STAY AWAY! about a month ago my riding mower wasn't…read morestarting right. it would smoke and rumble heavy for about 30 seconds and shut off. I explained this problem to the men I spoke with dropping it off (on a Wednesday ). they said they were busy and would call me the beginning of the following week with an estimate on cost. There was also a $40 non refundable deposit just to have it looked at. So not only did I not receive a call back from the at the beginning of the following week, he didn't call until the following week. That is 2 weeks just for a diagnosis. They then proceed to tell me that there is so much work that needs done to my tractor that it isn't worth fixing. So I was frustrated to say the least. I decide to look for a new place t take my tractor, considering it ran fine not 2 days before I took it to them. I find an older guy that works on tractors. he explains that I just have too much gas in my oil, and told me. how to fix it myself in 10 minutes...these guys are just looking to hit you over the head or at least hit you for $40. oh and if you don't want to waste your time with your apparently now worthless (but most likely completely okay) machine they are kind enough to just take it to the scrap yard for you...and make more money ..these guys give tradesmen a bad name.

Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again.
