March 31, 2026 Review # 542 I'm soooo Glad and Happy to walk in this Tim Hortons location several times since it open back in May 2025 for coffee, donut and Lunch. It's located on Schoenherr in a busy business lot up front with Office Depot, Henry Ford Eyes, DC Sports and Hobby Lobby. So there ya go on directions and biz markers, Yelpers! My past 4 experiences have been always walk-in to order on the go or eat inside and relax with large areas of tables and chairs, internet areas too for those studying or working. Enjoy the several photos I've posted of this Epic Tim Hortons too! :-) The Food is great with handmade sandwiches for lunch as well as my favorite made Lattes. The donuts and Timbits are stocked on shelves to drool and order when visiting the inside counters. The Service is quick by drive-thru and inside polite friendly staff such as Meghan that I chatted with when I stopped in for a Caramel Latte and used my coupon from rewards to get a box of FREE 10 Timbits. This location is perfect to G & G a hot or cold drink when I'm in the area before taking care of shopping errands nearby, and cheat with a donut. I plan on coming back again for a lunch break in warmer temp. The Ambiance is super with music playing and several large areas to relax (photos attached) while eating or sipping a coffee or other beverage. What a perfect idea in the old BK building remodeled for a "HOT Tim Hortons especially in an area of travelers on Schoenherr Rd. at Hall. This location is new; it used to be a Burger King. They did some landscaping and totally revamped the inside. There is plenty of parking and a lot of other great shopping sites to visit afterwards. There is a cute set of ski's on the door to use as a door handle. It is very bright inside with plenty of seating. Excellent source for meetups and studying. The service was very friendly and fast. Everything from the coffee to the donuts was served at the right temperature and fresh. Sorry, no senior coffee here; I did ask for a senior coffee and it cost $2.40 while the large coffee cost $2.60, LOL, so no senior coffee. This location did not give me the extra chive cream cheese I ordered on two separate occasions. The first time, they offered a free everything bagel with cream cheese the next time I came through. The second time a woman said they would give me cream cheese the next time I came through. Today I asked to redeem that offer which really should have been for the everything bagel with extra cream cheese but they refused because they didn't have a note of it. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt today and only remembered that I paid over a dollar (I think $.08) for the extra cream cheese last time but did not receive it. I relied upon the woman who took my name to keep note of it because she said all I had to do is pull through and say I didn't get the extra cream cheese I paid for last time. Today they refused to provide the replacement. I told them I knew how much I paid for the extra cream cheese and asked that they refund only the cream cheese. They didn't want to do that either which I partly understand since the lady I originally spoke to did not have a note wherever they keep those notes. I said there are two other Tim Horton's close by and this location will not get my business in the future since they shorted me on extra cream cheese and are not reimbursing me or making it right. I said I might have made a Yelp Report last time and could look it up for the date. Finally the manager came over and gave me cash for the full price of an everything bagel with extra chive cream cheese. I explained that I only needed to be reimbursed for the cream cheese. WARNING: if you decide to get extra cream cheese on your bagel, I think it costs $1.08. After they give you your bagel, open it to see whether they gave you what you paid for. This is a newer location so maybe they are just working out the bugs. On the other hand, especially since it is a newer location, they should up the training and try to prevent these problems in the first place. I hope the business owner reads this because I don't know whether the managers report everything. The owner cannot tighten their business ship if they don't know what the problems are. I don't want anyone to lose their job. I just think additional training is needed. Also if it is actually the owner advising staff to barely scrape cream cheese onto bagels, then the owner needs to know that I probably won't be the only customer who will just go to a different Tim Horton's or maybe to Taco Bell that is less than a mile away. Omg this is the third time this happened to me I order through the drive thru when I get home it's not what I ordered I usually go to the one by my office but today is my day off I decided to give it another try smh well I asked for a steak panini with a half of slice of cheese and a chipotle steak wrap well I got home no sauce or cheese on the panini and the chipotle steak wrap was chicken and the young lady who waited on me at the window was talking to the other ladies about a cute cat picture but you can't get orders right. there is no manager there but the lady who answered the phone didn't want my name and number but let the manager know about the experience and she will fixed it when she's there omg I'm not going there anymore it's frustrating when this happens read more

Always that good bitter Timmies coffee. My only complaint about Tim Hortons is that you have to go inside to check the donut options. Some locations have a full case or two and many varieties. Some don't. This one don't. read more
