Ordered on the app and said it would be ready in 8-11 mins. Took over 20 mins they made one of my coffees like 5 mins before the second one. The cold foam wasn't ever foam, it was liquid. The restroom was out of order. I told the girl my issue and she blamed it on the manager her name started with a K. Then the manager stopped me at the door asking what's wrong. I told her you asked the barista girl to make the cold foam for my drink as you were suppose to be making it but you walked away. Finally a Starbucks that's pretty close to my house! This Starbucks just opened several weeks ago. It's right next to 94 and convenient for people going to and from work. Parking lot is decent size as this is a standalone location. Definitely not cramped like the location off 23/Gratiot. Service has been excellent each time I've visited. While I prefer to go inside to order my goodies, the drive thru seems to move pretty fast. Inside is clean. Plenty of tables to enjoy your company or beverages. Not as many USB outlets as other locations- just beware if you're one of those people who loves studying or browsing your laptop while sipping your frapp. read more

This location is right before the 94 on Hall. Pretty convenient location if you want to get some before hoping on the 94. It's weird that it was not busy at all. There was only one car in front of us ordering. I am used to waiting a while, and having my boyfriend think of what he wants to get. Right now he currently can not have coffee. So, we asked about popular drinks without it. The lady was nice enough to offer him a few frappucinos without it. She was really nice. She waited for us to try it and said if he did not like it, she would make him a diferent drink. I have only been told this once at another location on my campus. It was my first time trying passion fruit drink and the lady told me first thing that I could change it if I was not satisfied. I think that it is pretty awesome they encourage you to try drinks. He ended up liking it, as usual. I am the picky one. I only like my one drink from starbucks, every time. I specify the amount of classic syrup and light ice. That is all I ever care about. The employees are wonderful but it's my third time getting a Carmel cappuccino at this location and it tastes DISGUSTING it's watered down coffee I wasted more money it's super disappointing because it's not cheap. I work close to this location and have been going here for a few years. I mostly go in the drive thru, but sometimes I go inside. Even with a line around the building, their service is pretty quick and the baristas are always very friendly. I've also went in a few times to get a coffee box and treats on the spot, and they've always accommodated without making me seem like I'm a bother. The sandwiches I've gotten are always cooked correctly - this may seem silly, but I've been to various Starbucks locations where I bite into my breakfast sandwich to find it's frozen in the middle. They've also given me samples of drinks to try in case I'd like to order on my next visit - this is very nice considering it can be a lot extra to make a tiny cup worth of a drink. The one con about this location is a handful of times I've placed an order at the drive thru screen, which has been repeated back to me and the price confirmed, and I get to the window and it's suddenly more expensive. Most of the time they have given the higher amount without acknowledging the change, and every time I ask, I get the "oh I put it in the computer wrong, but this is the price it is." In my opinion, that's not good business and a little dishonest. If an error isn't fixed at the screen when the order is verified, they should take the loss and use the experience as a training exercise. read more

I just spent 15$ on 2 sandwiches that I had to pull out of a refrigerator and hand to a snotty girl who basically just microwaved them. Wasn't complaining about the price until I realized I was paying 3 times the going rate for what was pretty much a TV dinner. I will never chose this place over Tim Hortons again. read more

You can't ask for much more, it's a Starbucks. They have the same stuff everywhere. The staff is very good and separates this location for the thousands of others. They are also still open (although through drive thru only) during this insane COVID-19 crisis. The drive thru line can be a bit long during the crisis, but they manage it well and the wait isn't unreasonable, especially since they could take their time if they wanted, but don't. read more

I go to Starbucks at least every other day before work or school and this is my favorite one for two reasons. The first is its the only one that is open 4:30 am (I have a bad sleep schedule) which allows me to get a coffee whenever and the second is the great staff that stayed and helped the basic white girl in me during the pandemic. But after getting down the road and took my fist sip, all I tasted was the banana! No strawberry at all! Just tried 2 different locations in Michigan for a Medicine Ball, as my family is sick and these are a Godsend! The first location had handmade signs stating 'closed at 6 due to the weather'. Ok, I understand, maybe they were short staffed or had workers call off. Drove to a SECOND location, this one at Hall Road and I-94, pulled up to the drive-thru, and was told 'Sorry, we closed at 6pm'. No signs, no notice, just a snippy employee that said, 'Have a nice night'. It was 6:15 and still had a handful of people INSIDE, but they couldn't take an order? I asked please, as it would be a great night 'medicine' for my daughter, and was met with another, rude, 'Have a nice night'...Unbelievable! read more
