As I walked into the store, one girl popped out of the back and was friendly, asking me what I wanted. I really like the smoked ham and cheese panini since I can't get a roast beef and swiss (BP's now dead Wild Bean Cafe had those). She asked if I wanted a combo, and that's a first time I've heard of combos. Sandwich, soup, and drink for $7.13, I believe. It seems a bit high but not when you consider Starbucks' food. She asked if I wanted white or multi-grain bread, which is good since they forget at some TH stores. I saw a couple of dirty tables and assumed that they were all like that, so I just picked a spot, put my coat there, and waited. It was not a long time and my food was ready. Since she forgot to ask if it was for here or to go, it ended up bagged. I wasn't driving it 40+ miles home, so I emptied the contents at the table, but she offered to re-work it onto a tray with china and metal utensils. The cream of broccoli soup was hot, though it didn't have that much flavour but perhaps, I was just wishing that it was broccoli cheese soup. The panini was good. They're quite large horizontally, but they don't seem amazingly full. However, the taste was good and that's the reason I like the sandwiches at Tim Horton's. The free WiFi was not working, and the dining room could have been neatened but that's not too bad. The counter person didn't know the soups at just after 7 p.m., and that seemed a bit odd, but maybe she was thinking of where she could have been on a Friday evening, instead of being at work. read more

I had a great experience with this location on 12/15/23. The service was fast and the drive through attendant was very kind. Their sandwiches are very tasty and reasonable with calories. I don't know if she could tell it was a long day, but she surprised me with an extra cookie. Their cookies are the best! I will definitely go back! read more

I simply go thru the drive thru and I order a coffee, the bearded kid preparing answers "no", which is unsettling and it gives me a sense of distrust with him making my coffee. Every time I go here the staff is rude. To the point that EVEN the manager gave me a hard time and tried to charge me extra for whip cream when clearly the drink came with it. When I pointed it out to her that the drink came with it on it- hence the HUGE picture sign right next to the register her reply was "Oh I'm just the manager I don't know anything." This was my first time to Tim Hortons. I was so excited to finally try the place. The staff was a bit scary and harsh. I stated it was my first time here and I would need a minute to look. the cashier says "ok" and walks to the back of the kitchen area instead of offering suggestions or help. We finally made our selections and it took an extended period of time to get our drinks because the staff was so confused on the order. All the cashier did was yell out the order and expected it to be memorized by others. We got our drinks and asked if there was a stopper or plug for our friends drink. They looked at us blankly. We ended up with a sticker to cover the hole. For such a popular brand in the area I would have thought a drink stopper would have been a normal thing to have. Regardless, we took our drinks and left. I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee with cream and I have never had a worse drink of coffee. My hotel coffee was better than this. I have only been to this location three times and wasn't exactly impressed. The food was ok, the soup was hot(that's a good thing) and my sandwich was sort of dry. Didn't have any sauce to make it better, I ordered a Tuscan chicken panini and Chicken noodle soup. The other two times that I went I didn't even know what else was on the menu as there was no menu at the drive through so I just left both times. Unmotivated and unintelligent employees. Timbits are small donuts that you grab a handful and put them in a box, right? Tough task for these slackers! Pulled into drive-thru and immediately told "wait a second". Ok? 5 minutes later, backed up the car (only customer in line) and pulled forward again. Told again to wait a second. After another 5 minutes, ordered two boxes (two kids) of 20 assorted Timbits. Drove to window and waited more minutes. Took my card and charged me $10.98 ($5.99 per box. Website says $3.99/box). More minutes. Employee shows back up and states they have no more 20 Timbit boxes. I suggest a 40 box. Took him another minute to process the math. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. The food is bad, though. The biscuits taste microwaved and have no flavor. The chicken waffle is very small and the piece of chicken looks like a McNugget. They had everything we ordered; the only thing we had to wait a few minutes for were the hash brown sticks. This place is the worst, last week I ordered a large coffee, now coffee is what they do. Well I asked for a large coffee with a half cream. I got to work and it tasted and looked like the filled the cup up with half coffee and the other half cup of cream, NASTY. I threw it away. This is a gem that originated in Canada. I wish they had locations in every state. Way better than Dunkin' Donuts! I love their cheap coffee and delicious donuts. Well I usually don't down businesses unless they have serious problems. This place makes me upset every time I go here. First the good: Service is always prompt and courteous. Second Food I receive is always fresh. Here is the bad. The main problem at this location is product and supply. I'm not sure who handles purchasing at this location but they need to look for another Job. How you can have a incredible location like this and everyday by 8:00a.m - 10:00 a.m you are always out of something. Plain Bagels, donut holes, variety donuts certain Sandwiches, take your pick. there's a 50/50 chance of what you order they will be out of. If you guys read your reviews this is your main problem. Looking at the reviews here you would think the owner would take charge and figure out what is wrong Was there about an hour ago 12:00 10/4/2014 and we ordered two coffees with sandwiches and hash browns. After sitting in the dining room for about ten minutes I went to find out where our food was. I went through the drive thru and the lady was incredibly rude. She repeatedly cut me off, would not repeat herself when asked (the volume was low and hard to hear her), and rushed me. When I got to the window they handed me a latte and when I asked for a sleeve they closed the window. The hot chocolate was just hot milk, the timbits were all a mystery (she refused to repeat the flavors she did have), and the latte taste like whipped cream in hot water. It's the only breakfast drive through on my way to 35, but every time I go in or go through the driveway, the service is terrible! I just went through at 8:45 am and they were out of the doughnut I wanted. So I ordered an assorted pack of Timbits and a bacon and cheese English muffin (combo 4). What I got was a sausage muffin and a pack of Timbits with two flavors. Oh and don't even dream of getting any napkins with your drive through order. I've never ever gotten one. read more

Stopped here for coffee, figured it wouldn't be too much different from the Tims in Xenia. Had to circle the lot twice to find a parking spot, then waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. The person who took my order didn't seem to know how to run the register, and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order (two large iced mocha lattes) to be made. It didn't appear that the manager on duty cared that both the inside and the drive thru were backing up, or that they were about 7-10 orders deep. I don't typically write bad reviews, but this is the worst service I've gotten at any Tim Hortons. Definitely only going to the Xenia Tims from now on. Wow. Haven't been to one of these in a long time because I don't live here any more. Went for breakfast and coffee this morning and it appears maybe they were not expecting people. Very little selection ready. No oatmeal ready?? It's water and oats people. Guy at cash register new I hope because he didn't have a clue. People walking out because it was taking so long. Hope it was just a bad day for them, hope it's not like this all the time. Half of donut / bagel case empty and his favorite line was. "We don't have that ready yet" um ok. Anyway maybe better next time. Ice coffee with cream apparently comes with no ice and no cream just FYI. Again didn't seem that hard of a order. First time at this Tim Horton's. I tried the pesto panini. It was ok. The multi-grain bread was tasty but the chicken definitely tasted like fast food. The young ladies there were too involved with the gossip of the day, which was a bit much. Wish I enjoyed the sandwich more as the place was quite nice inside. read more

I stop here quite often in the morning because its easy. It's hit or miss really....I am not usually looking for donuts but my kids do like the Tim bits (donut holes) on special occasions. I usually stop for coffee and its mostly fine but if I order breakfast sometimes its made so quickly the sandwhich or wrap isn't warm all the way through which is really gross when it happens. I would stick to the beverages here. No one has ever been overly friendly but I just chocked it up to before dawn with a full drive thru of people to serve. Good Luck! read more

As an east coast girl I would rather dunkin donuts, but since living here I have come to also love Timmy hos but this one has been a disappointment. Stopped there one morning before a road trip it was only (6am or so) but they were out of pretty much very donut and then the pumpkin latte was disappointing. Decided to give them another chance but this time it was 11p again out of lots of donuts (it's open 24hrs so to me you should have your menu 24hrs). Decided one last time to give them a chance this time at a normal hour of the day...noon. Again out of some donuts but not all...I ended up leaving. Good coffee and fast service. I only stop in when going to base but if I lived close by this would be my daily go to coffee place. I always get the same thing which is a coffee with extra cream and a blueberry bagel. Always fresh and you can't beat their trail mix cookies bags of coffee are very reasonable as well if you need to stock up for home. read more

We've tried this location many times, and honesty today is the last straw. The food is always bland and terrible, and the coffee (especially today) has tons of grinds. The service isn't much better as our sandwiches sat on their back counter for ten minutes before I finally asked if we could have them. So sick and tired of the horrible service here. I actually leave early for work knowing tim Hortons will make me late. They have incompetent people working in the morning at a coffee and baked goods place. I order one or two items and that is it. Not complicated. I pull up to the window and everyone is so confused like they have never done this before. But they are there every morning!!! I am sitting in a n line wrapped around the building as we speak on a sunday. We literally are moving 1 car every 10 minutes. But they are the only place to get oatmeal and timbits.
