The drive-through line is typically very long, but it does move quickly at this very popular coffee shop. Freshly cleaned tables at the dine in area. The baked goods are displayed attractively in bright cases. The whole place smells like coffee and donuts, my two favorite things. read more

6am every day you are the only Location that doesn't have scrambled eggs available as if you sold out or plain &simple didn't make them . It's every day!! the one bigger girl with purple hair most certainly doesn't belong in customer service . Oh and when turning out of this place use the turning lane appropriately ! I have a monthly appointment down in Arcade so I've been stopping here on the way home. I've been here four times. Usually I just go through the drive thru but two days ago, I stopped inside the restaurant, because the drive thru line was so long. I forgot to have the cashier scan my app (to get my coffee for $1.00) because I was so excited that this location had chocolate krullers and iced cinnamon rolls. I live in South Buffalo and NONE of the many locations near me have those!!! I will definitely be back. Oh and the cashier/employee (Bev) was very kind and awesome!!! read more

I ordered a Boston cream donut and they forgot the Boston cream. And the employees are never nice to me.

We ordered on the app at least 20 mins before going to pick up our order not only was nothing ready but the very unpleasant girl working the drive thru didn't help matters. They were out of milk so I didn't get my latte, they were apparently out of biscuits for 2 of the 4 sandwich's we ordered and out of hashbrowns. She said we can wait like 10 minutes for those to be ready but again we ordered 20 mins ahead of time. Why wouldn't they already have those made.???? They offered a couple donuts for not being ready but even telling her which kind we wanted was such a problem for her. She didn't even know what kind we were talking about. It wouldn't be such a problem but again she had such an attitude. She was annoyed with us because they messed up. Once we left after being completely frustrated after being treated like that the sandwiches we did get were cold and we ordered from the 2 for 6 a total of 4 sandwiches and only got 3. It was such a terrible experience and so unnecessary so thanks for putting a damper in our day. We will spend the extra time going to a different location because it was so bad. This was a great late night stop, with friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. The interior of thus location wasn't open when this review was written, but we'd been in before and really enjoyed the welcoming facilities and great selection. Tim Horton's is a staple of the East Coast and Canadian experience, an it was coming out here that shows me Starbucks just isn't all it's cracked up to be. The prices at Tim Hortons are better, as is the selection of items we had to choose from. The food was great tonight, and they were sure to give us free additional cups as they advised us the next visit would see a policy change to having to pay for extra cups. I used to big a big fan of Tim Hortons and got my coffee and breakfast there every day. In the last 2 years the taste and food quality is horrible. This particular Tim Horton's location is one of the worst locations. Today, I stopped in to pick up a late lunch for my husband and me. It was around 1:30 p.m. I went inside because their drive thru is so slow on a daily basis. I ordered a small broccoli cheese soup. The cashier told me that they don't carry that product anymore. Then, I said, "How about a small mac and cheese?" Again, the response was, "We don't carry that anymore." I asked if they had chili. She said they did so, I ordered two small cups of chili and a large Diet Coke. I paid and moved to the pick up window. She gave me a large drink. Thank God I tasted it before leaving the cafe. It was regular Coke. I was waiting for my food. When she came back, she said, "I'm sorry, our chili won't be ready for another 20 minutes. Do you want something else or a refund?" I took the refund and asked for a DIET Coke. She gave that to me and I left. We then went to the Tim Horton's on Rt. 39 in Arcade. I went through a very similar scenario there. Very slow service, but the employees were very friendly. I ordered a cherry cheese danish and it was a bit under baked and doughy, I have visited this location many times and it is always the same - speed wise, the good thing is that it is accessible via Snowmobile off the trails - that's why we visit it. read more

I have visited this Tim Hortons hundreds of times, recently they have just been terrible. I am generally very understanding of food and fast food employees and I let a lot of stuff go, but this is sad. I visited around ten times the last couple weeks (inside and drive though)... And almost every single time our order was made wrong. When we were inside the staff was unhappy, short, and sometimes flat out rude. I don't know if employees at this location is suffering from bad management or chronic "I hate my job" syndrome, but visiting here simply hasn't been enjoyable recently. read more

I'm am completely dumbfounded, I was questioning whether or not to post a review but I noticed there wasn't any new review so I thought i should give an updated review. I went through drivethrough and the workers were completely rude taking my order, I ordered 4 drinks total and the lady who taking my order acted like it was a hassle. I went up to the window and i asked who took the order, it was a lady named Kelly. I found out from one of my friends that she is the manager of the store. Shes completely rude i cant believe the manager acts like that. She definitely needs to be taught more about customer service. The drinks werent even made right. The ice coffee was disgusting it was too sweet and the ice capps didnt even come with the whip topping that they should've came with. I am highly upset with the experience ive had at this store considering its my kids favorite spot to get donuts and goodies. read more
