Each time I visit this location it isn't a quick trip. I recently stopped in the drive thru to grab a hot chocolate and some Timbits. I was told my total ($4.13 because I had a coupon). I pulled up to the window and was asked for $20something. I told the employee my order, and the total, and she said hold on. A slight annoyance but no biggie... until she came back, then told me to wait again... and I was very confused as to why it was difficult, seeing as i saw my drink inside the window. Finally she came back and handed me my drink. Then walked away, without a word. So I waited until she brought my Timbits, but I honestly wasn't sure if that's why she left or if she had really thought my order was complete. I have tried to give this location multiple chances for the 2.5 years I've lived locally but each time is an inconvenience. The only saving grace was the deliciousness of their products. read more

I think this location has had a change in management since my first review because it is run SO much better than before! The staff is pleasant, well-trained, and we only have the very rare order mistake (that is always corrected right away). The doughnuts could be a bit more fresh, but that is my only gripe. We visit typically once a week now and will continue to - the coffee is too good! read more

Went just for a breakfast sandwich. The facility seems nice from the outside- I went through the drive through. Staff was very nice, told me if I filled out a survey on the receipt that I could get a free drink. However my bagel sandwich was made with a kinda hard stale tasting bagel. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I ordered a large iced coffee, and there was one floating ice cube and it was hot. And I mean, HOT. I also asked for the s'mores topping and with 3 people trying to work on it, they still couldn't understand. Don't even bother coming here. There was 4 cars in front of me when I got in line for the drive thru. Still took nearly 15 minutes to get to the window from the point I got in line. Took so long that when I got to order, instead of getting just the drink I wanted, I got some food too. When I got to the window, they gave me my food but forgot to make the drink I was there for. I had to pull around and park to wait for my drink. I ate all my food in this time. I was 100% convinced that they forgot to put cheese on my wrap until I got to the bottom 1/4th of the wrap and realized it was all concentrated, cold and unmelted, at the bottom. The cheeseless part of the wrap was bland and tasteless, but then I was out of egg and sausage by the time I reached all the cold cheese at the bottom of the wrap. Took over 5 minutes for them to bring out my drink after pulling into a spot. When they finally did, after a nearly 20 minute trip specifically for this drink, it was the wrong drink, and this was after the disappointment of a wrap that I hadn't originally planned on ordering. I didn't have enough time to either get a refund or wait for a new drink, so I begrudgingly took the drink I didn't order. It sucked. read more

Always has good service and friendly employees. I wish they would change there coffe lids though! They have the cheap flip back tabs, and I spill my coffe EVERY TIME! The Tim's off Walton and Adam's rd. have the nicer lids with the small sipping hole. NO Spills. Might need to go there more often, even though it's less convenient. read more

I was a frequent visitor at T Horton's before it closed many months ago and was happy to see it reopen. I am a donut guy and went back and forth between Hollywood Market and T Horton's. Hollywood is sadly gone and I will miss it. I have been to the "New" T Horton's twice with similar results. Bad. Was there today about 1 pm and they were not at all busy. I ordered two donuts, $ 2.07. No argument with the price, that is fine. I received a wrong donut. Just began to eat them now, 5:45 pm. Very disappointing. i was also not offered a receipt, wondered about that but thought, "Why would I need it?" Now I know. My first trip there was similarly disappointing when one chocolate covered donut was basically welded to the caramel covered donut in the bag. I will now be thinking Dunkin' Donuts a bit further up the road. read more

Worst Tim hortons. I ordered Boston creams & strawberry cheesecake donuts, I get the the window they put Oreo in my box. I say this is chocolate, they're like "yeah, but it's cheesecake. We don't have the strawberry." I say well you could have just said that. THEN the Boston creams have NO CUSTARD in them. My goodness. This Tim Hortons is very hit and miss with their service. I'm rating their speed here. If I'm headed to work in the morning and see more than four cars in line, I have to pass it because I'll sit in line for an easy 8-10 minutes. Every other Tim Hortons I go to get everyone through the line so fast I usually have trouble getting my paymemt out fast enough. It's a shame. Their food and coffee is nothing short of five stars every time without fail, but their drive thru speed needs to be improved on tremendously. One last positive, I do love the fact they offer my dog a plain timbit. She likes the car rides and she loves when she can stick her head out of the window and get a treat. read more
