This Tim Hortons, for the most part, sucks. Especially in comparison to all the other tim hortons over rochester. Maybe they have little to no training b/c the consistency in quality of what you pay for does not exist. I gave up on trying to get non- freezer burned & hot hashbrowns. They have some policy of barely toasting english muffins, so they're NOT really toasted & the consistency of the bread is mealy & soft & sticks to the roof of your mouth & don't even think about getting a breakfast sandwich just before they shut them off for the day (3pm) b/c they'll give you whats been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My croissant sandwich was barely warm (cold bacon) & looked like it had been slapped together after dropping to the floor. Careless & unacceptable. Its not really even worth spending your hard earned money here, anymore. On a more positive note, the coffee is (usually, not always) consistent in taste, but always hot. But with the new coffee place across the street now......really doesn't compare. I would say, don't waste your money If you have any expectation of the quality Tim Hortons used to be before Burger King bought them out. read more

I grew up on Tim Hortons and have always enjoyed their food and beverages... but NOT at this location. Every time I go to this location there are random pieces of lettuce in my cream cheese bagel, my iced caramel coffee is disgusting! and they put cheese on my friends sandwich when she specifically asks for NO CHEESE and they don't know how to panini press or cut the sandwhich properly. The only thing they don't manage to f*ck up is the donuts because all they have to do is throw it in a bag... what a waste of money! read more

Came in and was greeted right away and got myself a cruller and a chocolate dip donut. Cruller tasted so fresh! It was light, fluffy, crispy and chocolatey!!! As for the chocolate dip I was very underwhelmed. I went back the next day for some more cruller! Definitely recommend if you hadn't had one before and love chocolate! read more

Not only was the food good but the people were amazing , I went around 12:30 ish and I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink and asked for a recommendation and the stellar drive through lady gave me a great recommendation. She was very sweet and quite honestly made my day!! I'm an assistant general manager for a restaurant and would be privileged to have someone like her on my staff!! This location is terrible. Their customer service is horrible. I asked for a cinnamon roll either frosted or glazed and they didn't have any. So I ordered a large cafe mocha and tim bits. The cafe mocha was coffee and the Tim bits were all the same. I won't be going back to that location. Several years ago, they had really good service but their manager changed and now it is poor service. I would encourage everyone to go to Dunkin Donuts and Rt. 19 instead. read more

I went to Tim Hortons in the morning for some iced tea since I don't drink coffee. After taking a few drinks of the tea I noticed there was a strange taste to it. I took the lid off and smelled the tea and I wreaked of some type of cleaner or solvent. I have contacted the corporate office, who told me they would have the local store manager contact me, which as I expected, they have yet to call me. I have been back and forth a couple times with the corporate office, but they keep telling me they keep saying the store manager will reach out to me. I would be happy with an apology and a refund at this point, but they can't even offer that. I will never go back to this store again. That contaminated tea could have made me or someone else extremely sick. This same store once told me they could not hold the meat on a breakfast sandwich. I explained to them that I was a vegetarian and they told me with out the meat on the sandwich I would not be able to get the special price and would have to pay regular price, which was more money, to have no meat. It was probably one of the most ridiculous things I had ever heard from a fast food manager ever. This store is terrible. I would highly consider finding another place to eat. read more

I used to come here everyday but will no longer be returning. I ordered 2 drinks this morning and when they handed them to me at the window, 3 or 4 other employees all came right up to the window to watch and were laughing. I'm a student at the college and come here at least once a week. This location is hit or miss. I've had great customer service and crappy customer service. They're inconsistent. For example with Roll up the Rim I won a coffee and they accepted it for a latte. Another time I went to redeem my free coffee and they wouldn't accept it. Secondly, on multiple occasions I've ordered bagels and they are hardly toasted and the butter is clumped in one area.. gross. Also, if you're going on a Saturday morning, expect at least a 15 minute wait at the drive thru and in the store. read more

This Tim Hortons is a bit all over the place. I've only experienced the drive thru, but the service and friendliness tends to vary on the day. Sometimes they're moving super fast and the staff is enthusiastic and wishing you a great day. Other times it's almost at a sluggish pace; but packed in so tightly with cars you can't get out of line. They will ask "is that it?" over and over again between each item you order instead of just waiting a second to hear you finish. Finally, you'll ask for your bagel to be double toasted and find that it's instead been added with double the amount of butter. Like I said, it's not every time like this, just more often than not. The unfortunate thing is that they have a 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4 dollar thing going on that's sometimes hard to pass out. You can get almost any combination of meat, cheese, and bread; making the possibilities almost endless. I just wish they were more consistent. read more
