You can choose the beans, and the filter method, so it will take you some time to test all the combinations! Still, the best part of this coffee bar is their fresh Dutch apple pie! It is being baked in store (the barista makes it him/herself!), so if you are lucky enough to get there when it is just finished, you can enjoy a piece of freshly baked pie. That should transport you back home, and makes you think about how your mother used to do that in the weekends! There is a nice large reading table, allowing you to do some work even (of course they have free WiFi!), or read one of the recent magazines they have available. The other thing I like is that they are dog friendly. It is perfectly fine to take your dog inside (I have a labrador), and sit there for a while. All in all, my favorite coffee place on IJburg! The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they do not have anything substantial to eat.
