I had the gift that wouldn't stop giving-- installation of online custom sized barn doors. Many companies shied away as they did not supply the doors. Brian and his team have extensive experience in barn door installation (thank God because this was one to remember). Every challenge you can think of from needing to cut the doors to the right height (including a large barn mirror door), getting new screws to be long enough for the hardware, correcting the holes for the thread pattern, adjusting the door to sit straight to ultimately making the doors look beautiful. KUDOS to Brian and Shawn! These guys anticipated one day of work and had to work through a few days and never at one point did I feel they were irritated as some may do if a job exceeds the timeline. BR Construction stands by their work and that goes so far. We recently contracted with Peter to paint the exterior of our home. Before he began he told us…read morethat he would make our house the most beautiful on our court. It had been a long time since the house had been painted and so prep wasn't an easy job. Peter and Rudy were great. Both are very friendly and professional. They spent days replacing door and window trim boards, repairing dry rot, power washing and repairing cracks in the stucco. He replaced an 80' fascia board on the eaves simply because he said it would look better. He did a huge amount of work - and a lot more than I think most others would have done. He was here every day, and they worked all day. He was very patient with me as I changed the color at the last minute - he met me after work at Home Depot to special mix the color and make sure it was right. He then replaced all of our doors for a very reasonable price. The job is beautiful. I would definitely call them again. And.....he was right......we have had 3 neighbors come by to tell us how great the house looks.

He first consulted, gave us honest advice, gave us time to think about what we wanted to do, then returned for finalizing plans and how everything was to work out. We even went on to work in the backsplash with Mike as well. Mike also replaced our sink, faucet and installed the new garage disposal. His attention to detail is remarkable. All the little things you would not ordinarily think of Mike looks at all that. The finished countertops and splash is beyond our expectations. The backsplash tiling layout is absolutely straight and edges cut to perfection. I can say the same about the countertops. We also had Mike do additional work of installation of a couple of extra dedicated circuit outlets, punch out and re-trimming of the entertainment center. Again, Mikes attention to detail is fantastic. I would highly recommend Mike for any small remoldeling work. He also does great drywall work. The backsplash as you can see is not quite done but anticipate it to be done soon.

This company hired Arturo as a subconstruction worker to do our bathroom remodeling. He has an amazing personality and was so professional in doing it all himself. We couldn't be happier. He did the complete teardown, all the carpentry of rebuilding the walls, installing new windows/ headers, new insulation, the plumbing, tiling, and all the electrical work himself. It was wonderful not having a dozen different individuals coming and going into our home for long periods of time. Arturo did this all in a few short weeks, all the while we were entertaining house guests. He always took time to explain everything he was doing and always consulted us on the placements of grab bars, shelving and special trimmings. Our tiling job was complex, but he tackled it to a perfection and always with a smile. Arturo was always very neat and cleaned up everything everyday, so we could continue to use our attached bedroom. We wanted heated floors and it was tricky issue for this bathroom layout. Arturo took the time to read the manuals and to install this heating system. Our bathroom is wonderful and beautiful, and we will be able to age in place with it.
