They have large bags of candy made in Mexico so don't expect to find snickers or starbursts here. They sell different types of items for birthday parties such as candles, invitations and packaged balloon garlands. They have a huge helium canister there if you need to blow up your balloons. I was absolutely floored at the selections and quality of all of her settings. I ordered seating for 24 girls and 12 boys in 2 separate themes. It is literally the easiest thing ever to setup. Everything comes in very neatly packed boxes with an instruction sheet. The tables break down small enough to fit in a car as do the child sized chairs. As a man who wears jeans and t-shirts and has absolutely no sense of fashion or ability to put something like this together - it was a breeze. I also rented her red carpet roller and hilarious "Musical Princess throne" for my daughter which was a huge hit. I am sure Jennae changes the battery in that thing every rental! Super easy business to deal with - responsive and even accommodated a last minute add of an additional 12 settings I requested. Pickup and dropoff - easy. Repacking - easy. She then offered a 20% refund and asked me to change my review, which I again declined. She claimed that despite paying for full event planning services, the event was subpar because I hadn't been involved in planning it. They didn't call. They didn't ask me to go their warehouse. They didn't do anything until the week of the event, when they tried to fit me into their random available times to walk them through my space via FaceTime. To clarify, I paid $2,000 for someone to plan and orchestrate an event. What I received was maybe a $200-$300 setup, and it's apparently my fault for not planning the event I paid someone to plan. She argued that I should have requested changes during the setup. However, I wasn't home at the time. The whole point of hiring this service was to arrive at a fully set-up event with my guests. When I arrived, they were still setting up as my guests were arriving (even though they were supposed to have been gone by then). So, there wasn't time to make changes, and it would have been an awkward conversation anyway. Instead of blaming me, they should have done the job they were paid to do or not sold the package in the first place. To add insult to injury, she compared this situation to eating a pizza and then requesting a refund. This was over $2k. It's not even close to ordering a pizza and asking for a refund. She ripped me off. I stand by my request for a full refund. She should have offered that refund on her own. This event was pitiful. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.
