DO NOT COME HERE. Dirtiest tim hortons I have ever visited. Ruined my first date because the older female manager kept swearing and screaming at employees, not only this but the table my date and I sat at was sticky and disgusting. To top it off my order was messed up, when I asked the older female manager/supervisor to remake my drink she was rude and disrespectful. While making my drink I noticed she put her fingers in her ear to scratch it with her bare hands before handing my drink back to me. Filthy, and foul manager. I will never return to this location. Not my favorite location of Tim Horton's. Lines are long hence the wait. And the maze of a lane to get drove-thru is daunting-- a long and winding road indeed. They do not always have what we order, like unsweetened iced tea. Staff is friendly. Will update review assuming things improve here. read more

I purposely try to avoid this Tim Hortons because there is one young woman that works here that makes our experience miserable every single time. I swear she has zero customer service skills yet they keep putting her on the register. You have about a 50/50 chance of getting your food as ordered. Tim Hortons in general has okay coffee and their food is mediocre but soooo expensive. I like to order a turkey club without bacon, but you still have to pay for the bacon, so this small sandwich costs over $7. That's insane! read more

The only thing saving this review from being one star is the fact that it is Tim Hortons and they have a great product. For years I have had to bear with this location, remaining hopeful that one day a switch would flip and they would get their act together, but that has not happened. Before the pandemic hit, they had no problem getting people to work there and still, they did a very poor job of preparing items such as breakfast sandwiches and toasted bagels and muffins. Once the pandemic hit, not only were they bad, they have remained understaffed as well. I really hope that the organization will someday fix this train wreck of a location, but until then, as it is the only one close to my route to work, I will have to bear poor service and poorly prepared items which should be a no-brainer to prepare. read more

Got a Turkey bacon club, a tea and a Boston cream donut. The TBC came out quick, and after about 10 minutes I asked for my drink and donut. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my drink and when my drink arrived he said "here's your medium coke," I said I got a large tea. Another 5 minutes later and he comes back and says "sorry about that here's your medium tea." Told him one more time it was a Large Tea, he then turned around to ask his fellow coworkers where the large cups were and no one helped him. I had to point out the large cups and then told him I also had a donut. After another 10 minutes I get my drink, then when I mentioned the donut AGAIN he said "sorry we just sold our last one." They were sold out of all donuts and said if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes they'd have one ready. I just left, didn't care anymore. I'm a very patient person and never leave reviews but after waiting for a total of 30 minutes for 2 wrong drinks (which they eventually got right) and my donut that they sold to someone else while I was waiting. This used to be my favorite tim hortons not until the management stopped caring about quality and started hiring a bunch of bum rods who don't know what they doing!!! I ordered a cold brew so it should have any ice in it and the picture clearly states it dosent have I've so how the heck I get a regular iced coffee instead of a cold brew and when I asked the lady saying cold brews don't come with ice and she said tbh I don't even know how to make anything besides coffe and push a button! read more

Trim Hortons is a popular barber shop chain from Canada. This is not that place. Usually I love the "large 4 and 4" although it's not something I drink, it's something I sip before giving it to my friend who drinks it religiously. However I didn't have much luck at this place because the wifi doesn't work (0 for 2 if you include Burger King) and the line is probably the longest I've seen at any Tim's. It went way out the door and into the parking lot. As for the drive thru line, it was even worse, and barely moving. Parking and then getting out took a total of 12 minutes, because (a) the lot is horrendously designed with the drive thru line taking up all the space for pulling in or out (not that I like to pull out). And (b) people are very rude and/or clueless. Worst of all, I feel awful for the poor employees here. I was only inside the building for about 5 minutes when I realized my attempts to connect to their wifi were futile. In that 5 minutes, the employees got yelled at for making mistakes, twice. One of them was very rude and included swearing and nearly made the poor employee cry. The moral of the story is, people suck. The other moral of the story is, avoid this Hortons in the mornings. Let me start by saying I was the only car in the drive thru line and there were very few customers in the store when I ordered. So I found it odd that I waited nearly five minutes for two plain, untoasted bagels with cream cheese, and that two different employees came to the window asking if I'd gotten my food yet. Neither of those two employees were the one who actually took my payment, but he did return to the window after my wait to hand me my bag, laughing. This is definitely the grossest Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Food and cups and dirty napkins all over the floor. I wish i could have taken more pictures. The majority of the tables in the front had dirty napkins and used coffee lids on them. I have come here twice and have been so disgusted I would walk in, realize how bad it is, and then leave. I live not far from NYC and I have seen my fair share of gross places to eat but this is awful. There are 2 people sitting at a table and the staff member is in the back on her phone while the floor is LITTERED. One chair had smushed cookie or muffin all on the seat. Garbage overflowing. Come here a few times a week as it is around the corner from my office. Kim is the best employee by far. There are definitely other gems here as well. They have to deal with so many crazies and they always have a drive-thru line out of the parking lot. When I want something specific like a bagel double toasted, they always deliver. And when they don't, I understand it's a fast-food chain that has to deal with fast-paced operations and probably horrible customers every day. I applaud the employees who are here most days of the week as I have worked in food service many years and it sucks. They can be busy, but they are always there! That's pretty much all I need. This location also is a huge help with pick-up orders for a lot of people. They have always been able to provide us with the group coffee containers and specific sandwich orders in a timely fashion. Great, full-bodied unsweetened iced tea. Sufficient breakfast sammies. Love the drive-thru, which can take a while to get through on busy mornings, but I still think it's faster than going in. My only wish is that Tim's as a franchise would start offering more options (choice of cheese, more breakfast-friendly veggie options to add- lettuce and breakfast don't make the greatest pair, IMO). This location is not always consistent as far as service goes. I generally go into the line inside and most of the workers are quick and get the job done. There have been a few times I've had to wait for a long time, but that is bound to happen. This location pumps out coffees in high volume so I can understand that they can't be perfect all the time. The location is a bigger Tim Hortons with a decent seating area. Kim makes the best coffee and she is the most consistent. The girl deserves a raise!! Seems they've forgotten how to treat customers. Some workers are nice, others are just plain rude. To the daytime supervisor, I really don't need to hear you bossing around everyone so loudly just before and after taking my order and then take my order with a salty attitude. Everyone seems so bothered by the business. Never know whether to go inside or drive through, I'll go inside and there will be 7 or so employees running around and no one tending the 2-3 people standing in line inside the building. We will literally be waiting there for 3-5 minutes before they take our order - I feel as though you should always have one person dedicated to the front, especially with all the people working at any given time. Outside of customer service, food and drinks are up to par for Tim's. One other complaint is the level of cleanliness in the sit-down area, it's dirty, tables aren't wiped clean, and trash clearly visible on the ground. I've sat there for 30-45 minutes and never once saw someone come out front and clean the tables or pick up any trash - this seems rudimentary to me. read more

Big fan of their coffee. I used to get Tim Horton's coffee a lot at a time when I was traveling to Columbus, OH quite often, but I never had anything to eat there. On a visit to Buffalo, I decided to grab the egg white breakfast sandwich. It comes on a muffin and the muffin really made the sandwich, VERY crunchy without being burnt. I also stopped for a quick lunch of a chicken ranch wrap and veggie soup. Soup was a bit bland but the wrap was a nice snack, much better than McDonald's. I must caution, it is only a snack. If you plan for it to be lunch, definitely get 2-3. read more

I have never ever written a Yelp review but I think y'all need to hear this one. So I go through the drivethru, very slow but I expected that. I get up to the window and they tell me my food will be out soon. I waited at least 5-10 minutes, some fast food huh. What really pissed me off is a very rude girl, with blonde short hair, with her mask under her chin, comes up with no smile whatsoever and just hands me my bag. I go "have a nice day!" And she just looked at me and walked away. Probably the rudest worker I've ever met. I have worked at Tim Hortans and the job is not hard so idk why she was being a b*tcb to me. This place has really gone downhill lately. Seems like the staff is on vacation. Total "B" team that day. TH's needs their "A" team everyday. Been in there a few times this past week. Counter was not very busy, 2 folks ahead of me. Hardly anyone in the drive through and it still took forever to get my sandwich. Guy hands me a greasy box containing my food... Wipe it off for Gods sake! Had to ask that they put it in a bag so I didn't get grease all over my hands. I'm continually disappointed in this location. The drive-thru is almost always insanely slow no matter what time of the day, and going inside isn't much better. I keep giving them another chance, but after my last two experiences I won't be going back. Last week I ordered a donut and coffee. The girl repeated the order back to me, correctly, but when I pulled up to the window she only gave me the donut. I asked for the coffee as well, and she slammed the window shut before I'd finished saying how I wanted it made. I then got a double-double which I cannot drink (the cream makes me sick and just doesn't taste good). Today I went back and, once again (mind, this has happened more than twice!) my coffee order was so messed up I couldn't drink it. I don't think my usual is too difficult: a medium with one cream and two sugar. First time at this location. Morning time was a joke. It wasn't a long line inside at all. Took 15 minutes to get a large coffee with one milk and a shot of vanilla. I work around the corner. When i got to work and sipped my coffee, it was very watery. I didn't even know that was possible at Tim Hortons! I am all about coffee so i decided to go back and have them fix it. I walked in and notice the same employee that assisted me originally. I noticed her name tag showed that she was in training. So that probably contributed to the 15 minutes it took originally so that made sense and I couldn't be mad at her. She was very accommodating and apologetic and provided me a new coffee. When I took a sip of my new coffee, it was the same problem as the first, no taste! I couldn't believe it! Honestly, I don't know what is going on over there but there seems to be a managerial issue there. Poor scheduling since the new girl was on her own at the register. And the coffee tastes as if management changed the amount of grounds being brewed. You know how you can walk into a place and tell who is running the show? You couldn't do that here. I visit this Tim Horton's almost everyday, because i work near there. I was completely disappointed in my visit today. I ordered a Smart Start breakfast sandwich. When i received it i could see red through the wrapper so i opened it and realized it had tomato and lettuce instead of Spinach. I politely mentioned it to the counter staff and she said nothing and took the sandwich from me and quickly handed it back to me. I opened wrapper again to make sure and she had just taken the tomato off and not the lettuce and still no spinach. I politely mentioned again how it still wasn't right. he rudely took it and corrected it but i was seriously disapointed at the response to her mistake. Today, went to tim hortons for lunch. ordered a danish... as i'm taking a bite out of it. there were bugs. LOTS OF EM. i brought it back and was nice..."excuse me, uh there were little bugs in this danish" the lady looked skeptical of me, and then inspected the danish...of course she saw the bugs... she brought out another danish and put it in the bag... then told me to check it for bugs... i checked it, and sure enough.. MORE BUGS!... So..i had her back the 2nd danish and she bluntly says "yeah so what do u want instead, there's no more danish" - wow no shit lady.... i kindly ask for a muffin instead...then she exchanges it to me and just stares at me...
