This has easily become my favorite Biggby location. The staff is so incredibly friendly, and I even forgot my coupon at home and they honored it. The drinks are delicious and good quality, and the drive-through is busy but efficient. I loved the white chocolate macadamia latte! I have not sat down inside, but it looked clean and welcoming. If only I had my laptop on me, this would've been the place I would've wanted to sit! They have great weekday specials, too, including $4 lattes on Wednesday! read more

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. They have terrible customer service. The few times ive gone to this location it took so long for me to get my coffee and food and by the time i got my food it was cold. The atmosphere is honestly awful, all of the workers up front were rude to me. Most of the time i come here they get my order wrong. read more

Today I ventured to Biggby for the first time since they open (about time!) The parking lot was big with lots of spots but in order to walk to the entrance door you have to walk thru the drive thru. Eek. It's like an accident waiting to happen. The first thing I noticed was the prices! Much more pricier than Tim Hortons or even Starbucks! Well since I was hungry and needed caffeine I wasn't going to leave empty handed. I ordered a tall caramel marvel and a ham and cheese bragel. The caramel marvel frozen was $5. Too much expresso for my liking and caramel was too sweet. Comes topped with whipped cream. I asked the cashier how the bragel was wrapped. She said in aluminum foil. I asked for it to be wrapped in a bag instead and that wasn't possibly. I wouldn't be eating my bragel for several minutes and I hate when things end up tasting like foil. The bragel was with American cheese, ham and cream cheese toasted on a bagel (I had asiago) I heard great things about this sandwiches. Tasted decent but a little burnt. My meal was over $9. The quality wasn't worth the $9. Looked like an awesome place to meet friends and chat. Free wifi. Very clean and friendly. I would go back if I had coupons or if a friend wanted to chat and catch up. read more

I am always happy to have a coffee shop in short walking distance. I was visiting family in Michigan and tried Bigby Coffee. We do not have these in the south so it was my first time trying this brand. I was pleased with my tea. I drink chai tea almost daily so I know how they typically taste. Bigby Coffee is on par with other coffee businesses. Their pastries were good as well. It isn't cheap but those of us who frequent these places are prepared to pay. read more

I have been to so many coffee shops, it's one of my favorite pass times. This was absolutely one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a barista, and that says something! He was so helpful, patient, kind and talked me through what I might want to order. He also wanted me to try my drink before driving away to make sure that it was what I wanted. It was very clear that the business wanted customers to have the most positive experience possible. And my drink is delicious! I go here almost daily to study and the service is always great. the staff is always super friendly, and the coffee is always good. i don't usually get food, but i appreciate the vegan option for when i do. the study space is good; there's a big window in the back that makes it feel like i'm not trapped in a building but i still get work done because i'm in a study space. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I come to biggby about 3 or 4 times a week to grab an iced coffee for my boyfriend and I. Most of the time my order is right but sometimes I'll take a drink of my coffee and it tastes like nothing! The staff is all very nice but it sucks sometimes when I go to take a drink of my sweet iced coffee and it tastes like watered down coffee. This is maybe 1 time every few weeks but still, my order is pretty easy and I feel like 3 sugars means 3 sugars! read more

I went to Biggby this morning to grab my boyfriend and I some coffee. I swung through the drive-thru to be quick and was greeted by Rob. Rob's customer service was exceptional from the first moment he took my order but when it came time to pay, my debit card/credit cards were both declining (We had just gotten back from Europe a few hours earlier and the bank had put a hold on my accounts.) I was in a rut, with no cash on hand about to hand back my items, but Rob then went the extra mile, telling me they were on the house and to pay it forward! Love visiting this Biggby when I'm in town visiting my parents. Rob is breath of fresh air in the mornings and couldn't be more welcoming and friendly! He truly tries to brighten your day and it doesn't go unnoticed!! Today, I only got one pump of flavor in my coffee, and he's said "that's silly to charge you, I'll catch ya some other time!". This is one of the best places to go for coffee in the area. You can relax and enjoy the wifi while having your coffee. I am a regular customer. The coffee has always been made right. If it isn't, they will remake it for you. I have never needed it. Check the wall that lists the latte of the day. I have found a couple of my favorites that way. It is expensive like Starbucks but well worth the money. The staff is friendly. The owners are friendly. It is a great place overall. read more

Great coffee. Specially Drinks are on par if not better than Starbucks and more affordable.. the same for the simple cup of java. Drive through opportunity can be a little long at times but where else can you go that doesn't have that issue? Butter Bear made with skim milk, but I still have the whipped cream. Fantabulous!! The staff are always friendly especially Jim, who I think may be the owner. If not he should be. My husband always gets a 24 ounce Carmel Marvel and he likes it a lot better than SBs Carmel macchiato. This is my favorite place to get coffee. I stop on my way to work almost every morning. They are up and ready to go by 6:00am, and they are EXTREMELY friendly. I have a pretty complicated iced coffee order, and they get it right every time! SO good. Only complaint would be that they don't put the butter or cream cheese on the bagel, it comes on the side; which makes it difficult to eat on the ride to work. I personally think that biggby Coffee is better then starbucks and less expensive . I absolutely love their "Butter Bear" latte . It's a mixure of caramel and butterscotch. I've only used the drive through and the service was excellent. I think I found my new Coffee place, and it's on my way to work . Double bonus ! read more
