I went with my family and they got different variations of bagels (salmon, eat well classic, chicken pesto), a wrap, lavender latte, hazelnut latte, banana smoothie, and I got the quinoa chicken pesto with a melo mango smoothie. This restaurant wowed me with the freshness, quality, creativity, and prices of its food. After some days of eating fast and processed food, this was exactly the detox I needed. My Greek salad had crispy vegetables and a typical dressing. The hummus was satisfyingly dense, not overly oily as many are, and it had nice little crispy bread pieces and red pepper strips for dipping as well as lettuce and ripe grape tomatoes. This cozy cafe is tucked away in a giant strip mall, attached to a church that used to be an AMC theater. In fact, a few years before, they built a questionably-located apartment building in the middle of parking lot so view of the place is utterly and completely blocked from the road. The place is cavernous and has plenty of hangout space and tables for groups. I've been here three times, mainly when the place is empty and I am the only one or close to the only present. But the barista/staff have always been very pleasant and kind, which is a bonus. There's ample parking (church/former theater, remember?). The place has great natural light and comfortable couches. It's a very good place to grab a latte and chill, by yourself or with others. Unlike other places, they're not blasting music to drown out all conversations and there's very little echo to the place, never mind how large it is. They even post a welcome sign to hangout; just don't bring outside food/beverages. In today's environment when people are looking for a place to be legit chill, they have plenty of places to choose from. Panera and Starbucks are annoyingly loud/rude and corporate. I'd rather choose local. Choose this place at least once or before you know it, we won't have as many of them. read more

Adel is wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, and a really good cook! He took special care of my gluten free needs, even lightly toasting the gf wrap so "You wouldn't taste the no gluten"! I had a chicken pesto wrap - fresh romaine, grilled pieces of chicken & just the right amount of pesto. I'm a light eater but finished the whole thing! The ambiance is way laid back, woods and tastefully hung positive signs. Eat Well is tucked back in the plaza - could be easy to miss but the Mega Heritage Church is right next door. The man that helped me was one of the nicest service worker I have ever met and was super helpful in making decisions on what to get. Based off of the environment, service, and food, I was honestly surprised that it wasn't busier or didn't at least have people hanging out working and studying. Today, my hostess was Nicole. She was very pleasant and took my order. She provided my drink and I found my way to a high table with window viewing available. They have a lounging kind of area inside the main entrance, with living room style furniture, and they have conventional tables & chairs for a more traditional seating arrangement. Their menu is simple, an assortment of coffees, a brief breakfast offering, sandwiches, salads, soups and sides. They have 3 TVs, and they offer free wi-fi, although I found their signal to be weak throughout the restaurant. Open Tuesday thru Saturday, 9am to 9pm, Sunday 7am - 3pm, closed Mondays. I love the concept (can round up your meal to the nearest dollar, and the change goes to charity), the food, the service, the decor -- and there's even a check-in discount! And a free chocolate chip cookie to end your meal! I've been here a few times now, for lunch meetups with friends and to work a little bit afterward. Came here with my fiancé. I ordered a chicken sandwich and he had a bagel sandwich. Only one employee the whole time ( who was actually super kind, so that star is for her) but the food was disgusting! I bit into my sandwich and the chicken was raw and had a crunch to it.
