Some of my favorite parts about BRICK were the late event time, no noise ordinance, flexible decor options, flexible vendor options, ample parking and more. The only vendor BRICK requires you to use, is their bar team, which is perfect because they were AMAZING. They were friendly, attentive, fast, and fun to have at the event. Gorgeous venue! I attended a wedding Friday and this was a lovely space! It seemed like it would fit a decent amount of people. I want to say this wedding was maybe 100 people. It was big and spacious and I loved the brick element and the garden lights up top. It seemed very customizable to what every couple would want. Wow!! BRICK was awesome. The location of the venue was perfect. Close to the airport, hotels, brewery, restaurants, and a karaoke bar. It made the entire weekend very enjoyable to plan different events for our guests. We opted to pay for the month of coordination at BRICK and worked with Lindsay. She was great!! We met often, and she was very thorough with all the details. We often changed details about our timeline, and were very particular about specific dances and videos we wanted played on the projector screen. She was able to make all of our dreams come true. Our experience planning our wedding at Brick was truly amazing. We were looking for a venue that was flexible and allowed us to really personalize every aspect of the event to make it very us and Brick checked all of those boxes. Aside from the actual venue being gorgeous (LOVE the openness and historic look and feel with a modern spin), the staff there are such a joy to work with. We ended up adding on the 3 month coordinator package and I highly recommend it to everyone. Trust me, I am a project planner and there were so many things I didn't even think of when it came to my own wedding lol. It is also just so worth it for the peace of mind and to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible. Our coordinator Cassidy was SO amazing. She walked us through every step of the way and made it a point to really get to know us and our vision. The monthly calls were super helpful and she even assigned us "homework" as far as things we needed to get done by a specific time (we love a work back schedule and checklist). One thing I really loved about this venue is they have a list of vendors they work with often and all of them had raving reviews. I was absolutely dreading having to go through so many different vendors in the area and hunting people down myself so this made the planning process so much easier and Cassidy worked directly with all of them for all contracts and planning! For what we wanted as newlyweds, BRICK was able to fulfill our dream wedding and even exceeded our expectations! The staff are all so patient and kind when it comes to planning and communication. We're so thankful for Victoria, Cassidy, and Sabrina. Cassidy was our event planner/month-of coordinator and we couldn't speak more highly of how she worked with us so patiently despite all the decisions that needed to be made and last-minute additions or changes. We used Brick for our wedding venue in February 2024 and I can't say enough good things about the venue or the team. I really liked that we could take the space and customize it exactly how we wanted. It was more work on our part than going with a venue that had preset vendors but the entire Brick team made the process seamless and super easy to navigate. It also made our special day more "us" because we chose the vendors we wanted and not every vendor is going to match every couples needs/personality. I definitely recommend doing a planning service with them if you choose this venue as the attention to detail is impeccable and takes alot of the pressure off the couple. From day one I knew that the team had it handled and would take care of any issues that came up throughout the planning process and the day of. They clearly communicated what needed to be done, kept us on a timeline to make sure everything was completed on time and made sure the day of that everything went seamlessly. tl;dr: for folks who want to customize their special day/experience for themselves, and who want to work with the best professionals in the business, BRICK is the place for you! For the folks who are looking at the positive reviews, trying to figure out whether they're legit or not--BRICK is the absolute BEST. My fianceé and I chose BRICK because of its flexibility in terms of hosting a large crowd (160+ people), its flexibility in terms of pretty much any preference we had, and a setup we thought would maximize the amount of fun we could have at our wedding (you could dance all night, no noise ordinance, multiple areas to hang out, etc., etc.). We got all of that in spades. For the cost-minded: we chose this venue because we were frustrated by going to a bunch of wedding venues that charged a bunch for food and drinks, with a limited amount of flexibility in the layout, and would end up closing at ~10:00PM. We wanted somewhere that we could fill out the way we wanted it to look, while making sure that we didn't feel overcharged or undercut in any one aspect of the services we were paying for. We spent approximately ~40K in total on the venue, food, alcohol, photography, floral arrangements, furniture rentals, until just about midnight. Given that most other venues in the area cost around there for their base package, we were SUPER happy with this. Plus, we had the added benefit of seeing where every single dollar went. The staff was nothing short of exceptional. We chose the "one month out" option for wedding planning, and were more than pleasantly surprised with that option. Lindsay was phenomenal. My fianceé and I were planning this wedding from the East Coast--Lindsay made our ideas and our vision come to life. She helped coordinate everything we could have asked for. She was at the dang church when we were getting married, helping coordinate! It was like having our own personalized special ops squad. The bartenders were fantastic--we had requested some specialized "His" & "Hers" drinks, and they went above and beyond on them. They're just wonderful people, whose good energy made the evening that much better. The preferred vendors were also incredible--everything they did was exceptionally punctual, professional, and went without any hitch that anyone could have noticed. It's worth mentioning that BRICK's preferred vendors are folks they have longstanding relationships with, and as a result, the vendors know how to operate with one another, and in the venue, seamlessly. They also won't try to nickel-and-dime you; in fact, our florist Mike went so far as to last-minute help us out with beautiful arrangements for our bridesmaids when we realized we had mis-counted the number of bridesmaids that needed a bouquet! This is just one of the many examples of the vendors and staff at BRICK going above and beyond to help us out. Just a wonderful, wonderful experience overall...can't recommend BRICK and the folks there enough! read more

BRICK was absolutely beautiful and a perfect venue for my wedding. I got married in August of 2023, the weather was amazing so we enjoyed the front grass area with a bar and yard games. The inside was spacious and so pretty with the ceiling string lights. There is a nice area for the entry and welcome table, there was room for a lounge area (rented through cedar and pine events), sweetheart table by the beautiful arch door, the caterer (Mexico City Cuisine) had room to set up buffet style, and there was still plenty of room for tables and a dance floor. The Brick staff was organized and professional. I worked with Victoria, Lindsay, and Sabrina. I HIGHLY recommend having a Corrdinator for any special event. Lindsay made not only my day easy but the whole month leading up to it stress free. My wife and I decided on BRICK when we went to San Diego at the beginning of last year and we had looked at BRICK and one other venue, but everything at BRICK stood out. We met with Victoria for a tour and she was very great at explaining everything. We picked the venue, my wife planned the whole thing, and towards the end we hired Lindsay who is the planning coordinator and BRICK and she did an amazing job taking over everything that my wife had planned. I sat in on some meetings and Lindsay was very attentive to my wife, responded promptly, and always answered any questions we had. We went with their vendor Mexico City and the food was just as good as when we tasted it before the wedding. When we walked into the venue it was everything my wife could have wanted and more. This review is for their recent winter open house. We had booked a set of tickets on Eventbrite back on January 23rd. It stated that the event was going to be held on Wednesday February 6th. Our group enjoyed happy hour at a restaurant across the street prior to the 6 pm start time. When a couple of us walked over to BRICK, the venue was dark and empty! It turned out that in an e-mail reminder sent on February 1st, the date of the open house had been changed to Monday February 4th. However, the e-mail title made no mention that the date had been moved up two days earlier. It was only when we clicked on a PDF attachment that the updated date appeared on the tickets. There was never a notice posted on BRICK's Facebook page of a date change either. I don't understand how such a snafu was allowed to happen without the proper advance communication being issued to those impacted, especially from an organization who specializes in event planning. Needless to say, we had 15 very disappointed people that evening. read more

We can't say enough amazing things about the team at BRICK, especially our incredible coordinator, Lindsay. From our first meeting we knew that this was the perfect venue for us and that she was the perfect fit to make our vision a reality. We wanted a space that we could totally customize from decor to the brands of booze we brought in and BRICK fit the bill. The building is in a great location with tons of parking and we loved having the option to have our cocktail hour outside as well. The on site beverage coordinator Sabrina was super communicative and easy to work with. We also got tons of compliments on the bartenders because the quality of the cocktails was top notch. They were also just super wonderful people on top of it. Even with as wonderful as BRICK was, what put it over the top was our coordinator Lindsay.
