One of the staff members came across as demanding and constantly pressured people to buy something. My friend and I had already purchased food and wanted to share because everything was expensive, but we were basically forced to buy more. It felt less like customer service and more like being pushed into spending money. The favoritism was also impossible to ignore. I ordered a croissant and didn't receive any chips. When we asked if chips came with the order, we were told no. But the customer sitting right next to us had chips anyway. When we asked why, the only explanation we got was that they were "special." It made absolutely no sense and left us feeling singled out. A nice interior doesn't make up for rude service. The atmosphere might look welcoming, but the way customers are treated tells a completely different story. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless they seriously improve how they treat people.

They gave us two dips to try with pita bread - Zeytoon Parvardeh Brined olives mixed with crushed walnuts and rich pomegranate molasses, and Mast - o - Moosir - Creamy yogurt blended with shallots and garnished with dried mint. Both were so amazing and full of flavour. Our platter also came with pickled...I want to say cabbage which was so delicious with the meat. The meat itself was well cooked and full of favour. The ice cream itself wasn't so sweet which I really appreciated. Our server was lovely and friendly and super helpful. It looses a star because it was cold - both in esthetics and in temperature. Fortunately, Sunday afternoon, Google said they were less busy than usual, so I decided to head over. I ordered a Maple Macchiato, which was just OK. But the croissant-- oowee! I haven't had one that fresh since I got back from France, lo those many years ago. Not sure who their supplier is, but 2 thumbs up! I had planned on sitting inside at the table by the window, but when the AC kicked on, it was blowing right on me, and got downright chilly. The shadows were hitting the patio perfectly, so I grabbed an outdoor table. Unfortunately, the wind kicked up, making editing a bit of a challenge, but I definitely want to return. The place was quiet and pleasant and I can see getting a lot of work done there in the future.
