    Cherry chip 6 inch cake
    Angela D.

This bakery is the best in Macomb County! They are perfect if you just happen to stop in and grab treats to go, OR if you need to impress people with Dream And a Whisk's top tier flavors and presentation! The bakery is so cute on the inside and the smell alone will lure you in! Everyone is so kind and helpful that works there too. Their cherry chip has FRESH cherries(you really taste the freshness) and their frosting... I could eat it alone and I don't usually like frosting! The cake was absolutely perfect!! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an awesome bakery ran by even better people!

Cute but small bakery located next to the UPS store in the shopping plaza. The service was quick and easy as I was the only customer in the bakery. They do not have an abundance of baked goods, mostly cookies and some cupcakes. I ordered the Biscoff cookie, which reminded me of my own baking. It was very sweet, topped with half of a Biscoff cookie, and drizzled with caramel. This is my second time visiting this bakery. The first time I bought a macaroon which was pretty tasty but again very, very sweet. Buyer beware-it is pricey and the total cost of the cookie was $4.91 as they increased the price given I did not use cash. This choice alone of passing the credit card fee onto customer rather than absorbing it into the business, makes it unlikely that I will return.

Such a cute place! Love the whimsical decor and friendly staff! So many options to choose from it was a hard decision, but went with the kitchen sink and cinnamon roll cookie, both of which were so delicious! We will definitely be back to try more options!

Absolutely incredible! These cookies taste as good as they look! The kindness of the owner and her commitment to the community is so inspiring! The Macomb Foster Closet loved the treats! Highly recommend

Beautiful job on a special cake. Chocolate cake was moist and delicious. Every one loved it. Definitely use this bakery again.

Again, these were the most dry cheery nut cake batter I've ever had. They did not fall apart this time, they were just dry and very dense. There were no chunks of maraschino cherries anywhere and the small pieces of walnuts were super super tiny. They had an absolutely horrible flavor. The icing was meh. I am in mourning for a lost favorite. My mother was a baker and cake decorator who made the best CNC. I used to get my fix here. I have traveled with Christines from 19 and Garfield to Hall Road. That's a very long time. There really was nowhere else to get a good cherry nut cake like this and I guess there is no place to get a cherry nut cake like the ones I used to enjoy. The mocha cupcake was dry as well. I did get one cupcake ,immediately following their finishing the poured chocolate on them and it was delicious. I used to go in and buy every flavor available of cupcakes and cakes. Things just are not what they used to be. A little history, I've lost 130 pounds and Christines was my guilty cheat. Guess I don't have a guilty cheat anymore :,( I am going to become my parents, talking about the best thing they ever ate that disappeared.

Review # 537…read more January 31, 2026 I picked up my online App order for two Bundtlets for My Sister's Birthday on Wednesday, January 28th. I had ordered her the Confetti Birthday Cake, and the New Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake for $12.00! I also bought myself a strawberry cream flavor and it was moist and Oh My Deeeelicious ! There are many flavors to choose from their website or through the business App that I now have on my phone. I'll order future sweet and thoughtful cakes for special occasions. Download the App and write in your Birthday to receive a FREE ONE too! My experience placing the Order through the App within two days was easy, pick a day and time with total for accurate prices. Then when I arrived on Wednesday at 12:30pm to the shop, My pick up was prompt and friendly with the staff. The wrapping of the two Bundtlets were correct. I showed her my phone with the email and order # and that was to fast ! My sister enjoyed her two cakes very much and I did too with the Strawberry Cream one that I bought myself. Perfect strawberry flavor and that buttercream frosting drizzle Oh Yeah just right ! The shop was clean, organized and my photos attached here all very helpful with ideas for February with Valentine's Day in a few weeks. Sign up for their rewards in the App to keep track of your purchases and free items in your future purchases. The Bundtlets are delicious and perfect for slicing 4 or 2 pieces depending on your fix for the yummy sweet cakes . lol Their Newest flavor is the BISCOFF Cookie Butter Cake and I WILL BE back to buy and taste that flavor in a few weeks... sooooo TBC - Too Be Continued ! Enjoy My Sweet Photos attached to help all customers and this business. Their parking lot is small and limited since they are together with other businesses in the far end of the lot. So BE patient and wait for a parking spot because it's busy morning, noon and night for pickups. They also deliver so check prices. Enjoy my other photos too that are visible from my previous job when the manager ordered boxes and boxes of Mini Bundtlets for employees on a special day! Those were delicious back in Winter of 2025. Great Service, Delicious Sweet Cakes, Party Favors, Assorted Cards with mini thoughtful treats and gifts for family, friends and co-workers too. Sincerely, Karen N. SpecialK Macomb, MI.

This is one of those unfortunate instances where I wish I could give a 3.5* rating. Everything was ok, but definitely not great. The place is loud, and way too bright, especially for an intimate experience after 8:30pm or so. We would have loved to stick around for another couple cocktails, if the cocktails and ambience were good, they weren't. The "craft cocktail" ol' fashioned was improperly garnished w/ a whole 1/4 of an orange slice, instead of the peel, it was improperly essenced, and had an improper amount of simple syrup. It was essentially a shot of bourbon with a cherry and an orange peel. Tasted terrible. The drink lacked all of the taste and trappings of the advertised craft "burnt sugar" old fashioned. Additionally, they use a 1/2 of an ice ball, which would not have been offensive, if the rest of the drink was up to par, but as it was, the cocktail seemed cheap and off-putting. 2.0/10 My date ordered a "figgy sweater," a citrusy cocktail with vodka, also off of the "craft cocktails" menu. Her drink had the opposite problem. It tasted like a lemonade with no alcohol at all, or watered down alcohol. She's a fairly lightweight that does not like strong drinks, gets tipsy off of two, and she complained throughout its consumption that the drink seemed weak and not worth ordering another. 2.0/10 We were both interested in another cocktail, but due to the loud nature of the place, the over abundance of light, and the poorly crafted cocktails, we drove to another establishment for our second round. Food ordered: Seafood Chowder - Great job, delicious, ample seafood throughout 9.5/10 Brisket Poutine - Good but it lacked cheese curds and gravy. 7.0/10 Beef tenderloin tips - terrible... the dish came out cold, we ordered the GF option, and the bread substitute was gross. The dish was overly salty, and the beef was way, way over cooked; not even medium well, most of it was well done, and tough; this was $30 wasted, we barely touched it and it's still in the fridge two days later. I'll likely throw it out. 2.0/10 Chicken Fried Lobster - nice dish, I hated the dill, but my date licked it. The dill aside, it was delicious; nice presentation, great tasting waffle, w/ well favored garnishes. However, the dish was barely warm when it came out, the ricotta/cream soaked into the waffle, and it was soggy. If it came out of the kitchen promptly it would have likely been better. 7.0/10 I'd consider ordering the chicken fried waffle again, but bad cocktails will likely keep me away. It's tough to pay $30+ in bad cocktails to accompany a $100+ meal. I'd strongly suggest turning down the lights after 8:30pm or so, and installing some noise canceling/light panels to bring the ceiling height down, quiet the place down some, and make it seem more intimate. The two tables opposite the the kitchen, in the damn hallway to the bathroom, should either be gotten rid of, made into high-tops, or install a lower counter-service along that wall for a "chef's experience." Those tables absolutely suck. We sat at them at our first visit, they tried to sit us there for our 2nd visit, but moved us after our objection. I laughed a bit throughout our meal as the people that were subsequently seated at those tables complained during their meal of the constant bumps, and interruptions that come with the territory. Finally, our waitress did a great job. The food runner was late on a couple of our dishes, resulting in cold food, but the waitress' service seemed great.
