After that, he offered to do any other quick jobs...so he mounted our over-toilet bathroom cabinet AND another little shelf in minutes. When all was said and done, Tim also began to clean up. He did a great job installing my medicine cabinet and a towel bar in stone tile without cracking it. Highly recommend. I hired this company to change three faucets and two bathroom light fixtures The guy came in, he was very nice, very creative, very professional and very informative. He did his work and cleaned afterwards. In one instance, I didn't have the necessary part for one of my faucets. He went out to Home Depot and got the part. He was quiet which was great because one of my tenants was sleeping. So he was mindful of that. I plan to hire them for my next project in a couple of weeks. Tim worked for me and fixed my toilet. I saw that he also did furniture assembly and asked about job I would have in a month or so about helping to disassemble furniture. He said he did that kind of work and would bring another guy with him if the job needed two people. However, when I contacted him about it he replied that he didn't do that kind of work. I also texted him a week ago about another issue and never heard back. In following up he did not respond and claimed to offer services he no longer does. I adjusted my review because of these factors. He cannot assemble heavy furniture that requires more than one person. read more

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I met with them to have project work done and paid a deposit after they came onsite to review the specs and take pictures. We scheduled a start date and the last step was to obtain a COI for the building. After I sent the sample COI for completion, I randomly receive an alert from my bank that my deposit was refunded. I found that strange since I had not received any communication from them since I sent the COI. After several emails sent that did not receive a response, I receive a TEXT MESSAGE that they cannot proceed with my project because the COI is not suitable for the building and they have canceled my project that was slated to start in just a few days. It was completely unprofessional and in poor taste to not have the decency to pick up the phone and have a conversation with me about this. If you value professionalism and quality customer service, I would avoid this company and look elsewhere. read more
