to my house so they get my business quite often, however they never seem to be fully stocked and there's always something not available if ordering more than coffee, and the coffee as only about a 80% chance of being as ordered. Update: I've quit this location completely. If your order a latte and get a blank stair and "we only serve coffee and tea" as a response, there isn't much hope. Needless to say, this place has quickly gone from bad to worse. Staff is way under trained and extremely lazy with no care to make it right. FYI: If you do order a latte, don't expect to get the chocolate powder sprinkled on top, even if you specifically ask for it AND even if a manager tells the employee to make sure its there. The workers just ignore everything and want to sling the standard bog water coffee as quickly as possible to get you out the door/drive thru. If you're in the area and feel like a coffee there are many better options nearby. read more

This location is the worst Tim Hortons in all of Ontario. The staff are rude and often do not fulfill orders correctly. Their response is "oh do not order via Tim Hortons mobile App as it doesn't work properly'. One drive thru person "Sunny" even threw money at me for asking a refund! I found they had really good service and everything there was delicious. I do admit they aren't the best place in the world to go to if you want some coffee but there definitely up there for me. They could improve some little things but they are just little things and it's not like there the worst place to eat and drink things from there. read more

Some employees are very friendly but jeez so slow, sometimes takes me 10-15 minutes to get just a donut with only 2 people ahead of me.

HHHHMMM thinking even one star is to much for this location. I have never seen such consistently horrible service. Every time I have gone to this location because closest to my home. Order is never right or missing items from order. Management leaves allot to be desired. Apologizes with no sense of sincerity for the incompetence of the staff- giving you a voucher for a free coffee. How they do as much business as the do is beyond me. Have had a couple conversations with management and will never step foot into this location again. At what point does a business need to be held accountable. As I mentioned to management if I screwed up as often as they do at work I would be out of work.. So my suggestion would be maybe it is time for people to make a career move.. read more
