This place sucks. Service, food, and mobile ordering. They get so confused about mobile orders when you come to pick it up. They also will try to hand you the wrong orders multiple times for your mobile order. They do not put all the food that you order you pay for into the bag. And then when you go back and show your receipt, they deny that you did not receive your food. Something needs to happen with this common problem at this tim hortons. THIS location is nice to use with the drive-thru when I am craving a box of Timbits, a donut, breakfast sandwich, or a latte to go on the road to westbound I-94. My drive-thru time is usually between 8 and 8:30am, therefore the drive in when placing my order to pick up is usually 1 or 2 vehicles ahead, so no complaint there. Whether I stop once or twice a month here, all employees are cheerful to talk to and also at the window and when receiving my "Tim" order. At the pick up window my order is always correct and served with a smile, and thank you have a great day. At times I even get a compliment about 1 of my many stylish hats. 1 complaint only, = WHY IS THERE NO EXIT driveway to get back on Hall Rd. ?? one has to drive back around to the other side of the parking lot. YES its a hassle to exit especially when driving and trying to enjoy a hot beverage, sandwich or pop in your mouth Timbit. So, for some reason I could not find this location on the app after trying and trying again in line. First off, I am impressed. I was a little past Hayes when I decided to call Tim Hortons. A woman named Christina answered the phone. She was really polite. I asked if they had Birthday Cake Timbits because most places say they don't carry them or they sold out. She said she could fix up a batch that it would be ready for me when I get there. She also listed the other flavors and prices upon my request. When I got to the drive-thru, it was super fast service. I ordered my two ice caps (small and medium) and my timbits. Christina immediately jumped on the mic to say hi and introduce herself as the new store manager. She said they are warm and fresh for me, as she was just pulling them out. When we got to the window, I asked if it was a new location because I could not find it anywhere on the app. I was shocked to see no results. Christina was nice enough to put them in two separate boxes and handed them herself to us. Amazing experience. Amazing customer service skills! We will come back! P.S. cheaper than our usual Starbucks trip. We spent a little over $10, which is what we usually pay for two drinks alone. read more

I really like this location! I've been trying to cut back on coffee and spending so much money on breakfast (My Starbucks order was close to $9!) and Tim Horton's has been a nice change of pace. This location is *slightly* out of my way, considering I live in Sterling Heights, but the recent road construction in the area has left me rerouting myself every morning. What I love is the line is typically short and the employees are SO KIND AND WELCOMING! I've never had such nice people help me out before! Christina was cheerful and greeted me with a smile at the drive thru and let me just say -- it made my day! I'll make sure to stop it more when I take I-94 to get to work! read more

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for years. It's the best one in Clinton township. I get a coffee the same way everyday, and it always tastes the same. Only go to this location based strictly on convenience. It's walking distance from where I work. Had a smaller order than usual, and I figured it's still 5 sandwiches, so I'll go inside because it might be easier for the employees. Ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese on bagels (2for4) and one sausage egg and cheese with bacon added. Girl at the counter rang me out and I didn't think too much of the total because I was given the cash, and I wasn't eating. I looked at the receipt and noticed I didn't get the 2 for 4 deal. Went back to cashier and mentioned it to her. She scoffed at me (audible, eye contact, how dare you inconvenience me scoff), and immediately yelled at another employee, and yelled for the manager. I figured maybe she's stressed out, but judging by the 2 employees doing nothing, and the absence of customers inside...I was unsure of what the problem was. She refunded me, by slapping the change on the counter and huffing away. I get the sandwiches. There's only two in a bag. I say, sorry, I ordered 5 sandwiches. "Seriously?" I get the bag back and check the sandwiches because at this point I'm not sure anything is correct. No cheese. Another sigh, she opens the bag up, tears the sandwiches apart and slaps some cheese on them and mashes the wrapper back on and places them on the counter and walks away. Me, dumbfounded at this point needs to go back to work. I give the guys their food and explain why their sandwiches are crappy and cold. Write a review on the receipt. A week later I get a canned email telling me to return for a free meal. Being the cheap ass that I am, I return. Manager apologizes. I order a ham and cheese sandwich (lunch sandwich) and give them the number for the combo (which I can't remember now). I receive a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Splendid. I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich and hash browns. The sandwich came smashed and had cheese on it (I didn't ask for cheese). The chicken on the sandwich was soggy and semi-warm. The hash browns were just a pile of warm, soggy mush at the bottom of a tim hortons bag. It took forever to get a refund because I had to wait for the manager to scold his cashier (who was in the middle of taking another customer's order) for getting a large donut order wrong. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have EVER been to. I go here every single day unfortunately simply because convenience. Every day there is something wrong with my order. I used to get oatmeal. They would add so much water it would be soup. Then after so many days of buying soupy oatmeal just to throw it away I asked "is it possible to put less water in it, it's been soupy" the manager was rude about it. I think her name is Christina. Almost as if it was laughed off, as if I was stupid for not wanting it soupy. Eventually I try something else, bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. This is okay but it hasn't been hot ONCE it's always luke warm or cold. The cheese is never melted. But I like to eat eggs to start off my day so I eat it anyways. Today I have just reached my end. I asked for the same sandwich as I do every day. I get to work, go to eat my sandwich and there is 2 slices of American cheese, not even close to melted and bacon. NO EGG?? And let's not forget that tim Hortons is by far the most expensive breakfast place and I could understand if everything was right and hot every morning but it's not. It just seems like every morning it's something and it's so frustrating. You'd think they would take care of their reoccurring customers a little more, or at all. First they didn't put someone's order in ahead of me, so everyone's order was messed up. I told them what I ordered and then they accidentally charged me for someone else's order, I'm a little annoyed but worked food and know it happens. They gave me cash and I drove off. Except I paid with a card. So I had to turn around and go back. When I get there I go up to the door and the lobby is closed but I didn't want to wait in the drive through just to get my card back. So I'm knocking and no one is paying attention so I call. At this point there is maybe one or two people in the drive thru but they continue to let the phone ring even though they can clearly see me outside on my phone banging on the door. Then I go through the drive thru and say "hey you never gave me my card back" to which they say "let me see your ID" like you don't remember me from 8 minutes ago, also from the banging on the door, and all the calling? Ok whatever. They gave me my card back but at that point I was irritated and going to be late for work so I snatched my card up and drove off. I've been a customer of Tim Hortons for about 10 years. I can honestly say that this is the worst one I have been to, I normally order an extra large coffee 3 cream, 3 sugar. I've been to this location about 3 and every time has been disappointing, coffee always taste like it's been sitting out for over an hour, I've witnessed an employee make a fresh pot per my request and the coffee still tasted horrible. So I'm not sure if the pots they use are not being cleaned well or of the store overall is not up to date on their brewers and pots, but the coffee here is not good. And I've given this place 3 chances to make it right before I reviewed it. Not impressed at all. And again I've been to many Tim Hortons in the past 10 years and this one is horrible read more
