    Pretzel bites and beer cheese.
    Carrie C.

We decided to check Tilt out tonight. We walked in and the place was packed. But found a table right away. It took well over 10 minutes to get a waitress to even acknowledge us. They walked by 3-4 times. I realize they are busy. But how hard is it to drop off a menu. My husband ordered a special. And I ordered a single patty burger with truffle fries. And we ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer. They came out cold. The beer cheese was barely warm. But it was very good. My burger patty was very small. But really good. The truffle fries were great! When I asked my husband how he liked his dinner. He replied, it's fried food. Nothing special. So, the service was lacking. But I do realize they were busy. The food was good. We will try it again for sure. Hopefully it is better service next time. And I will order a burger with a double patty. I have been in this restaurant many times under different names. They really did a nice job on the remodel.

If you are looking for a unique experience with good food, head to The Grill House!…read moreYou can choose to dine at Rock Bottom, their bar area where they have more standard pub fare or experience the grill room. If you choose the grill room you get a fantastic salad with a balsamic dressing and the best croutons! Then when it's your groups's turn, you head to the grill room to choose and cook your protein. They have various cuts of beef, tuna, shrimp, and chicken. You can also choose from fried potatoes or a baked potato bar. They also have vegetables, mushrooms, baked beans, and garlic toast you can add to your meal. They have an array of seasonings and sauces to add extra flavor. They also have a grill master on hand who will help you cook your food if desired or just give you tips. It is a bit on the pricier end, but it is a neat experience and the food is pretty tasty!

Not sure how that's better than my Traeger grill at home. I guess some people do not have a grill at home. I enjoyed a large ribeye steak. They serve all their meats at the grill with all you can eat baked potatoes or baked beans. Today they also had local fresh sweet corn that was quite delicious. It was an interesting experience. I have no real need to ever go back though.

We had a family meet up post Christmas. Our server, Robert, was amazing, prompt and friendly, but…read morenot annoying. He also explained work towards local items. The interior is a decent size, high ceilings, open, exposed brick wall and wood. The food was a much higher standard than the average brewery, which is good for me as I do not drink beer. I did try their peppermint holiday cider, which was interesting, I don't think I'd order it again, but my friend really liked it. My nephew noted that he was glad the food was good, not just the fries, as he is not old enough for beer. He had the chicken tenders and he said they were the best he's ever had. We started with the giant pretzel. It was a special, which is too bad, as it was fantastic (and should be added to the menu). There was that slight crispness to the outside, warm soft inside, and perfect crystallized salt. It came with cheese sauce and grainy mustard, both were great, the pretzel could still hold its own without sauce. Their menu is not huge, and I think it's better for it. They featured steak and burgers (and my aunt was happy to have a good gluten free bun!). I had the garlic steak tips, cooked perfectly at medium, and garlic mashed potatoes (I'm sure my breath was potent after). The sauce was very good, and I love garlic, so being very garlicky worked for me. It also had a side of creamy horseradish sauce that paired perfectly. The only mis step was the steak was a bit cool in temperature, and I didn't want to send it back and the be over cooked. The others had burgers, and an autumn salad. The salad was also noted it to better than average, it was good they had a lighter option on the menu. The entrance area also had a butcher area to buy beef.

I like that typically means the employers are good to their employees. As for the food, meh. The salad was fantastic. The burger, I had a burger special beer something. The bun was cold and the meat dry. I was hoping for a sloppy wipe my face with lots of napkins burger. Sadly I did not get that, maybe someone else would enjoy a dry burger with a cold bun. I would definitely go back and order something different. The salad orders looked absolutely fantastic. Lastly the positive attitude of the staff makes me want to go back and support them.
