Latte? It was only milk no espresso....

Employees were extremely rude. Not only were they arguing with an older man about his order, the had no idea where my mobile order was and the whole time they had it sitting out on the counter. I waited 35 minutes past my pickup time to get my items and all my food had been cooked 45 min before passing it out. And my coffee was just a cup of milk and syrup. Would typically ask for them to remake but the employees were so rude and arguing with many customers so I didnt even bother to ask. 10/10 would not recommend this location it was awful.

This Tim Hortons location is tucked away behind a bunch of other restaurants and hotel. Its a smaller restaurant with small numbers of seating. You would think because of the hotel next door that you clean up a bit. Nope. It was dirty with food crumbs all over the floor. Tables were not wiped clean for hours. The selection of donuts and Timbits were less than sparse. HOWEVER this location was also the first time I had ever seen a Venetian cream filled Timbit. Overall don't have expectations here as its dirty and filthy.

Number one coffee shop in Canada, I wish we had Tim Hortons in San Diego. Customer service, professionalism, and price, all excellent!

I had just never been there…read morebefore but one Saturday I was making extra deliveries during the Christmas rush and needed a coffee. This place was my saviour. It wasn't until a few later until June 2025 I would join The Mt. Dennis 5K Fun Run Club that is on every Saturday. Every 5K Run starts and finishes at The Supercoffee. After the run each participant is awarded a Free small drink of their choice. After a few weeks I really started to notice how busy this little coffee place is and I guess that's one of the reasons this shop has now been here for 12 years. It's been here for 12 years because the coffee is amazing. It's just not the coffee but there's nice things to eat with your coffee. There's muffins, cookies, danishes, nut bars (energy bars - no sugar added) There's bananas and empanadas too. Some of the items are made at the Supercoffee, but the other items are prepared by local bakeries. All the staff that work here are very nice and friendly too. This place is a nice gem for this community, and has a nice atmosphere soft lighting, soft music playing. There are a few big tables inside as well with 5 small tables. You can work here on your laptop however there's restrictions on the weekends as space is needed so it's not allowed. You would be better to use the library across the street. In the summer months there's a nice patio in the back as well with music playing there too. If you live in or live close by to the York, South Weston area and specifically Mt. Dennis you should stop by and get yourself a coffee at this most amazing establishment.

Stopped here for an afternoon coffee and snack on our way back to the city; somewhat unlikely place…read more- but with the recently opened Mount Dennis station nearby - it does feel like it could get a lot busier! The ambience is interesting - partly like an old school diner, and partly like a hipster space. The coffee was great - definitely worth the stop. The Cheese, Pesto and Tomato panini was just fine - nothing to talk about. The price was great - so overall, good value for money.

On Mondays, till December 9, 2019, if you buy any hot chocolate, you can get get another one for free. I have a weakness for hot chocolate. I used to go through canisters of hot chocolate mix as if I expected an apocalypse to occur. I stopped going through them so quickly after I looked at how much sugar I was consuming. Instead, I treat myself to a hot chocolate here and there. I did a search and found this Second Cup that is close to the hotel where I am staying. Yay! The cafe is in a small plaza. I actually entered where cars should exit. You can't see the arrow at all on the pavement. I noticed it when I left. Oops! Parking is limited. There were two spots that were opposite each other. I pulled into one and backed into the other. I then walked into the cafe. It's cozy. I can see folks sitting here for hours, chatting with a friend, or working quietly on a laptop and occasionally sipping a beverage. I knew that it felt right the moment I walked in. I headed to the counter. I had a patient person help me with my order. I wanted two hot chocolates. I am not a Second Cup regular. I pulled out my phone and rattled off the two flavours that I wanted: candy cane and cinnamon roll. I asked for no whipped cream. Done! I paid using my debit card. I did the tap thing and I was good. There is a small table where you pick up your mobile order. I waited by the regular drink counter. It didn't take long for my drinks to be ready. I sprinkled cinnamon on my cinnamon roll hot chocolate. I topped my candy cane hot chocolate with crushed candy cane. Yep, that's how I roll! I thanked the man who helped with my order. He smiled and wished me a good evening. Here's the fun part. I managed to get both drink into my car with my usual iced black tea from Starbucks already there. Trying to carry three beverages without a tray can be done. I had an insulated bag in my car trunk that fits all three beverages in a row. I put them all in, carried them up to my hotel room, and nothing spilled out. My hot drinks were still hot. Yay! The candy cane hot chocolate was okay. It was heavy on the candy canes that I could barely taste the hot chocolate. I need to hold back on the crushed candy canes! I loved the cinnamon roll hot chocolate a lot more. Extra cinnamon on top of a cinnamon-flavoured hot chocolate is the best. I have found my drink of choice at Second Cup. It wasn't terribly sweet. It was perfect. The baked goods looked yummy. I had already eaten dinner and didn't feel like dessert, so I passed. This cafe also has Pinkberry frozen yogurt. I'll need to try them next time. If you live in this neighbourhood, I am envious of you. Walking over here for a drink after dinner or whenever seems wonderful to this suburban. (446)

On this visit, I had the steak sandwich, mortadella sandwich, cold brew, and Nutella latte, and everything was delicious. The vanilla cupcake was especially good--super moist and not overly sweet. Parking is pretty limited, but if you arrive early enough, you can usually find street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. Despite how busy it was, the service was incredibly quick. There seemed to be plenty of staff working together to keep orders moving efficiently. One bonus that I absolutely loved is that they carry Nutella and Orzo imported from Italy. However, I just feel that there wasn't anything outstanding flavour wise from the baked goods. I also got a tiramisu and it wasn't my favorite. I went to the sandwich counter. It just seemed like the lady who took our order just didn't wanna be there. Seeing as I t was my first time getting a sandwich, she handed me a slip and didn't really tell me where I needed to go with it. I ended up standing there and waiting until I realized other patrons were paying, and then coming back with their slip. Overall, with all the sandwiches out there it isn't even on my top five. I don't know if I would travel this deep. Maybe there's something I'm missing if so, please suggestions.
