Can someone please explain to me why this Starbucks sucks more than any Starbucks in the entire country? At least it's consistent because it has sucked for at least the past 5 years. Inconsistent hours that change on the whim of whoever is running the place on a given day. 80% of the time they don't have nitro cold brew because their machine is broken. Why is it so hard to get a new nitro machine? And they're frequently out of basic items. When they get busy, they stop taking order ahead orders. read more

I can't say how much I love this Starbucks. Everyone there is so sweet and positive but I have to give a special shout out to my girls there. Slowest Starbucks in the world! Literally. With five to six employees on the floor you need to carve out a good 40 minutes just to get a coffee!! Someone needs to get corporate over at this location stat and teach them how to run an efficient and proper Starbucks. read more

Wonderful service! My kids go twice a week after karate and the ladies know their orders... so the kids get a kick out of it. Always fast and make our drinks just how we like it. There are only a handful of drinks I like from Starbucks so I don't go there super frequently but I'm always met with friendly baristas and great service when I do visit. Reading their recent reviews.. I'm shocked and I almost wonder if the customers are talking about another store. I've lived near this store for 5 years and have never encountered any poor attitudes. One day I had ordered and received an emergent phone call so coffee was the last thing on my mind. I called up there and the barista I spoke to was so understanding and told me to come back the next day and they would remake my drink for free, and I did. Upon driving to the window, the barista at the window remembered and asked if everything was okay. THIS NEVER HAPPENS. This is just one instance of their kindness making someone's day; you don't find that very often in today's world. read more

An older lady in the drive through took my friend and I's order and was extremely rude, she rushed us to order and raised her voice in a disgusting manor when we were in the middle of finishing our order. All the other baristas are incredibly kind besides this one, I always seem to have problems whenever having to deal with her. read more

These fools gave me a cheese danish covered in burn plastic cinders and told me it was "normal" when I called to complain. I didn't realize it until I took a bite and my throat swelled up! Meh, this place is ok. Sometimes the service is a little slow but it is conveniently located on 24 on my way to work. It has been a little bit of a pain to get to during construction. I am secretly addicted to their passion tea and frequently get cravings that need to be satisfied. I also love the feta, spinach and egg white breakfast wraps! Delish! read more

This is a conveniently located, recently renovated, nice n big Starbucks. I won't go on and on, because you should know the drill with Starbucks by now. This one is easy to get in and out of (though they don't have quite enough parking, but there's more in the strip mall next door). They have a drive-thru. There's a TON of seating inside - one of the largest Starbucks I've been in. The staff are friendly and patient, as always, and my drink was spot on. I'd go back. read more

What can I say, it's a Starbucks. Typical expensive coffee, but good. Friendly staff here. They're pretty quick, quicker than some other locations I've been to. Not too awful to get in and out of since there is a light if you use the little side driveway. They support the mobile app ordering here too. Which not all locations do, so..that's nice. read more

It took all my strength and will not to blow up on any of these employees, cause who knows, right? On my way to church and thought, "the line isn't terribly long, I can get something quick, right?" WRONG! I literally waited a half hour in the drive-thru line (yes I watched the clock. No I'm not exaggerating. 10:33-11:02) I order and asked for my drink with just one different flavor in it. I get up and they offer me two different sizes of my drink. Didn't really need it, but I reluctantly accepted. Not one, but BOTH were made wrong, without the flavor substitution. Not going back until they get some more help in there and a more organized system. read more

Ok, I come here for lunch a lot and usually receive fairly decent service; though today, I most emphatically did not. I walked in at noon and was the only customer. A barrista comes over and asks me what I'd like, I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a drink. She tells me my total and I hand her a $10. I tell her to put the change in their little tip collection box -- I don't really dig these, but I'll contribute a dollar here, some change there. I know serving the public can be a bitch. That change literally got hurled into the box and she stomped off to make my order. I guess a simple "thanks" is too much to expect from someone in customer service. I'm waiting for my sandwich and two girls come in -- my barrista perked right up and was friendly and engaging; in short, everything she was NOT with me. I get my sandwich and I'm still waiting, waiting for my drink -- she is studiously ignoring me until finally, I say "Can I have my drink..?" "Oh, it's down there at the end of the counter". Ok. You let me stand here, on my limited lunch hour no less, while you are chatting away, studiously ignoring me, *knowing* I was waiting for that. That is what has me ticked right the fuck off today. Every time I've been to a Starbucks, they yell your drink out, hand it to you, or do *something* to let you know where it is. Not this chick. In short, this girl was completely full of poorly veiled "eff you" attitude which I don't really understand as I wasn't rude, or causing a scene or demanding or...well, you get the picture. To add insult to injury, there seemed to be about 8 employees in the store while I was the only one in the drive thru. Hands down the best Starbucks around! Everyone there always seems to be happy, orders are fast and always ready on time if you mobile order.

As to how Barista Mackenzie still works here is beyond me. If I acted as she does I would not make it far in life. She actively seeks opportunities to be rude. How any human, let alone employee, believes it is okay to belittle customers and act with pure hatred of life towards them is unbelievable. A lot of the faces here are so friendly, but wow... it blows my mind how management has not taken action to remove this behavior from harming the business further. read more

Aside from how disheveled and unorganized the workers were, the cafe itself was dirty with crumby tables and wrappers/napkins littering the floor. In addition, my drink was prepared incorrectly, and while they remade it without any fuss, the second version was no good as well. Not only was it served to me with hot tea spilled all over the lid, my latte had chunks of matcha powder still floating on the top. Lastly, the cookie I ordered had not one, but two hairs in it. Overall, very unimpressed. I'd rather drive the several extra miles than to visit this location again. read more

One of my all time favorite Starbucks Locations. Recently, this location has gone through a major turn-over in staff, and now that that storm has been weathered, I cannot be happier with this location! One of the best parts about it is how willing the Baristas are to HELP me should anything come up. They'll talk me through a new drink I want to try, they're eager to fix one if something is a little off, and they'll do it with a smile. Only downside is that it can get absurdly busy during morning Rush-Hour and the small storefront doesn't allow for much parking or even room for the drive thru line, so you could be waiting a while if you need your coffee right around 9am. :) read more
