1st time here was quick and efficient. They are just a little ways off of the I-94 expressway, so it made for a quick stop along my travels. My hot tea was hot and my pumpkin muffin hit the spot. Somebody from corporate needs to stop in here. The young girl is consistently unplugged. Doesn't know when specials start, doesn't respond when asked something difficult like, how are you doing"? then walks away shrieking, gets out her phone scrolls through, then picks up my drink. I asked for a sleeve. She said "they're down there" it was 4 steps for her. I walked to the store from another store a block down and it was VERY windy. Rude. Childish. Took them too many times to get the order right. First no Mac n cheese, then no chips, then a bun completely covered in salt. (Picture is even after wiping a ton off). Just gross. But other than the bun, sandwich was good. read more

The female manager with red hair was really rude. It's not the customers fault if her machine was down and she was getting frustrated. She was snappy and had a bad attitude and not patient with a mentally ill customer (rather she knew that or not) she needs better communication and learn how to deal with stress on the job with all her customers. read more

Stopped here on the way home from the airport last night. Had a late afternoon flight, the kind that leaves you starving if you're indecisive and don't eat before you get there. Saw that they had a buffalo chicken panini, must be new. "We're out of chicken." Fuuuuuuu...but they did offer to make it with turkey and it was still pretty good. A good, reasonable Tim Hortons --- some kitchen noise and mediocre lighting in the main area, but the southern side of the dining room is quieter hand has a good bank of windows. Service is quick and friendly, and there's no shouting in back which makes this a much calmer place than some. My small decaf was quite reasonable, although the girl who served it seemed pretty surprised I didn't want any sugar or cream; the forgettable spicy chicken sandwich was chopped-and-formed (like a nugget, not a single piece), but not terrible. Definitely a good place to get off the road and have a warm beverage; haven't yet found a non-donut food option I really like. read more

The textbook of ineptitude. My order is always exactly the same and more often than not they find a way to screw it up. Or the espresso is burnt or they simply don't have any‍ how does that happen..and frequently. I avoid that location as much as possible. The 23 and Baker location isn't much better. I always try to hit Biggby. The prices are way cheaper and the coffee is far better. read more

The Tim Hortons on 26 mile in Lenox Township Michigan is the best one I've ever been to! The staff is amazing and they get my order right every time, I have an unusual order, my ice cap is ordered with 3 shots of espresso and extra cream. It's perfect when they make it. Any other location argues with me and it tastes awful, the other places don't listen to the customer. I would recommend everybody to go out of their way to go to this one. I want to thank all of you for being on top of things and being extremely nice. My dogs name is vixie and she comes with me everytime and waits for her timbit, they know her there and treat her extra special too! Thanks guys for doing an awesome job, keep it up! read more

Basically went into Tim Hortons to buy 3 blueberry muffins and this gentleman was putting them into the case as I was walking up but the manager Brittany told me she could not sell me any because they were for the next day. I told her why do you have them out on the display case then and she kept saying I can't sell them they're for tomorrow. So the gentleman told her its ok sell them but she would only sell me two even though the guy said it was ok to purchase the 3. She was very rude and inconsiderate. read more

Just in this store , was rang up by a very nice gentleman and while waiting on my food was asked if I was waiting for food be a young girl, I said yes , then she gave me this look like I was crazy , rolled her eyes and said very slowly what are you waiting for .... I live nearby and have been to this location numerous times. Just about every time I come here the staff in the drive thru are absolutely rude and snotty. When asking for a chocolate frosted donut, I'm rudely corrected by chocolate dip. The cashier couldn't wait to be done helping a customer so she could continue on with a conversation with a boy there that she tossed my debit card instead of putting it in my hand that it flew out the window and I had to get out of my van to chase after it. Management really needs to step it up when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have no problem going to Bigby to get my coffee from now on. read more

They best Tim Horton around! You'll spend a max of three minutes in the drive thru. Super friendly and they always get your order correct. There's something about this Tim Horton that they even take better. I don't know what it is but they're awesome. I always go to this one on my way to New Baltimore because the one in New Baltimore is horrible!! Always go to this one. Also, the management is wonderful. Had 2 bad experiences recently. The first was a timbit 40 pack. When I walked in I saw there was a large variety including a temporary birthday cake. I simply asked for a variety. When I got to my grandkids I found there to be only 3 different flavors. None of the new one which my grandkids knew about. I let this go. A couple weeks later we went through the drive-thru and i ordered a sausage and muffin sandwich. A mile into my drive I opened it to find an English muffin that was not toasted at all and a cold sausage. The cheese was simply slapped on, not melted at all. I wrote a complaint to corporate and they informed me the manager of the store would be following up with me. 3 months later I've heard nothing. I've obviously not been back there. No excuse on either situation. read more

We come to Tim Hortons all the time, several times a week in fact. We usually go to the one on 23 Mile Rd in Chesterfield. Today while shopping at Meijer on 26 Mile Rd in Lenox we stopped at the one there. We ordered (2) breakfast bagels (one w/sausage & one w/bacon) We also ordered (2) Café Mochas. When we got home just a few min. later, we had (2) SAUSAGE breakfast bagels! (Wrong) The Café Mochas had maybe some cream in them, but no Whipped Cream & Chocolate Syrup!. Very, very disappointing! This is the 3rd. time we have had our order wrong at this location! read more

If we have an early morning meeting, this is were we stop for coffee and a muffin or breakfast sandwich.

For the third day in a row I've gone through this drive through and ordered a medium iced coffee with one cream, not two or ten. For the third time I've been handed a cup of what might as well iced milk. They offered again today to make me a new one but with a huge line behind me I didn't want to inconvenience the other customers. I'm all for increased wages for fast food workers but shouldn't some level of accuracy be required to earn it? It's a shame since this location is a block from my house but I'll go out of way to New Baltimore before I go back to this location. read more
