Yesterday, the mall was open until 9PM and the store has its sign that says "OPEN" turned on. The door was locked, lights dimmed, and an employee behind the counter shouted that they were closed. At 5:40PM. It doesn't matter how great the food is (which lately it hasn't been as fresh as when they first opened) if the service is this spotty and it closes in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. I used to go all the time but after yesterday I think I'm over it.
