last year me and my friend went here everyday. if we came late enough we would get a couple free donut and sometimes even a drink. the staff is super nice and welcoming. they bring out the food very fast even if it's crowded. the food is also very good. it's super unhealthy and gives me a stomachache but that's just part of the experience. i love walking here when im bored read more

This place used to be my regular spot for coffee and breakfast for the last 5 years. However, the staff has completely changed lately and they are AWFUL. The last two times I went, they forgot 1 hash brown, typically no big deal. I mentioned to them that it was missing and they told me that it wasn't, basically accused me of lying. Made me empty my bag in the car to prove it. Then never apologized and just handed me a hash brown. Last visit, I asked for 2 of the same exact coffee drinks. One looked like it had much more milk than the other. I asked them to remake it, they had to call over someone who I'm assuming is the manager who then proceeded to chuck the drink in the garbage and visibly upset said "it's the same damn thing, but sure I'll remake it." I won't be going here again after 5 years if loyalty. read more

My favorite Timmy Ho's! Had a very nice Caramel Ice Capp today and got my toddler some Tim bits! Always good quality, and friendly! Sometimes the line is long, but it's worth it! read more

Hours not great, closes to early, erratic hours, never know when they are open, this place seems to be different than other tim hortons

Looks like a new location, staff is pleasant enough and they have outdoor seating. I just wished the dudes with the long beards would wear a beard guard. Coffee is good so is the ice tea an the layout inside it good and it's pretty clean in here. I give them 3.5 out of 5 They have a parking lot a plus, party on read more

I've been a regular at this location for years and the staff has always been incredibly nice. For the very few times I've had an issue with my order, they've always been happy to fix it and I move on with my day. Having worked in the food industry (not fast food), I know how stressful and tiring it can be so I applaud the staff for always being so upbeat and kind even on the busiest of days. Fast food workers are highly under appreciated given all the tasks they have to do at once while also trying to please every costumer while you're being tracked on time on top of that. Could you imagine waking up at 5AM to prep coffee and pastries for some entitled individual because the cream cheese wasn't spread out enough? Couldn't be me. Side note: One bad experience ANYWHERE doesn't reflect the overall service of the establishment. Everyone has bad days and everyone makes mistakes. Thank you to the staff for always being so kind and working hard when that line starts building up! read more

Lousy service walked in and was met with rude and intimidating glances. drink was ok met a nice girl gave me directions to a better kinder establishment! Thank You Juilia your a god send 5/5 read more

649 Long Pond Rd is the worst Tim Horton's in all of Rochester. Delivery or drive thru, it doesn't matter, because they won't get your coffee right, they'll forget items and substitute without telling you. I get chocolate muffins instead of blueberry, I get sugarless coffees, I get cheeseless sausage biscuits. I don't understand how inattentive and ignorant one has to be to mess up food this often. Lousy store, not worth any of your time. Stop by the one on West Ridge instead. read more

Lousy service. Can't get orders correct. Went there with my boyfriend this morning and our order was messed up. We didn't notice until after we got home. The kids were sad that their food was missing. We ended up going back out to get their donuts from Dunkin Donuts because we didn't want to deal with the nasty employees again and the long line that was trailing down Long Pond Road. Learned a valuable lesson. Always check your bag before pulling away from the window or you'll be sorry. We won't be going back to this location again. Maybe we will try another location but certainly not this one again. This is three strikes and it's out!! read more

Best location. There is always a line but you never wait long and they never mess up your order.

The iced cappuccino supreme Oreo is the only thing I've gotten for the past two years and I don't regret that decision This is the best coffee I've ever had in my entire life I haven't had any other type of coffee except this one its fantastic read more

This is the worst Tim Horton's ever. The service has been awful every single time I have been there. I will never go back.

Unbelievably terrible service. We waited over 30 minutes for two sausage egg and cheese muffins because somebody "left the oven door open" and they had no eggs! Order taking was slow. No apologies. We won't ever visit this site again! read more

The service was terrible! The lady who took my order got it wrong and was rude when I told her she got it wrong! I asked for a vanilla coffee double double. They gave it to me iced! It's 30° outside so i gave my friend my card and had her order again I looked at the receipt and it said the same thing! The line was out the door and it's not even morning anymore! They had workers just sitting around and only one person at the register. If you need coffee I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

I love this Tim Horton's! This place is among the cleanest and coziest of the restaurants in the area. It's a comfortable place to go to talk with someone, a small group, sit alone, or even break out the laptop or notebooks (which many people do). The staff are very friendly and will quickly fulfill your order. The building is a little small, but comfortable, even if there are quite a few people inside. Also, quality of food can vary from place to place with chain restaurants, but this Tim Horton's always does it well. Another great thing is that they're open until 11:00pm, which is one of the few restaurants around here that is. Their wi-fi is also fairly strong and reliable, which is rare in some places that offer free wi-fi. read more

I got a breakfast sandwich and it's the worst I've ever gotten. The bread is burned... burned breakfast sandwich??? I had to rip it off the wrapping, bread and cheese were stuck to it. That could've been partially due to how smashed the sandwich was, like someone sat on it. The breakfast sandwiches at this joint aren't ever really good, but this is just embarrassing. Never will get another one, I'll stick to burger king. I'll even go to McDonald's for breakfast before this mess again. read more

Wasted Money! So unpleasant an experience. Simple Order 2 small capachinos, one bagel with cream cheese. Only received 1 and the front of house just yelled at someone to make another. Waited and Waited and finally got one. The first was already melting and I now have a Wasted Small Cap. in my car, as the person who usually loves them said, "Oh, this is just gross!" The other said, It's already melting. Its usually darker. It looks....different. No one apologized. The sandwich maker made a decent plain bagel with cream cheese. He get's the star. Wish I hadn't stopped, but it was a "Treat". Sigh read more

This place is very very slow. There are 6 people who work behind the counter and 1 person making the food. I waited 10 mins for a sandwich while people in the drive thru were barly waiting for food who came in AFTER me! Apparently Drive thru is more important. This isn't the first time either. I have been here several times and the same issue no matter what time of day. read more

This Tim Hortons is one of the quickest in the AM. The drive-through is speedy and the staff is friendly. My favorite is their frosted cinnamon roll. They are so good! read more

Never had a problem at this Tim Hortons .. But it's seems the person working the inside counter was more worried about her friend in the drive thru then making my small coffee after paying for it .. Seems like a bunch of high schoolers social hang out behind the counter .... read more

Fast. Friendly. I miss this Timmy ho's. I moved across town and every once in a while I'll drive just to get my coffee there because it's clean, friendly and efficient! They should be a model for all the timmys! read more

I went here today to get a Ice Mocha Latte. I was really looking forward to one I havent had one in a while. Very disappointed. I was handed a cold coffee with cream and sugar no flavor with chocolate whip cream on top. Size of drink smaller Than it use to be also. Didnt even look like there was a trace of mocha anything. I was in the drive thru so didnt notice right away. read more

Stopped there this morning and ordered a large coffee not filled to the top and an everything bagel toasted twice with cream cheese. I open the coffee in the car and it spilled out I handed it back and ask them to dump some out Not only was it filled to the top it was filled to the brim. I got home and the everything bagel was an raisin bagel and it was not toasted twice seriously these people expect to get $15 an hour? No one was in line waiting and they can't get one simple order straight give me a break. read more

Delicious food but one time I ordered 2 cream cheese bagels and they gave us butter bagels it wasted 20 minutes and I was late for class

I go to this Tim Horton's several times a week because it is close to my work. Too many times now they have messed my items up and when I tell someone they don't seem to care. It is simple..read the drink instruction cards before you make the drinks. Simple!! See how they are supposed to be made. With whip cream, supposed to be lite etc. I don't understand how one place can screw up so many orders. Why should I have to tell them how to make the drinks? read more
