Excellent experience with Tim! Professional, happy to help, and a keen eye for solving problems quickly, efficiently, and without breaking the bank. He fixed shelves and a mirror that were improperly mounted by a person on TaskRabbit. After that, he offered to do any other quick jobs...so he mounted our over-toilet bathroom cabinet AND another little shelf in minutes. When all was said and done, Tim also began to clean up. The quote was prompt, communication was easy and direct, and he was on time and worked quickly and well even with our dog walking around. I look forward to his returning when we need other handyman assistance! read more

I can't say enough good things about Tim! He was super responsive throughout the process, even as I asked a myriad of questions, he was so patent and knowledgable. He arrived to our home and got straight to work, asking questions to ensure that the tv mounting was to our liking. He did such a good job, was precise and was fast. He even swept up afterwards. I look forward to working with Tim for other home improvement needs. He was very kind and great at this work! read more

Don't be surprised if a simple work request that is stated they do, is turned down without explanation as what happened to me.

Very disappointed with Tim Golden hands. They responded that they could do a job for us and bailed last minute. We waisted time going back and forth with the planning and then they said they are unavailable. Not reliable at all!!!! Very unprofessional too. read more

Great work! Showed up ready to work and with materials and work was done in under one hour. We had an issue with our Kitchen sink where the pipe rusted and basically popped. They were straightforward with prices, and helped us get the work done easily and efficiently. Will be using again! read more

Very responsive and easy to communicate. Job was completed quickly and done well. Due to the job prior to mine taking longer than expected, he arrived about 20 mins later than my appointment window. They offered a discount for the inconvenience. Top notch. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to hire him and he wanted $50 sent to him via via IAM some money thing Venmo I don't know anything about Venmo and I think that's really poor business. I would not use him he wants money upfront to secure the appointment and I think that's really shifty. read more

I reached out to Tim for help mounting a 60" TV and a very large wooden piece of art. He was very easy to communicate with over text messages and showed up exactly when he said he would. I honestly wasn't sure to expect in terms of his expertise - his website isn't thorough enough, really - but he knew exactly what he was doing and put my mind at ease immediately. He was extremely professional, did very high quality work and the price was fair. I would call him again if needed and will recommend him to friends. read more

Courteous, professional and great work! Stop reading reviews and hire them! You won't regret it.

Highly recommend. Great service, fast communication, and clean work. Like other reviews have mentioned he took off his shows without being asked, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was done. The price quoted is the price charged althougg he did some extras like caulking around my faucet and attempting to find the stopper for my bathtub by running to a nearby hardware store. He did a great job installing my medicine cabinet and a towel bar in stone tile without cracking it. Very precise me, he made sure I was good with the positioning before starting work and used a laser pointer abd level to make sure everything was perfectly straight. Would hire again. read more

Tim was so wonderful! He took out our old dishwasher and reinstalled our new one. He was knowledgable, fast, and just a really nice person. Highly recommend. I hired this company to change three faucets and two bathroom light fixtures The guy came in, he was very nice, very creative, very professional and very informative. He did his work and cleaned afterwards. In one instance, I didn't have the necessary part for one of my faucets. He went out to Home Depot and got the part. He was quiet which was great because one of my tenants was sleeping. So he was mindful of that. I plan to hire them for my next project in a couple of weeks. As long as they are in business they will be my go to company Hands down you don't need no one else Again, I highly recommend them. You won't regret it. (Trust me I don't do much reviews but when it's worth it. I share my experiences and in this case it was a very positive experience) read more

Did a very good job putting up the blinds and setting up my flat pack table purchased on Amazon

Artsem responded to my queries right away. His price was perfect. He came on time to fix my hot water issue in my shower. He fix it within short time. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. read more

Tim worked for me and fixed my toilet. I saw that he also did furniture assembly and asked about job I would have in a month or so about helping to disassemble furniture. He said he did that kind of work and would bring another guy with him if the job needed two people. However, when I contacted him about it he replied that he didn't do that kind of work. I also texted him a week ago about another issue and never heard back. In following up he did not respond and claimed to offer services he no longer does. I adjusted my review because of these factors. He cannot assemble heavy furniture that requires more than one person. read more

We have hired Tim Golden Hands 2 or 3 times and Artsem has always done wonderful work!!

Highly professional and friendly. Tim did a very good job and at a reasonable price. Very much recommend.

I have hired Artsem several times for small jobs around the house -- mounting lights, shelves, mirrors etc and I will never hire anyone else for these kinds of tasks. He is so nice, very polite and professional and always responds quickly and does a great job. You can tell he cares about great service since he guarantees his work for 30 days. It can be kind of nerve wracking to invite someone into your house (especially if you're working from home alone) but he wore a mask the entire time and I felt very safe. Highly recommend! read more

Fixed our toilet in less than an hour. And pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes. Will use again.

Great Service! He was quick. He ran to the hardware twice for me when it was my fault he needed to go. Fair price too. I couldn't be happier with the service. read more

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I met with them to have project work done and paid a deposit after they came onsite to review the specs and take pictures. We scheduled a start date and the last step was to obtain a COI for the building. After I sent the sample COI for completion, I randomly receive an alert from my bank that my deposit was refunded. I found that strange since I had not received any communication from them since I sent the COI. After several emails sent that did not receive a response, I receive a TEXT MESSAGE that they cannot proceed with my project because the COI is not suitable for the building and they have canceled my project that was slated to start in just a few days. It was completely unprofessional and in poor taste to not have the decency to pick up the phone and have a conversation with me about this. If you value professionalism and quality customer service, I would avoid this company and look elsewhere. read more
